*The University of Texas (UT) continues to harass, stalk and malign this reporter of their crimes (in concert with and at the implied direction of the fbi assassins). As I previously documented, the UT officials and police fabricated a false police report against me, even while they sent one of the UT contract employees to criminally assault me in efforts to provoke a violent confrontation. The UT officials and police are on mandatory alert for any signs of disruptive campus activity by any suspicious person, especially in view of the high profile “occupy’’ movement across many continents. In this regard the UT police (and other so-called law enforcement agencies at colleges and universities) are on guard to identify and to arrest anyone who may pose some kind of security concern on campus.

The problem is that the falsely presumed great minds at the UT campuses in Austin and San Antonio, etc., are regularly committing assaults, provocations, implied threats, and uncivil conduct against me for the sole purposes to discourage the use of the university’s computer and to help the fbi arrest me. Absolutely no effort is made by the faculty, staff and police at UT to address its own illegal conduct.
The recent efforts by the UT staff in Harlingen, Texas, to remind me that I am unwanted on campus is a reminder to all that the Age Of Madness is not likely to go away anytime soon; and that the threats of arrest of innocent persons by the criminals in high places portend more injustices for us all. DOJ advises me today of the legal basis for some electronic surveillance operations. [Note that a decade ago the fbi began their fraudulent investigation and even a law suit could not force the fbi to admit to the existence of any crime by this Target; see:

The US Department of Treasury has formulated rules for monitoring and tracking suspects; these rules are then used by the fbi in order to fraudulently obtain a court order (under the guise of
' evidence of a crime' allegedly committed by the Target).
The fbi never charges a crime because no crime exists, but the phony investigation and covert crimes against the Target by the fbi are permanent and as I have shown not subject to review by even the US Supreme court.

Then, the author of the glowing public profile gratuitously proclaimed that all of the fbi society's self serving strides are for the public good.I pointed out in my original post that the society has no business seeking to profit themselves and that their duty is to the people and to the United States Constitution. Apparently, the fbi criminal who deleted my post was told to do so by his own superior because my post highlighted the treasonous stature as reflected by the society's public posture.Thus, while my post was deleted illegally, I forced the thugs to straighten up and to change their public profile.In other words, my efforts at once exposed the fbi as criminals and branded them as cowards.

As I have previously documented the Chicago fbi chief, SAC *Richard G. Held and his subordinate Ken Kaiser engaged in an elaborate and choreographed effort in 1975 to force me out of the fbi at the direction of the Tampa, Florida office, as a result of my report of unlawful fbi conduct in the **Rodriguez case.

At the same time Held ordered Kaiser to insure that Agent Sosbee (me) would not be present during an all agents conference wherein Held would outline certain possibly unlawful fbi operations taking place in Chicago at the time; Held did not trust Agent Sosbee and therefore did not want me present at the conference.So, Kaiser ordered me to go to the fbi academy for a Police Instructor's (PI) course which was conducted during the time that the Held conference was in progress. I advised Kaiser that due to personal family crises I could not attend the PI course at this time.Kaiser then ordered me to go to the course and that I had no other option. Note that I worked in the Chicago fbi office as a counter intel agent and that the PI course was of absolutely no use to me in my capacity as an Internal Security specialist. The PI course was used as ruse to remove me from Chicago for a brief time; this in itself constituted a fraud on the government.
While I was attending the ***PI course my father died and other family tragedies also struck at about the same time.

Also during the time that I was assigned to the Chicago office, Held delivered a document to me with reference to the Rodriguez case (cited above); one of Held's assistants advised me that the case by Rodriguez against the fbi was settled out of court and that the court wanted a final statement from me that I had no other information to provide in the case. I signed the document unaware that the fbi lied to the court about my knowledge of the false and unlawful arrest of Rodriguez. The Rodriguez case was finally finished in 1976. After the statutory time limits for appeal had passed in about 1978, the New York City fbi boss (Alfred E. Smith), insured that finally, at long last I could be drummed out of the service and that my reputation could be ruined so as to prevent me from ever commenting in a credible manner on the criminal conduct of dozens of fbi agents.See:

