ABSTRACT

The subject of climate control ,environment and sustainability needs to be
re-defined in the present context of changing scenario. The Earth planet is in
grave danger of loosing its balance function to support life. Human Being
in-depth is a Reflector and the Earth planet is linked to 100 AU beyond Sun.
The Sun- CME-[Corona Mass Ejections]-Van-Allen Belts Protection offer an index that support Earth-Glow.
The Environment Protection must define the sensitive or Subtle requirements
that dictate the Physical Nature observed in the Earth Planet as a float-body. Obviously, a vortex mode support is super-imposed from Venus-Mercury-Sun
over the Earth-region that form essential Magnetic Field Links.
SAHANA VAVATU-SAHANAU BHUNAKTU is a derived Energy on the Earth region
for all Beings.

INTRODCTION: The subject of Visible-Invisible complex phenomena that effects Earth Planet attracts Environmental and climate groups along with many space scientists, philosophers, artists including even spiritual leaders. This crisis of identity is unprecedented in Human History during the last few centuries. If one considers Earth as a planet surrounded by Magnetic fields as a floating body, then, this functional existence of Life and Human Being
needs Definition in the right spirit and in tune with Nature and Science in Philosophy.
Natural Philosophy has branched out as Modern Science and perhaps drifted away from the essential links to both Philosophy and Nature . This drift defies even Human logic as one searches the cause-effect relationship and its essence of downward links from Sun-Earth region.
If science is at cross-roads, one needs to search its feet as common ground.
If philosophers are in wonder , one needs to search Science in Philosophy beyond argumentative logic
If spiritual interaction searches for interlinks, one needs to question the
rationality and effectiveness that supports Human Life in depth.
Evidently , a three-tier mode interaction and dialogue helps Science advancement.
In Research, one looks at 50 percent identification as a means for Data Interpretation
The author searches for a feasible Scientific definition of Earth Planet as a FLOAT-BODY in delicate balance that support Space-baby Life Support concept.
This step helps to put Heart and Soul further with a sense of direction to identify Sensitive Index and protective Environment as one calls the Climate route for Peaceful living.

Cluster is the first space mission able to study, in three dimensions, the natural physical processes occurring within and in the near vicinity of the Earth’s magnetosphere. It is a project of international collaboration between ESA and NASA.
Launched in 2000, it is composed of four identical spacecraft orbiting the Earth in a pyramidal configuration, along a nominal polar orbit of 4 × 19.6 Earth radii (1 Earth radius = 6380 km).Cluster’s payload consists of state-of-the-art plasma instrumentation to measure electric and magnetic fields over a wide frequency range, and key physical parameters characterizing electrons and ions from energies of nearly 0 eV to a few MeV. The science operations are coordinated by the Joint Science Operations Centre (JSOC), at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, United Kingdom, and implemented by ESA’s European Space Operations Centre (ESOC), in Darmstadt, Germany.

The Cluster mission is a major contribution of ESA to the International Living with a Star programme. This programme is a collaboration of the world-wide scientific community to understand the science behind space weather. With 10 years of operations - and still going strong - Cluster will provide the first set of multipoint measurements in the Earth's magnetic environment over a full solar cycle," comments Philippe Escoubet, ESA Cluster Mission Manager."This is a unique contribution to our ability to model and to understand space weather."

Researchers using the four spacecraft of ESA's Cluster mission have uncovered the long journey that energetic ions undergo during geomagnetic storms and how they ultimately precipitate into the Earth's atmosphere. Such precipitation affects the composition of the ionosphere, preventing GPS and communications satellites from operating correctly.
