You know the state of the Republic has entered that region we like to call 'static.' Actually one could surmise that the USA has ceased to be a Republic and has somehow become a 'Democracy!' At least if one believes the rampant neo-speak and outright 'double-speak' illicited in the sacred halls of Ivy as well as in the West Wings super smelly interior sanctums.

The National Security Act was a real first! Of course long before that we had 'Jekyll Island' and before that...well 1913 was a coup year wasn't it. Now Paul Wolfowitz will be heading up the World Bank! How weird is that? ;)
