Bean @65.102.91.243 : U.S. DOJ Office of Inspector General US DOJ OIG was created by The Patriot Act and is tasked with investigating fed prosecutors and FBI agents. 1)I sent my US DOJ OIG complaint to the Denver and Dallas field offices in October 2004. 2)I never got a call back, an interview or a letter saying "they got the complaint?" I had to call Denver field office to find out that DOJ OIG passed on the complaint and gave it to FBI OPR?! Which effectively means...absolutely no criminal action will be taken against my harassers. 3)I notice how the police state "does not" acknowledge serious legitimate complaints...while "sending acknowledgement letters" to complainants with dubious complaints? I never got a letter saying "thanks but no thanks." You would think that a 34 page detailed complaint would garner a phone call, interview and polygraph...but nope. If the complaint is real and true...FBI prefers to stall and deny and lose "it in the paper chase." NO SURPRISE TO ME. 4)IT's friggin amazing the level of "gutlessness" and "apathy" by those tasked with policing the DOJ and FBI and police state?! I think it's impossible to get an FBI agent indicted regardless of the facts...unless "an FBI agent makes the complaint" and the bureacracy agrees to police themselves. 5)You realize "that any complaint to DOJ OIG or FBI OPR" is routinuely "shitcanned" if it is corroborated? The FBI and DOJ prefer to "clean their dirty laundry" out of sight of the public. The best you can hope for is...a dismissal of the field agent which is masked with a resignation. 6)This means that "the police state has granted themselves criminal immunity" for any state or federal felony crime committed by them or their coconspirators?! Which means--"US DOJ has created a rogue police state" by willfull failure to act on complaints?! DOES THIS SURPRISE ANYONE?! 7)"Waco, Ruby Ridge, COINTELPRO, Wen Ho Lee, Jewell, Brandon Mayfield, Steven Hatfield, etc" would never have occurred but for field agents knowing "that they have criminal immunity"?! In other words..."the stupid pricks lie." Overzealous agents are actually rewarded for breaking laws and "felony crimes" are seen as proof of one's righteousness and fidelity to the rule of law?! 8)DOJ claims to be the patriotic, all american, honest, loyal, semper fi heros saving America from subversion and dangerous threats to security?! As it turns out, the biggest threat to the rule of law and this country is....THE FBI AND US DOJ?! 9) I can honestly tell you..."there is no Constitutional right that cannot be unilaterally and secretly waived" by a two legged, shit making, overrated, smug, self righteous, power tripping, idiot with a badge?! Title 18 USC sections 241, 242, 1512, 1513, and 2511 are all statutes that "do not apply to our self appointed federal tit suckers." 10) If the police state "has criminal immunity"...uh...guess what is gonna happen?! Well...uh...in 1990 the San Fran FBI SAC sanctioned his field agents building a bomb and placing it in Earth First activist Judi Bari's vehicle. And, no FBI agent went to jail?! Imagine that, huh?! The Pentagon is gonna need an army...seeing how we are stuck in Iraq in another Viet Nam. So...uh...we need a draft...right? The only way to get a draft so the neocons can takeover the world is with another "act of domestic terrorism" that galvanizes America sheep into a bloodshirty crusade that is guaranteed to make military contracting into a trillion dollar bonanza. The next act of domestic terrorism will be overwhelmingly destructive. I noticed the FBI and CIA's hands in the big acts of domestic terrorism (WTC 1993, OK CITY BOMB, WTC 9/11). The FBI's death toll went from five, to 165, to 3,000. Using some rough exponential figuring...I figure The FBI and CIA will kill about 15,000 Americans. Marshall Law will be declared. The draft will be instituted. Countries will be invaded based on bogus intell under the auspices of "fighting terrorism." The Drug Trade will not be effected....and heroin will continually flow into America despite "a total police state lockdown" on everybody?! It's all about money. It has nothing to do with terrorism or a legitimate threat to anybody's security. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY, IDOLATRY, MATERIALISM, POWER, AND THE DENIAL OF DEATH AND MORTALITY. IT'S ALL ABOUT ILLUSIONS.