Throughout my *websites I identify by name in some instances (or by general description or photo in other cases) the individual doctors, dentists, lawyers, laymen and others who assist the fbi and the cia in the calumny, torture and attempted murder of Geral Sosbee. In all scenarios which I chronicle, the police, courts and legislators in all jurisdictions also unlawfully turn their backs on reports of crimes committed against my person. Many of the individual citizens who assist the fbi thugs in their heinous criminal offenses against me pretend to live otherwise respectable lives in their communities; their patients and fellow church and synagogue members are almost certainly not aware of the criminal (and nazi type) minds lurking beneath the phony smiles and false façades of the perpetrators whom I describe because many of them are doctors of medicine and dentistry who are greedy and self centered misanthropes lacking any true sense of human decency (or respect for the rights of others) and seeking **fbi /cia approval. Thus these dangerous and evil individuals assist the fbi/cia on queue in the criminal assaults on the unsuspecting victim (in this report, moi).
The government's use of members of the general population (sometimes referred to as gang stalking) to attack the target of the fbi/cia neutralization campaign is now a crime wave of epic proportions and no end to the madness is in sight.

ON THE NATURE OF EVIL

...Those of us who seek justice, who defend our individual rights and liberties, bestowed by God, fight them [evildoers] with every fiber of our being. We expose their evil, bringing it into the light. But to fight them, to expose them truly and well, we must first understand the nature of evil. Unless and until evil is recognized for what it actually is, all efforts to expose it, to vanquish it, are in vain.
ON THE NATURE OF EVIL
I have heard many people say they do not "believe" in evil. Or, some claim, that in the universe, good and evil must be "balanced". Some believe that we "create our own reality", which is neither "good" nor "evil", but only serves to teach us "lessons."
They don't believe there are any victims, nor any perpetrators of evil. No, they actually BLAME THE VICTIMS for any and all evil that is done to them.
They claim we are "responsible" for all that befalls us....after all, they smugly opine, it was only a "life lesson" we needed to learn. They say we must "take responsibility" for every event in our lives, as it is just part and parcel of our "spiritual evolution".
What's more, we must also have "compassion" for those who treat us wrongfully, no matter how heinous the abuse; we must try to "understand" them...after all, they are our "teachers".
Try selling this crock of perfumed hogswill to the victims of the wreckers, the survivors of family members murdered by the wreckers.
Such utter foolishness is mind boggling; pathological idiocy in its worst form. And tragically, this false belief system has taken hold among millions of people, most notably those in the New Age movement, a toxic amalgam of fascism, communism, globalist collectivism and what I would call Mickey Mouse Metaphysics.
It has been designed to lead the populace away from individual critical thinking, as well as to stamp out genuine spirit-filled intuition; and ultimately, to sever an individual's personal relationship with the Creator, whence all gifts of the spirit emanate.
Refusing to believe in the existence of evil, it follows that they do not believe certain individuals to be inherently evil, nor the collectives comprised of these individuals, whose sole intent is to do evil.
The deniers of evil, who obviously lack any form of spiritual or intellectual discernment, will thereby claim that the lowest and most despicable of traits, as well as the highest forms of saintliness and goodness, coexist in each and every individual. That we are ALL "capable" of either extreme.
What they are really saying is that we are all capable of "evil", though they still, in their self-contradictory mindset, deny its existence. They claim that we are all the same, as if we come into the world straight out of some cookie-cutter mold. How very, very wrong they are. How very, very foolish. How completely have their minds been co-opted.
Those of us who have directly perceived the forces of evil, who have apprehended evil in its various forms, including as incarnated in the flesh; who have faced it down and stood our ground against it, know beyond any shadow of doubt that evil is a reality, to be ignored, discounted or denied, always at one's own peril.
Collective indoctrination which denies evil is, of course, foisted upon society by the top-ranking evildoers themselves. The denial that perpetrating evil is a PERSONAL CHOICE, with malice aforethought, to control, to exploit and to do harm to others, a choice made by each individual, is also responsible for perpetuating the evils of the world; in part by enabling the evildoers; by institutionalizing their evil; by making evil "acceptable" in the mass psyche, the collective consciousness.
In such a way does society --the individuals who comprise it-- become innured to evil.
By all means, let's roll out the red carpet for evildoers!
"Nurture over nature" proponents (some of whom call themselves "scientists" or "psychologists") ; or those who see each human being as a "tabula rasa" (blank slate) fail to comprehend the most basic truth: That evildoers are entirely lacking in humanity, that in effect, they have no souls.
Or, that what "souls" they may have are artificial and do not belong to God. Or, that they have sold their souls in the pursuit of material/flesh/ego-gratification, in the lust for power to be wielded over all God's creation; in their grotesque vanity, to attempt to usurp the very power of God.
But in any case, and in every case, evil is a personal choice. Those who consciously and willfully choose evil will be held accountable, if not before humanity, then certainly before God. Still, it is the duty of all who see and understand the nature of evil to expose it, to defy it and to make every effort to hold the evildoers accountable for their crimes against God and humanity.
