Until the United States' and "?Isreal's" terrorists and assassins are stopped in their tracks, the world cannot rest. Human beings are presently tortured, imprisoned and murdered by the FBI and the CIA & Mossad worldwide for no cause; this will not stop until the global population demands the surrender of the homicidal sociopaths who dominate U.S. political and economic policies. The concept that if the U.S. is let alone (or with its puppet allies) to be armed with nuclear weaponry in order to allow the rest of the world to live in peace is total lunacy. The United States used the nuclear bomb, threatens to use it again, and will in fact use it again to attack any nation which remotely threatens the U.S. stranglehold on the world.

Under the best of scenarios (as viewed from the perspective of non conforming-belligerent nations), however, the world cannot defeat the U.S. war machine. Any attempt to prepare to do so will be met with total destruction of the aggressor. Even today the U.S. has another weapon (other than conventional) which can theoretically wipe out, instantaneously, any cache or bank of unfriendly technologies which may pose a threat to the U.S. or its allies: the laser beam fixed in position in outer space can accomplish this little task just fine.

The real issue, I think, is how to stop all weaponry from being used and at the same time to afford all human beings alive some hope for peace and stability everywhere and for all time. The formation of a one world , one people Humane global government must be studied and proposed. The tyrants of any given country cannot be entrusted with Human Rights and Individual Freedom issues ever again. This means that the people of the world, not their respective governments, must embark on mankind's most ambitious odyssey: the journey toward permanent peace and harmony on earth and the uncompromising realization of Human Rights for all. This can be done; such a goal is not simply a dream. What appears as an unattainable dream is that the United States or any other government on earth will someday stop killing and torturing people and allow them to live in peace , mutual respect and love.

SOSBEE'S PROCLAMATION:

Whereas the present government of the United States (feigning leadership) openly and without the slightest pretense of respect for human life and in complete disregard for universally accepted standards for basic human rights, engages under color of its national flag in murder, torture, imprisonment and terrorist practices against the peoples of the world, NOW THEREFORE SHOULD BE DECLARED AND HEREBY IS DECLARED A CRIMINAL AND ILLEGITIMATE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY (THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) and as such deserves not a respectable place among the family of nations and more significantly merits nil when the final account of Humanitarian efforts be tabulated by all that is holy and graceful in the universe.

We the people of the world hereby prevent the FBI, the CIA, the militia, or any other government agency (or person) of the United States (or any other country) from dictating the terms of our surrender unto their authority, custom, culture, power now and for all times; in furtherance of this recognition, the world's population forthwith seeks to expose such dictatorial intent (and the techniques employed in support of same) by public investigation which serves on a continuing basis to protect and to defend the people of the world (now and in the future) from any form of inhumane governance. For every man and every woman.

fbi Operatives Enlist Dillard Store Employee For Stalking and Harassment

Toward the end of 2009, I met by chance the owner (*Bill Dillard) of Dillard's Department Stores in the ***mall at Harlingen, Texas. He is a congenial and non assuming man with a outgoing and inquisitive disposition. We talked for a few minutes about the economy and the USA border wall being constructed at the Mexican frontier; Dillard also indicated that he is in the valley to consider renewing the lease on the Dillard's store in Harlingen, Texas. I did not inform him that the fbi is running an intelligence operation against me in the Dillard's store, Harlingen, Texas.

About a month later the fbi operatives (using identification from another agency)
enlisted a Dillard Store employee named Laura (last name unknown) in the men's shoe department to begin a stalking and harassment campaign against me every time I entered the store. I assume by her conduct that laura is become an unsuspecting operative in furtherance of the slander campaign run by the fbi terrorists in connection with their efforts to make life quite unconfortable for me as set forth at www.sosbeevfbi.com.

Laura allows herself to be controlled by the hoodlums and assassins, even though she is aware of my identity and my website by virtue of my prior brief discussion with her. Shortly after the January, 2010, stalking and harassment of me by Laura, I verbally reported the hostile campaign to the **manager of the Dillard Store in Harlingen, Texas. I explained that Laura is a pleasant and honest person who is nevertheless easily manipulated by the thugs and criminals who boldly enter into the store at will to carry out their unlawful stalking and slander activities against me; the outrageous conduct of Laura is thus impliedly approved by Dillard Store management, at least until I complained.

