By his own logic this is a clear statement that America is less free than almost all other countries in the world. hmmmm "In my judgement, when the United States says there will be serious consequences, and if there isnt serious consequences, it creates adverse consequences." This I think is a key point. When you rule with fear, and ultimatums are like pre-emptive fear, then action is the falling of the second shoe. This is not a cause and effect reaction, because if it was there wouldn't be the need for an intermediary enforcer. The same thing works from the other side as well, with the common believe that the government isn't allowed to act in certain ways because if it does the people will rise up in revolt. The ultimatum and the revolt are not naturally occurring but are the result of alpha types taking it upon themselves to represent their class.