As for those who do not recognize evil for what it is, they are doomed to be used by evildoers, who feed on their confusion; their naivete; and their character flaws, exacerbated by indoctrination, and their profound ignorance.
And until such time (if ever) that they learn to recognize evil, they cannot be delivered from that which they refuse to acknowledge. It is really all that simple, and yet, far too many of these brainwashed individuals fail to see this simple truth and thus fall prey to the machinations of evildoers.
Perhaps I could compare them to lost souls, dejectedly wandering through a seemingly endless dark tunnel. When finally, they glimpse "a light at the end of the tunnel", they believe they have found their way out, that deliverance is near.
Then, in shock and horror, they hear the roar of the approaching train, bearing down on them, its blinding headlights the last thing they will ever see.
Even false light travels faster than sound. Evil can only win through deception, through engendering false perception, false lights.
In conjunction with deception, evil always involves aggression, intrusion, invasion, exploitation and predation, in various forms.
Evil does not respect --nor even acknowledge-- the spiritual integrity and personal boundaries of others: the Inviolability of Personhood.
Evil does not respect the sanctity of an individual life, nor the natural rights and liberties bestowed upon that life by God.
Evil is entirely devoid of compassion, empathy, mercy and conscience.
Evil is a voracious black hole whose vortex subsumes all ambient light and consumes the lives, the hopes and dreams of innocents.
PSYCHOPATHOLOGY IN EVILDOERS
Psychopathology is inherent in the nature of evil, at least in human terms.
Those who do evil may be narcissists, sociopaths, callous opportunists. Call them what you will, evildoers are criminally insane.
Just know that their abiding creed is to USE, to CONSUME, the more the better; and yet their hunger is inexhaustible, as their negatively-inflated egos can never, ever get enough.
They are psychic vampires who feed off the etheric/spiritual energies of their victims.
They are "social engineers" who get by in the world with oily charm and "situational ethics".
Having no conscience, the very idea of moral absolutes is beyond their ken.
They are liars, thieves, poseurs, mountebanks, merchants of false hope.
The virtues of compassion, mercy, charity, spiritual love and selfless service to others are seen only as weaknesses, weaknesses they can exploit, and which ultimately may become fatal "weaknesses" in their targets and victims.
Lacking all love, light and truth, the evildoers seek to destroy these virtues wherever they may find them, as means and opportunity permit.
In their ceaseless aggression, these diabolical predators intrude, invade, stalk, harass and persecute; they rape, they loot and plunder, all the while bearing false witness against their quarry, often accusing them of the very crimes of which they themselves are guilty as sin.
Again, the deception. They live and breathe lies, firing up the false lights at every turn.
They masquerade as paragons of virtue; as freedom fighters; as ministers to the downtrodden; as defenders of the underdog; as shepherds to the lost; as benefactors to the needy; as champions of justice. But their hearts are hollow, black and cold.
They commit atrocities and blackmail each other to cover up their crimes. AFFIDAVIT OF RICHARD TAUS
I, Richard M. Taus, declare and state: I am a former Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation assigned to the New York Field Office and the Brooklyn-Queens Metropolitan Resident Agency from July 1978 to November 1988. I was assigned to both the Foreign Counter-Intelligence Division and the Criminal Division.
During this period of time, my investigations into these matters revealed criminal activities and operations which I reported and documented to my superiors in the FBI, as follows:
The involvement of officials, agents and operatives of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) with organized crime members and drug-trafficking activities. And the participation by members of the CIA who engaged in the looting of the Savings & Loan (Thrift) Industries, financial scams and fraudulent securities transactions.
The involvement of people from the National Security Agency Staff and Council and the White House in criminal activities associated with funding the acquisition of military supplies and equipment, arms and ammunition which were referred to as the Iran-Contra Arms Initiative, known as Irangate, and the Iraqi Scandal, known as Iraqgate.
The associations between known and suspected members of the Mafia and CIA agents in conducting drug-trafficking activities and financial frauds.
I was ordered by my supervisors in the FBI to halt these investigations, destroy my written reports, terminate my informants and make no reference to these criminal and subversive activities implicating high-ranking government officials, politicians, Mafia and business leaders who controlled and manipulated government agencies and operations.
Without any support from my superiors at the FBI New York Field office, I then sent a letter describing what I had discovered in my official status as an FBI Special Agent to the FBI Director, William Sessions, and this was ignored. I proceeded to write Congressional officials, among them Senators Arlan Spector, Alfonse D'Amato, John Kerry and Congressmen Norman Lent, Charles Schumer, and many others who were on both the Senate and House Intelligence Oversight Committees. None of the above officials or representatives provided any support or assistance in exposing the CIA-White House corruption and the obstruction of justice tactics by my FBI superiors.
My sole purpose in preparing this affidavit, to be used by the former FBI Special Agent-In-Charge of the Los Angeles Field office, SAC Ted Gunderson, is to bring to justice the criminal and subversive activities that I and other government agents and operatives have discovered during our official and government related duties.
I declare and affirm under penalty of perjury that these statements are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. Executed this 13th day of August 1997, in the County of Clinton, State of New York.

