A time when many people find it easy to give lip service to standing up for their liberty --as long as there's no risk, no fuss, no muss. Some join "patriot" groups, pay their yearly dues and attend regular meetings, smugly feeling they have done their part to defend freedom. The more ambitious are organizers who start their own groups or engineer the takeover of an existing group. From my observations, most of these folks are nothing but approval-seeking publicity mavens who enjoy the attention they receive for their promotion of "patriotic" ideals. Some write impassioned screeds denouncing "Tyranny" and invoking the spirit of Thomas Jefferson, James Madison or Patrick Henry, calling for a New American Revolution. But do they really want another revolutionary war ? Would they really be prepared for such an eventuality ? Let's consider a hypothetical scenario: The first shots are fired by U.N. troops, invading their private property. Would they actually grab their weapons, lock and load ? Would they have any weapons at the ready ? Do most of them even own a weapon ? I'd like to see these "patriots" the first time a round whizzes past their heads: It would be hilarious, they'd be running for cover so fast they'd trip over themselves and probably knock down any fellow "freedom fighters" standing in their way. For them, an alert of "incoming!" would surely be the signal for a speedy retreat. Unconditional surrender would follow, just as the night follows the day. HONORABLE MENTION: "PATRIOTS" TODD FAHEY & TIM WHITE Forget their macho posturing and bragging. "Blue helmets make great targets !": One such "patriotic" slogan (complete with fancy graphics) posted on Friends of Liberty by editor Todd Brendan Fahey, typical of the cowardly false patriots who have no training whatsoever in the use of firearms (or any other form of combat) but simply love to hear themselves talk, the tougher the better. Fahey's idea of "self defense" is throwing a cup of scalding hot coffee in the face (or down the shirt collar) of the "enemy" BEFORE the other "combatant" makes any aggressive move against him. Any comment Fahey interprets as a personal slight will suffice. Then, he'll run, as fast as his scrawny legs can carry him, and hide, taunting and baiting his "enemy" with obscene insults. In any case, as far as the tough-talking-in-print, but wimpy-and- whining-in-real time Fahey is concerned, he needn't fear an invasion of his private property in America, since he doesn't even live here and by his own admission, hates his own country, which is why he left and relocated to Southeast Asia in 1996. This lowlife parasite has gone back to hiding out in the backwater of South Korea, where he's lived for the better part of the last decade, where presumably his "patriotic" activities continue: self- medicating with booze and drugs; committing adultery with his married students; stealing anything not nailed down in the university-subsidized housing where he lives (rent free, off the fat of the land); at the schools where he "teaches", the sleazy bars he frequents. (Nobody could ever accuse Todd Fahey of slumming.) Destroying private property wherever he may find it...oh, and let's not forget, running his enterprising blackmail schemes (usually based on sex scandals) while he dreams up more "patriotic" articles to showcase himself as a "Friend of Liberty"...Yes, indeed, Todd Brendan Fahey, a dyed-in-the-wool American "patriot" ! And don't miss this, folks ! Fahey is now regularly featured by Patriot Extraordinaire, editor Ken Adachi (who risks life and limb exposing the New World Order) on Educate Yourself, along with transvestite and predicate felon Tim White (known in Denver as the Colorado Cutie or the Cross-dressing Conspiracy Theorist) now wanted for making death threats against a female police officer after violating a restraining order, stalking Denver resident Doreen Bishop. In his spare time (that is, when he's not engaged in cross-dressing, smoking dope, stalking or extortion schemes) White harasses anyone who just might be considered a REAL Enemy of the State-- the POLICE STATE, that is. Defenders of the Constitution like Barbara Hartwell, Stew Webb, Geral Sosbee and most recently, Rick Stanley. In the past, Tim White has also been a featured guest on The Intelligence Report, GCN radio, hosted by another outstanding "patriot", Larry Lawson. He's also been known to post his brilliant political commentaries on Lawson's Yahoo! group, LL News. (Sorry, I can't copy one here, I find the obscenities offensive.) White has also received fabulous reviews from Lawson and other "patriots" who post on his message board. As for Todd Fahey, I offered him sanctuary in my home (I was trying to save his life, which he claimed was in grave danger) after he was deported from Southeast Asia, because I believed him to be a fellow patriot and defender of the Constitution, from reading all his "patriotic "articles. As I (and my family) found out, I was dead wrong about Fahey. He's no patriot. But he did tell us all many outrageous lies; was a freeloader in my home for three miserable weeks; stole from me and destroyed my private property, costing me thousands of dollars in damages. He also made unwanted "romantic" and sexual advances to me, which were rejected by me, but which he has been spreading lies about, all over the World Wide Web, ever since! Unbelievable. I had never met such a whackjob in all my life. Fortunately for me, I've never met Tim White (only listened to the rantings in his many harassing phone calls) but I'd have to say that Fahey wins the prize for Degenerate Lunatic Patriot of the Year. Sorry, White, even you lose when compared to this one. Fahey, the Houseguest from Hell, was finally thrown out of my home, hauled away