Ex-Beatle George Harrison died yesterday afternoon in Los Angeles of cancer. It is very refreshing to see the tremendously positive outpouring in all the media about it. As part of the Beatles he changed the world. And he was always the quiet, spiritual one. As a member of his family said: "He left his life as he lived it: conscious of god, fearless of death, and in peace". Here are some links: CNN - CNN Special - BBC - albums, songs and lyrics

Here Comes The Sun

Here comes the sun (Du du du du)
Here comes the sun
And I say
It's alright

Little darling
It's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling
It feels like years since it's been here

Here comes the sun (Du du du du)
Here comes the sun
And I say
It's alright

Little darling
The smiles returning to the faces
Little darling
It seems like years since it's been here

Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun
And I say
It's alright

Sun, sun, sun, here it comes (five times)

Little darling
I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darling
It seems like years since it's been clear

Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun
And I say
It's alright

Here comes the sun (Du du du du)
Here comes the sun
It's alright
It's alright

What a perfect anthem for the world community, with the sun as light returning. I remember! And we have George with us always thanks to the magic of electronic memory. He gave us so much, we can never again say thanks directly to him, except to thank the DIVINE ONE for his presence and to know George knows this! We do this when we listen to his music and feel the depths of his gift.