Note that the store manager (Ms. Spiech apparently confirmed my report with Laura, and Spiech advised me that no further harassment against me would be encouraged in the store).

ADDENDUM

AN UGLY SCENARIO TO BE REPLACED BY A 'MORE UGLIER ' ONE

As many persons are aware current USA public policy encourages the labeling of human beings in a variety of ways, consistent with the dictates of the CJIS, the CDC, Immigration, IRS, fbi and other agencies.

In the medical field, for example, the government maintains a secret list of all known or suspected carriers of various and sundry diseases and afflictions, such as Aids, Hepatitis, STDs, mental disturbances, etc. Excluded from the list are the mentally ill government employees (or other members of the ruling class) who are employed (or otherwise render support to government thugs) in the torture and murder of the Targets, many of whom are labeled as intimated above; for more on the sick perpetrators of crimes against Humanity see:

I propose that the government stop using the so-called privacy laws as a source of blackmail against all persons, including those who criticize USA corrupt and murderous global policies and practices; and I suggest that a different , more uglier system be imposed on the people. Under this new plan for openness of records, all persons would carry an ID explicitly stating any and every medical condition or background data (including all exposures to and infection with) any disease, whether incurred in life or at birth. The ID would then be available for people to display to all concerned a complete medical or criminal profile of the individual. Many police and fbi/cia, etc., operatives and agents would thereby be identified (by degree of atrocities committed) as calumniators, torturers and murderers (depending on how many suicides or outright killings he be credited with). Thus, the Congress and the Courts would no longer live in fear of the fbi/cia and cops. This recommendation may be beneficial to the oppressed who are currently and wrongfully targeted by the police and community for death/imprisonment. When the major search engines directly assist the assassins of the fbi/cia in the censure of reports, however slight be the search engine's intel role, free speech is thwarted under the chilling effect that Google (et al) impose.

I believe that my recent reports on this and other pages prompted the fbi to send me their little reminders of the great powers they possess.

Regarding Patrick Groves ("PG"-- a former high level counterintelligence officer, Special Agent with and completely programmed by the fbi):

From my recollection PG is a w/m 6', 190 lbs,appx 65 yrs, dark hair with light complexion and medium build; he is left hemispheric, bright, articulate (& fluent in Romanian) with a high IQ and a mathematics forte; yet PG evinces few signs of human decency and common sense. In short PG is the perfect fbi functionary and 'True Believer' and is a witness to or participant in the many crimes committed against me by the fbi/cia in New York City in 1978.

Wherever he be (probably SI or DC), PG should be summoned before the US Congress to outline the extensive efforts by the fbi over the past 32 years to torture, imprison, or kill me (and others); PG is also well versed in mind control methods and has a wealth of knowledge concerning fbi/cia high crimes and misdeneanors globally. One should not hold breath waiting for the Congress to depose the Manchurian Candidate PG because the Congress is also under the fbi/cia control and is not inclined to lift or to point a finger against the assassins of either agency.

The AG also states in each opinion that the AG has no authority beyond the scope of the OR statutes. I believe that the evidence will show that during the past several years the University of Texas (UT) officials (including the Chancellor, legal counsel, chief of police, high ranking officers, an fbi criminal operative/perpetrator, et al, intentionally or knowingly engaged in a criminal conspiracy (and other criminal actions as evidenced by a pattern and practice of such conduct) to violate the civil rights ( under color of law and police authority) of Geral Sosbee (hereinafter referred to as T).

Four U.S. soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg, including three special
operations servicemen who returned home this year after tours of
duty in Afghanistan, allegedly killed their wives recently, military
officials said on Friday. In two of the cases, the soldiers killed
themselves after shooting their spouses, officials said. In the
other two, the servicemen have been arrested and are facing charges.
"There has been a recent series of instances where soldiers have
either committed murder or murder-suicide against their wives," said
Maj. Gary Kolb, a spokesman for the Army Special Operations Command.