by the police, appropriately, on the Fourth of July. Independence Day! There's some poetic justice for you. ARMCHAIR "PATRIOTS" From the comfort of their La-Z Boys, these armchair patriots and weekend warriors will drone on about defending the Bill of Rights; denouncing "gun control" and volubly advocating Freedom of Speech. But what does all their "free speech" really amount to ? ... From what I've seen, their words are merely regurgitated slogans or empty rhetoric, echoing hollowly back whence it came. Somebody ought to remind these "patriots" that FREEDOM ISN'T FREE. Freedom comes at a price --one they're clearly not willing to pay. Few ever take any action at all, much less are willing to risk their lives; to do whatever it takes to protect their rights and those of their families and friends. On the contrary, at the first sign of a perceived threat, they panic; they scurry for cover; they sell out their friends and families; do whatever it takes to protect themselves, their possessions, their 'benefits', their pensions, their own little shallow, materialistic, compromised existence...and what they falsely perceive as their "security". I know this as well as anyone could for sadly, some of my own family and most of my former "friends" have betrayed, deserted or scapegoated me because they were too afraid or too brainwashed to even take a hard look at the truth, much less act on it. I'm through trying to talk to these people, it's an exercise in futility. Nobody is listening, nobody cares. And I'm through sticking my neck out and taking the heat for them, since they refuse to stand up for themselves. Forget most of those who call themselves "patriots". Certainly, forget their words. Look instead at their ACTIONS if you want the truth. On the other side of the "patriot" spectrum are a bunch of flag- waving jingoists with plastic yellow ribbons proudly plastered all over their vehicles, whose rallying cry is: Support Our Troops !... (Translation: My country, right or wrong! Spread government propaganda for the Bush Crime Family War Machine!) Some "patriots" are just plain stupid, they can't seem to make use of the brains or the free-will God gave them. They too can become Citizen Spies for Big Brother. For these folks, conformity is a virtue; they aspire to mediocrity, considering it a luxury for which even their own freedom is not too dear a price to pay. Tragically, it seems most people will allow themselves to be led like sheep to the slaughter. They will mindlessly comply with all the unconstitutional, illegal, tyrannical and treasonous legislation being dumped into the system in the wake of 9-11. And call it "patriotism". They are fooled by the LIE that such legislation is "necessary" to protect citizens from Evil Empires or "Foreign Terrorists". They believe the LIE that American citizens should be willing to sacrifice our freedoms and Constitutional rights in exchange for "security"....Homeland Security, that is. Because they are cowards, they will conform to the dictates of the oppressors and will lose both their freedom and their security. And I'm sorry to have to say that those who refuse to fight for their freedom will be deserving of exactly what they get. Blind to the lessons of world history; cravenly turning their eyes from the flagrant escalation of lawless arrogation of power displayed all around them, they will have brought it upon themselves. WHO ARE THE REAL TERRORISTS ? In truth, the most dangerous "terrorists" are the very elected and appointed officials running the U.S. Government, in collusion with and receiving aid and comfort from their cronies in the multi- national, multi-billion-dollar corporations; foreign intelligence services; and the United Nations, all of which are collectively working toward the final lockdown of the New World Order. The fix is in. George W. Bush --the lame duck occupant of the White House --now serving his second and final term as president, no longer needs to concern himself with winning the respect or approbation of American citizens. He'll do as he pleases --or more accurately, as his sinister overlords bid him. Who's to stop him ? The President of the United States of America is a traitor. If you don't believe this, ask yourself this question: Has he honored his oath to defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic, so help [him] God ? The answer is staring us all in the face: No indeed, he has not. On the contrary, he is guilty of treason because he has violated that oath repeatedly --and with impunity! And he will continue to do so unless individual American citizens, one by one, start holding the Federal Government accountable for --and more important, refusing to tolerate-- the lies, the manipulations, the cronyism, the subversive activities and the fascist tyranny which he and his co-conspirators are trying to pass off as the War on Terrorism. It's a war, alright --a war against the people of the United States of America; against our freedoms and against the Constitutional Republic. Observe the president's behavior and ask yourself a few more questions: Are his actions those of the "Christian" he so proudly claims to be ? In his treatment of others, in America and around the globe, is he following the teachings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ ? Or does he exhibit behavior more typical of a satanist ? Why is George W. Bush a member of the satanic, elitist secret society, Skull and Bones ? Why did George W. Bush flash the two-fingered satanic, devil-horn sign...at his January 20, 2005 Inauguration Ceremony, no less ? For those who still don't get it, let's take a look at just a few of the most pertinent and salient facts. The facts which comprise the stark and horrifying reality that very few seem to