I got a few interesting comments back on my last post on "Psychic Fulfillment". A comment that I got back from at least one person was that in these times, it is more important to focus on the large than the small. I discovered a rather disappointing thing today, as I got to my car at the end of the workday. A couple of months earlier, I had placed some new bumper stickers on the back of my car: One expressing environmental thoughts, and one with an American flag, and the words "Peace is Patriotic". In the last article about the MN state Democratic convention, I described the electricity that I felt, the sense of sweeping change. There was the sense that the old ways no longer work, and that it's time to replace them with the new.

One of the most important things that I noticed was just exactly where in the party this energy was - it was with the Kucinich campaign. It is indeed time to change. At all levels. Truly the old ways no longer work. But just exactly who's old ways are we talking about?  Read More