Vistas are camouflaging present day capabilities. A similar futuristic
scenario with many references to mind manipulation is described in The
Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War (US Army War
College, 1994). Authors Steven Metz and James Kievit declare:
"Behaviour modification is a key component of peace
enforcement" and "The advantage of [using] directed energy
systems is deniability." The authors ask: "Against whom is
such deniability aimed?" The direct answer is "the
American people".
Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds Inc., says this about S-quad
in a letter dated 13 December, 1996:

isolate the brain's low-amplitude "emotion signature
clusters", synthesise them and store them on another computer.

patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion,
scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave
pattern and can now duplicate it. "These clusters are then
placed on the Silent Sound carrier frequencies and will silently
trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion in another human

Microwaves can also alter the permeability of the body's
blood-brain barrier,14 which can synergistically increase the effects
of drugs, as the military is well aware. "Using relatively
low-level RFR, it may be possible to sensitise large military groups
to extremely dispersed amounts of biological or chemical agents to

Sound can be transmitted even easier through the use of implants -
cochlear implants, implants that send electrical signals into the
fluid of the inner ear, or implants that transmit sound vibrations via
bone conduction, such as the cases of dental fillings picking up
audible radio signals.
The stimoceiver, invented by Dr. Jose Delgado, consists of wires
running from strategic points in the brain to a radio

