Energetic Forecast for the month of January We invite you to read our Overview for the Year 2006 which will give you a sense of some of the collective and planetary opportunities and challenges ahead and how they contribute to preparing us to shift our evolutionary experience here together during this transition time. A time when we move from being a survival oriented species and planetary system, to one of thriving as spiritually awakened and enlivened beings remembering our greater heart story. Self Care Tips for January There is a significant energetic upgrade running through the human/earth conduits. Our bodies are being stepped up to another frequency level in terms of accessing and processing more vital life force. The energies are strong and at times may be difficult to assimilate and integrate. It may require that you eat more lightly, and become more active physically and stretch and move in ways that allows for the energy to flow more effectively. Without that there is more activity and stretching, you may find that your body aches more than usual. However, the good news is that there will be increasing energetic capability with less hours of sleep necessary. Being connected with Source, with body and with earth is key in order to successfully traverse these changes at this time. It is through the earth consciousness and earth body that you will be able to ground the energies coming through your human form. The body, mind, complex can easily be overwhelmed with the influx of life energy until such time it acclimates and integrates that which is coming to be. Indicators of energetic imbalance: The challenge physically right now involves the nervous system and the musculature. The nerves are challenged with processing efficiently and effectively without consequence. If you are experiencing increased nervousness, anxiety, panic attacks, it is because physiologically speaking, your energy body may be short circuiting…and requiring that you assist the meridians and muscles to move the ‘chi’ (the energy) so as to avoid or minimize spasms and contractions. Additional symptoms of imbalance may include: insomnia, or anxiety, shortness of breath, ears popping, skin rashes, muscle aches, especially in the spine and behind the heart, a feeling of not knowing what to do next or feeling scattered, worried or in fear, a focusing too much on the past or the future. Right now old fears are surfacing for many as they come up from the unconscious to be healed, so we encourage taking better care to listen to the needs of your body, and your emotions. Intense symptoms are indicators to calm down or slow down and connect consciously with the self, with the body and the earth in order to ground/earth the cosmic energies. With a commitment to be heart centred, and centred in the body, your system will be more supported to integrate the energy shifts being presented in this month. Utilizing the breath with intention to remain relaxed and centred will assist you in maintaining a stance of ‘peaceful acceptance’ and a renewed sense of power even as old memories surface to heal. There may be a tendency for some of you to run with the energy, to say too much in an attempt to decrease your levels of fear or anxiety. The attempts to release the energy through talking or doing too much will more than likely result in feeling exhausted and you may find that an important opportunity is missed to uncover what is really essential in order to create harmony and a sense of order. It is best to talk the self down and to connect with the earth to regain balance and energetic nourishment. This process will help the body to assimilate the energy, so that the body, the spine and energy system can become revitalized. Earth Speaks I request of you that you assist me. That you call ones to be joined soon…in a circle of support, in service to a place upon my body…You know where this place is, you will be guided as you open to be informed. It is this place within the ground, that which protrudes out in each of these places. I ask for your attendance, I ask for your support as human beings, because there is a healing that needs to commence in support of the whole, in support of those on the fence, in support of you, and what you have come to do and to be as we work together. On the 15th of January, there is a profound opening and freeing of energy. Your being is called to this service because you know, and you remember that which wishes to be…it is encoded within my body, within your body, that we may come together to work to facilitate a new earth. How can this be, without that all of us – on all planes and dimensions, come to work together? There will be more times when we will be working together in teams. I call you to remember me, remember yourselves and remember what we have come to experience together. And so these ones – you will know who you are, as you listen to your bodies. It is the body that is needing healing now. It is the body that is revealing the memory. It is that which is in me, that must come to be free, that I may move with thee in a new way, so there is …a timing frequency within you and me, that calls us to come to be in harmony as we interface with that which is the divine plan, and the teams within all times/dimensions. As we align with the greater template which determines our fate. There are many during this time, who do not choose to be here within this design, because it asks too much of them. They came to experience earth before the time of birth, and then to make an exit to then assist in another way from another vantage point. However those who have chosen to stay, to co-create within a new way, these are the ones who are called to work with me, to work in harmony within relationship, within the dance of the male and female as they come into rebalance. There are those who are uncertain and on the fence, because they have been invested in repressing that which is within them which seeks to be free. Resisting fear causes them to suffer for they are tied to traumas of the past, other space/times, they fear to remember/re-experience the trauma. I suppose the above suggest that both Earth, as well as what or who lives upon Earth, are being healed at the same time, or are suffering the transition process at the same time?
There are a lot of people saying that we may suffer energy troubles this year but it is all for a good purpose.
This year is only a year for preparation so we only need to receive and assimilate what we receive.