I wonder how many of the murders and suicides in America were actually

The term "mind control" comes from former CIA director Allen Dulles.
In 1953, Dulles, speaking before a national meeting of Princeton
alumni, distinguished two fronts in the then-current "battle for men's
minds": a "first front" of mass indoctrination through censorship and
propaganda, and a "second front" of individual "brainwashing" and
"brain changing." Before an audience of fellow Ivy Leaguers, Dulles
skipped the usual pieties about democracy. The same year, Dulles
approved the CIA's notorious MKULTRA project, and exempted it from
normal CIA financial controls.

A partial list of aggressive promoters of this new technology includes
Oak Ridge National Lab, Sandia National Laboratories, Science
Applications International Corporation, MITRE Corporation, Lawrence
Livermore National Lab, and Los Alamos National Laboratory.

In 1996, the US Air Force Scientific Advisory Board published a
14-volume study of future developments in weapons called New World
Vistas. Tucked away on page 89 of an ancillary 15th volume are some
hair-raising insights into the future 'coupling' of man
and machine in a section dealing with 'Biological Process
Control'. The author refers to an 'explosion' of
knowledge in the field of neuroscience, adding, ominously:

One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources,
the output of which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can
couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent
voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions),
produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term
and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an
experience set.

Translating the words 'experience set' from military
jargon into plain English, this means, simply, that they envisage the
ability to erase your life's memories and substitute a new,
fictitious set.

By projecting such developments into the future, the authors of New
Vistas are camouflaging present day capabilities. A similar futuristic
scenario with many references to mind manipulation is described in The
Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War (US Army War
College, 1994). Authors Steven Metz and James Kievit declare:
"Behaviour modification is a key component of peace
enforcement" and "The advantage of [using] directed energy
systems is deniability." The authors ask: "Against whom is
such deniability aimed?" The direct answer is "the
American people".

Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds Inc., says this about S-quad
in a letter dated 13 December, 1996:

All schematics, however, have been classified by the US Government and
we are not allowed to reveal the exact details. we make tapes
and CDs for the German Government, even the former Soviet Union
countries! All with the permission of the US State Department, of
course. The system was used throughout Operation Desert Storm
(Iraq) quite successfully.

By using these computer-enhanced EEGs, scientists can identify and
isolate the brain's low-amplitude "emotion signature
clusters", synthesise them and store them on another computer.
In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave
patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion,
scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave
pattern and can now duplicate it. "These clusters are then
placed on the Silent Sound carrier frequencies and will silently
trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion in another human
being!"

Microwaves can also alter the permeability of the body's
blood-brain barrier,14 which can synergistically increase the effects
of drugs, as the military is well aware. "Using relatively
low-level RFR, it may be possible to sensitise large military groups
to extremely dispersed amounts of biological or chemical agents to
which the unirradiated population would be immune."15

Sound can be transmitted even easier through the use of implants -
cochlear implants, implants that send electrical signals into the
fluid of the inner ear, or implants that transmit sound vibrations via
bone conduction, such as the cases of dental fillings picking up
audible radio signals.

The stimoceiver, invented by Dr. Jose Delgado, consists of wires
running from strategic points in the brain to a radio
receiver/transmitter located entirely under the skin. Through this
device, Delgado was able to stimulate raw emotions such as arousal,
anxiety, and aggression with the turn of a knob.
Of course, secret research by the US Government into microwaves and
synthetic telepathy has moved on considerably since the end of the
Cold War ... secret microwave radiation can be used to induce in
unsuspecting victims: "Headache, fatigue, perspiring, dizziness,
menstrual disorders, irritability, agitation, tension, drowsiness,
sleeplessness, depression, anxiety, forgetfulness, and the lack of
concentration."

Naval Research Lab Attempts To Meld Neurons And Chips: Studies May
Produce Army of 'Zombies.'

Future battles could be waged with genetically engineered organisms,
such as rodents, whose minds are controlled by computer chips
engineered with living brain cells.... The research, called
Hippo-campal Neuron Patterning, grows live neurons on computer chips.
"This technology that alters neurons could potentially be used
on people to create zombie armies," Lawrence Korb, a senior
fellow at the Brookings Institution, said.