Dear Senator Leahy:
I want to thank you and your staff for taking time to address this very serious issue. This letter represents hundreds of citizens from every corner of this country. I've enclosed signatures from many of these people; however, there are many others who choose to remain silent, fearing further retribution.
I'm writing to you about an extremely "critical" situation that exists in this country. Because it is a complicated problem, I will attempt to simplify the many layers with a direct explanation. Human Experimentation is still taking place in America!
The previous "Church Hearings" and the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation only revealed the "tip of the iceberg." The research is continuing - even thriving - mainly because it is classified, thus protected under the National Security Act. The victims have no redress; there is no equal representation of the law. This research is also protected by the fact that much of it is being done by "private contractors", even though funding comes from government agencies. I believe it is sometimes referred to as "the black budget." mI have done much research over the years, consulting with so-called experts - scientists, physicians, retired governmental agents, private investigators, journalists, etc. Given the time element (I have been a victim for many years) the manpower and the budget necessary to implement such a venture necessitates the fact that this is basically a government project. Many of us believe that what is occurring today is an extension of a former government project called MK-ULTRA, which was supposedly shut down. Instead of completely stopping the program, it was discretely placed in the private sector, although its tentacles still reach back to Washington. Much of what is occurring is being done by private contractors, universities, corporations, and private citizens. We believe that the military and local police participate. Years ago, the MK-ULTRA program used drugs, electro-shock treatments and hypnosis to achieve desired results. Today directed energy weapons have replaced the drugs and other methods formerly used.
I have enclosed a partial list of U.S. Patents for the equipment (apparatus) that is capable of changing brain-wave patterns, thus influencing behavior. By the 90's, emotions, thoughts, memory and thinking could be manipulated by external means. Needless to say, personal freedom and human dignity have fallen by the wayside. We are not free to pursue our God-given destiny. We have been reduced to Human Guinea Pigs.
There is another hideous aspect to this despicable situation. Many of us refer to it as electronic terrorism or torture. If the so-called "handler" or agent doesn't approve of what you say, do, or think, you are immediately hit with a tremendous amount of energy which can knock you to the floor, cause seizures and burns - break bones and other related problems. There are a large number of victims who have similar physical 7problems that have developed over the years. There are serious health problems that occur with long term exposure. Because many of us are too sick to work, we have no health insurance, which complicates an already devastating situation.
Sadly, we also have a list of victims who have committed suicide because of the constant physical and mental abuse. Some of us are controlled with pain.
Along with all of the atrocities I've described, some of us are also being harassed, stalked, slandered, robbed and threatened on a regular basis. If we try to get help from law-enforcement, we are ignored. I believe the authorities are told that we are "mental cases." It is difficult to get a simple case number describing a break-in or stalking. Clearly, the law is not working for us. I've enclosed copy of a letter which we sent to the WASHINGTON POST which lists the various advanced (exotic) weapons being used for physical and mental manipulation techniques. Also enclosed is a copy of HR Bill 2977 introduced by Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Democrat of Ohio. This bill speaks of the weapons that we are describing.
After sending the bill to DOD, Congressmen Kucinich was advised to radically change the "wording" of the bill. However, the fact that the original language was there (regarding directed energy weapons, mind control and other descriptions of this technology) proves that the government is aware of the problem - yet still yields to the stern voice of the military.
More proof of the existence of the weapons is European Parliament Resolution A-005/99 passed on January 29, 1999, which places a ban on all development and deployment weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings.
It is important to stress the fact that if we do complain or state our grievances, we are automatically categorized as unpatriotic, mentally ill, criminal types, dissidents, whistle-blowers, or worse yet, as terrorists, or a threat to National Security.
I take issue with what is being said about us; we are merely trying to express what is happening to us. Our mission is peaceful. We are not given the opportunity to defend ourselves against the false propaganda being spread in our communities. Many reputations have been ruined!
Citizens of a free society have the right to be protected from all forms of danger - not just visible forms of aggression such as guns, knives, etc., but also from invisible forms of danger (microwaves, EMF, infrasound). Someone needs to be monitoring this equipment; the situation is out of control.
We are asking for a complete investigation. This is not an easy subject; however, if democracy is to survive, we must fact up to what is happening in our country.

Mind control means influencing the behaviour of an
individual. And to creating or remolding victims personality towards desired
state. The desired model human for the elite of the world, or, "the
Illuminati" is: Easily steerable mass-human without personal
characteristics. A stupefied, dumbed down person. This secures the interests
of the elite of the world. So they can lead our lives through changing times
the way they want.
Apparently growing out of earlier government mind control research programs
such as MKULTRA, and government suppression-of-dissent programs such as
COINTELPRO, today's mind control is covert, finely crafted, around the clock
harassment perpetrated against citizens living in their homes and
communities.
Destruction of family and other relationships by way of lies, bribes, and
threats is a goal of the phase of today's mind control. The current day mind
control program has been carefully engineered so that if the target
complains, their own words will instantly cause them to be labeled as
mentally ill.

The term "mind control" comes from former CIA director Allen Dulles.
In 1953, Dulles, speaking before a national meeting of Princeton
alumni, distinguished two fronts in the then-current "battle for men's
minds": a "first front" of mass indoctrination through censorship and

knowledge in the field of neuroscience, adding, ominously:
One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources,

couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent
voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions),
produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term
and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an
experience set.
Translating the words 'experience set' from military
jargon into plain English, this means, simply, that they envisage the
ability to erase your life's memories and substitute a new,
fictitious set.
By projecting such developments into the future, the authors of New
Vistas are camouflaging present day capabilities. A similar futuristic
scenario with many references to mind manipulation is described in The
Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War (US Army War
College, 1994). Authors Steven Metz and James Kievit declare:
"Behaviour modification is a key component of peace
enforcement" and "The advantage of [using] directed energy
systems is deniability." The authors ask: "Against whom is
such deniability aimed?" The direct answer is "the
American people".
Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds Inc., says this about S-quad
in a letter dated 13 December, 1996:
All schematics, however, have been classified by the US Government and
we are not allowed to reveal the exact details. we make tapes
and CDs for the German Government, even the former Soviet Union
countries! All with the permission of the US State Department, of
course. The system was used throughout Operation Desert Storm
(Iraq) quite successfully.
By using these computer-enhanced EEGs, scientists can identify and
isolate the brain's low-amplitude "emotion signature
clusters", synthesise them and store them on another computer.
In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave
patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion,
scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave
pattern and can now duplicate it. "These clusters are then
placed on the Silent Sound carrier frequencies and will silently
trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion in another human
being!"
Microwaves can also alter the permeability of the body's
blood-brain barrier,14 which can synergistically increase the effects
of drugs, as the military is well aware. "Using relatively
low-level RFR, it may be possible to sensitise large military groups
to extremely dispersed amounts of biological or chemical agents to
which the unirradiated population would be immune."15
Sound can be transmitted even easier through the use of implants -
cochlear implants, implants that send electrical signals into the
fluid of the inner ear, or implants that transmit sound vibrations via
bone conduction, such as the cases of dental fillings picking up
audible radio signals.
The stimoceiver, invented by Dr. Jose Delgado, consists of wires
running from strategic points in the brain to a radio
receiver/transmitter located entirely under the skin. Through this
device, Delgado was able to stimulate raw emotions such as arousal,
anxiety, and aggression with the turn of a knob.
Of course, secret research by the US Government into microwaves and
synthetic telepathy has moved on considerably since the end of the
Cold War ... secret microwave radiation can be used to induce in
unsuspecting victims: "Headache, fatigue, perspiring, dizziness,
menstrual disorders, irritability, agitation, tension, drowsiness,
sleeplessness, depression, anxiety, forgetfulness, and the lack of

MILAN, Italy — The wife of an Egyptian cleric taken from a Milan street, allegedly as part of the CIA's extraordinary-rendition program, wept Wednesday as she described her husband's alleged torture in an Egyptian jail.
Heavily veiled and speaking through a translator, Ghali Nabila testified in the trial of 26 Americans charged in Italy with kidnapping in the disappearance of Osama Moustafa Hassan Nasr in February 2003.
"They put him on a cross, they beat him on the ears and all over his body," she told the court, citing a letter from her husband and conversations with him.
"They positioned him on a chair, tied up his hands and his feet," she said, before breaking into tears. "And they gave him electrical shock all over his body, even his genitals."
Nabila, 39, said the torture continued over 14 months.

As I and others have documented the uSA is the first nation to use space based weaponry to track, torture and kill human beings on earth; the current focus by the uSA administration on protecting space based assets is in part a programming ploy played by people in power purposefully to achieve the following:

2)To dictate the terms to other nations regarding their activities (including their placements of assets) in space

During the past two days Sosbee has been quite busy posting the message (shown at the bottom of this update) on message boards around the world. The fbi counters this effort with intense ELF ( sleep deprivation) assaults nightly; then, as usual, the fbi threatens to deliver more such assaults for Sosbee's continued activism/troublemaking. The article that the fbi and the cia are saddened by is as follows:
The intelligence (intel) agencies of the United States represent the heart beat of America; every aspect of American life is affected by intel operation: the economy, politics, public policy. Even the power to wage war is directly affected by cia operations in targeted nations.
When the intel services , such as the fbi and the cia, engage in widespread covert criminal operations (i.e.: conduct strictly proscribed and unconstitutional under our laws and the laws of nations) the government in all branches is tainted. Failure to demand accountability is often the result of a corrupt Congress of the United States; the courts are also complicit in the illegal activities of intel groups as I and others have shown in many cases.
At last the people must also share the responsibility for its homicidal intel groups because some members (and sectors) of the general public benefit from the immoral and criminal intel activities.
Now, here's the rub: when the intel mob is out of control (which is presently the case) its agents, operatives, thugs and assassins are free to engage in widespread criminal actions and is free to violate the United States Constitution with total impunity. They have become in effect traitors, but few among the population will label them as such for fear of reprisal. The intel mobsters are indeed an organized crime syndicate, destroying any individual at will and with no recourse. The traitors whom I refer to are primarily associated with the fbi and the cia; they are largely responsible for the current collapse of our constitutional government.

I recently contacted the U.S. Commission on 911 and I attempted to report gross abuse of power by the fbi/cia in foreign intelligence matters ; I wanted to point out that such transgressions involved blackmail and extortion by the fbi/cia against foreign governments and officials who fail to recognize the superiority of the fbi/cia in the NWO. This type of corruption by the fbi/cia must be addressed in order
to prevent another attack on the U.S. because foreign countries may begin to play the same game on US that we use on them in regards to sharing intelligence.The Commission ignored my two e-mails on this subject. I must
therefore conclude that the Commission attempts to conceal from the world certain intelligence data that could compromise intelligence sources and methodology even though the fbi and the cia engage in commodity-type trading of such information in international political negotiations/operations in a manner not necessarily in the best interests of presumed friendly nations. Specifically, for example, the fbi will withhold intelligence data that a foreign country needs to prevent a terrorist attack on that foreign nation, unless that country(or foreign official) fully cooperates with the fbi and the cia in covert operations design to kill or to imprison given Targets, or to
overthrow a given government.Indeed in some instances as history shows the terrorists in some attacks had cia tacit approval for attacks on certain targets.An appauling example of a different type fbi/cia incompetence and corrupt practices regarding intelligence sharing occurred in the
Philipines prior to 911. The Filipino government (and top law enforcement officials in Manila) advised the fbi and the cia prior to 911 that a number of the terrorists who were later confirmed as involved in the 911 attack on the U.S. were in the Philippines, possibly training there, and were en route to the U.S. The fbi and the cia ignored this data because the names , albeit associated with known terrorist groups, were Saudi Arabian, and that nation enjoys a cozy
relationship with the fbi/cia in terms of sharing intelligence data; presumably the fbi and the cia take no action (until now) against suspect foreign nationals of Saudi Arabia because such characters may in fact be assassins for the Saudi government. In other words the fbi and the cia protect the assassins of friendly nations. In this regard ,the police officials in Manila hold deep resentment
for the fbi and the cia for their heavy-handed controls over the Filipino government and these officials are at the same time afraid to report fbi/cia trangressions/incompetence to the U.S. Congress for fear of retaliation by the fbi/cia who could easily withhold the names of potential assassins bent on killing Filipino officials. Another common method of fbi/cia retaliation against a foreign government official is for the fbi and the cia to not share vital intelligence data with a sometimes friendly foreign government in order to allow a terrorist attack on that government when intelligence
tactics dictate the need for such back-stabbing. This , of course,causes serious political repercussions, especially as some foreign officials now recognize that the fbi and the cia lied to the U.S. Congress about the causes for U.S. invasion of Iraq (as well as other skirmishes around the world) and at the same time the U.S. expects friendly nations to send troops to die for our (U.S.)inhumane goals

WASHINGTON - "Supreme Court nominee John Roberts said Monday that justices are servants of the law, playing a limited government role...."
John Roberts' words quoted above contradict the fundamental premise of the one document that is in theory the supreme law of the land, that the government (in all three branches) is created by, for, and of the people and that the Bill of Rights requires judicial activism at all times in order to secure the blessings of liberty implied in those rights. As we have learned at great cost, eternal vigilance is the price of freedom (as Lincoln says) and the long absence of such vigilance in the United States is in part the doing of the United States Supreme Court Justices over the past fifty years. Furthermore, the so-called limited role of the justices which Roberts pompously and confidently touts is designed to allow continued fascist rule by the very corrupt politicians who fail in their duty to serve the people and who instead pass inhumane laws for the purpose of insuring that the people stay oppressed.
The idea that a Justice serves only the law is abhorrent to all who seek redress of this nation's continuing injustices. The Supreme Court is no longer of any use to the people if the Roberts' statement is fact.
On April 27, 2008, Justice Anthony Scalia states on the program "60 Minutes" that torture of an accused or suspect is not 'punishment' and therefore does not violate the constitutional mandate against "cruel and unusual punishment". Thus, Scalia implies that the current torture of Sosbee and others by the fbi/cia is tacitly approved by the highest court in the uSA. Sosbee will not attempt to further analyze the insane and convoluted reasonings of Scalia; his silly and pompus disreagrds for Humanity (and the inalienable Rights of all living persons) speak volumes, as he also (in a different context) states that a condemned person being executed has no constitutional guarantee that he will be executed by a pain free method of killing.

Whenever the media and the medical community get together for the purpose of saying, "we just cannot pinpoint the cause of death", as occurred in the Arafat death investigation, red flags should fly around the world to alert the global population that the very best medical minds on earth have no clue; the truth is that these doctors, reporters and political hacks have good reason to obscure the real cause of death because the intelligence services of the US, Israel, England, and other countries have an urgent need to keep secret the high tech lethal gadgetry that killed (or led to the death of ) Arafat.
The McMurtrey article (inter alia) on the subject of remote human behavior manipulation (and related directed energy weaponry)is not mentioned as the doctors pretend to address the various medical indications surrounding Arafat's death. The cooking of the brain or the intestines of the Target by remote control (such as may have occurred to Arafat) is common knowledge in the intelligence community; so the current media report summarized as follows is absurd given the total absence of any mention of exotic weaponry as a possible cause of death:

On July 15, 2004, I reported evidence of possible 911 Commission deceit and cover-up of fbi crimes (including the concealment from the world of fbi/cia terrorists' sources and methodologies). More recently, the 911 Commission reveals the incompetence/failures of its staff of high level Inquisitors by refusing to recommend an overhaul of the fbi/cia's operations. Specifically, the 911 Commission makes no
effort to examine the total corruption of the army of assassins in the fbi and thereby grants the fbi a continuing license (with the imprimature of the Commission) to carry on the programs of blackmail, extortion , torture and murder of key persons worldwide by the use of street thugs, police, etc.,and high tech weaponry. The 911 Commission therefore performs a treasonous disservice to the American people and
leaves the U.S. more vulnerable than ever to attacks on the homeland. The Phillipino government (and top law enforcement officials in Manila) advised the fbi and the cia prior to 911 that a number of the terrorists who were later confirmed as involved in the 911 attack on the U.S. were in the Phillipines, possibly training there, and were en route to the U.S. The fbi and the cia ignored this data because the names , albeit associated with known terrorist groups, were Saudi Arabian, and that nation enjoys a cozy relationship with the fbi/cia in terms of sharing intelligence data; presumably the fbi and the cia take no action (until now) against suspect foreign nationals of Saudi Arabia because such characters may in fact be assassins for the Saudi government. In other words the fbi and the cia protect the assassins of friendly nations.
In this regard ,the police officials in Manilla hold deep resentment for the fbi and the cia for their heavy-handed controls over the Phillipino government and these officials are at the same time afraid to report fbi/cia trangressions/incompetence to the U.S. Congress for fear of retaliation by the fbi/cia who could easily withhold the names of potential assassins bent on killing Phillipino officials.
Another common method of fbi/cia retaliation against a foreign government official is for the fbi and the cia to not share vital intelligence data with a sometimes friendly foreign government in order to allow a terrorist attack on that government when intelligence tactics dictate the need for such back-stabbing. This , of course, causes serious political repercussions, especially as some foreign officials now recognize that the fbi and the cia lied to the U.S. Congress about the causes for U.S. invasion of Iraq (as well as other skirmishes around the world) and at the same time the U.S. expects friendly nations to send troops to die for our (U.S.)inhumane goals there.geral sosbee

As a result of my recent experiences as documented in detail on my website at www.sosbeevfbi.com I am certain that the men and women of the fbi and cia (and their affiliates ) actually watch in real time as the Targets of the inhumane assaults described in my site commit suicide. The despicable activities of these fbi and the cia agents, operatives, thugs and assassins must be revealed to the world in order to offer some protection to all of mankind from a phenomena politely referred to as non-consensual human experimentation; in actuality this barbarous United States program is born of devilish minds, and wicked hearts, and is implemented by pathologic personalities of the lowest type. ...manipulates the global media by use of blackmail, extortion and financial isolation in order to control the daily news broadcasts;
...terrorizes and silences the most viable and credible critics of the United States by the use of a combination of some of the above mentioned methods;
...supports patently corrupt governments when such governments cooperate in the extermination of the targets;
...insures the continuance of the permanent underclass in the world by stocking the prisons and hospitals with people who cannot find work, who cannot gain social standing and who refuse to bow to corrupt and unjust authority;
...abandons any concern for the basic Rights of the majority of the world's population and treats the targets (for death) as no better than discarded refuse.