want to acknowledge as the truth. As Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States of America, the president is responsible for ordering the killing, rape and torture of citizens --including civilians, non-combatants, many of whom are children-- in countries the U.S. is not even officially "at war" with. Countries who have not attacked the United States. None of the much-touted "Weapons of Mass Destruction" have been discovered in the countries targeted by this Commander-in-Chief. No "war" has ever been declared by Congress. Yet billions and billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars continue to be funnelled into the black hole of this "war". With no end in sight... Is this country, under its current regime, really One Nation Under God? The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave ? Is this a Government of the people, by the people and for the people ? Is there really a "War on Terrorism" ? Or is something else happening ? It's time to get real: Homeland Security, Patriot Acts....what utter rubbish!...those sponsoring these abominations (which were in the works and had been drafted many years before before 9-11-01 despite the claims that they were a "response" to these terrorist acts) are guilty of nothing less than High Treason. The tyrants' plan is to expunge your rights as a human being; trash the Constitution; destroy the National Sovereignty of the U.S. of A. and turn everyone into a slave, under a Totalitarian One World Government. The New World Order, which George H.W. Bush has been openly promoting for many years, long before his boy was 'elected' to be the puppet and mouthpiece in the White House for the cabal of crypto-fascists which comprise this very same New World Order. He addresses serious issues which are of concern to him. I would have to assume that Geral expects the comments posted by readers from the public to address the issues relevant to his commentaries, not use the board for frivolous purposes. Unfortunately, there are now persons using this board simply to harass Barbara Hartwell. I suppose I should have known better than to post anything here. Though I rarely post anything on public message boards, there have been many morons on my case for years, people who evidently have nothing better to do with their time than taunt, bait, and harass people they don't like, including me. It is disrespectful to Geral Sosbee to use his board for this purpose. Therefore, I will apologize to Geral for having his board invaded by my detractors, even though I have no control over their foolish and malicious actions. And this will be my last post here. The person posing as "Teddy Martino" appears to be the drunken lunatic and pathological liar, Todd Fahey, who, being a coward, frequently uses screen names to hide behind (the "ho ho" was the tipoff, he's used that one before.) He found out the name of a friend of my son's and typically, is now using it to harass me. Teddy Martino would never post such a thing. BH COINTELPRO-STYLE OPERATIONS I have been targeted for vicious harassment (at times of a criminal nature) by many of the unconscionable, ignorant and misguided people who populate the Internet. This harassment has included libel and slander campaigns by various individuals, many of whom comprise a loose-knit network of dupes and minions of the FBI/CIA et al, broadly known as a COINTELPRO-style operation. (The CIA also implemented a similar program, Operation CHAOS, geared toward illegal domestic spying and sabotage of the activities of "dissidents"; however, COINTELPRO better describes the operation as it has been run by both agencies since the advent of the Internet, which only became a major venue for such operations about ten years ago.) The purpose of the COINTELPRO operation: To publicly discredit those legitimate individuals who are telling the truth about criminals, tyrants and traitors in government; and to sabotage the work of genuine activists standing up against the New World Order. COINTELPRO --instituted in the 1950s under the auspices of the FBI by J. Edgar Hoover-- involves, among other operations, professional intelligence operatives who organize amateurs (who pose as political activists; "patriots" or even "Christians") to target bona fide whistle-blowers, survivors of government black operations, sincere patriots and defenders of the Constitution, by demonizing their character; spreading lies and disinformation; Machiavellian divide-and-conquer tactics; as well as harassment campaigns by e-mail and phone, even stalking (cyber-stalking included). These sowers of discord --provocateurs and saboteurs-- are nothing but stooges, patsies being used for a purpose they are not nearly smart enough to comprehend. They do not think for themselves and thus lack spiritual and intellectual discernment. They are little nobodies, aimlessly drifting nowhere --that is, until they are set on a 'remote-control' course to execute someone else's agenda. These pawns of the powers-that-be don't need credentials, training nor even a formal education and most have none of these advantages. It's a no-brainer. The only 'credentials' these self-important pathological liars (many of whom are also delusional) need to get the job done are a loud mouth; a dishonest, deceitful and dishonorable nature; a worship of government authority figures; a willingness to blindly follow orders; a lack of scruples; and an axe to grind...close enough for government work. Voila: The COINTELPRO operatives have rounded up some cheap-and-easy labor to carry out the low-level dirty work for Le Grande Frere, now conveniently protected under the umbrella of the fascist behemoth Homeland Security and the treasonous Patriot Acts. The COINTELPRO minions not only serve as provocateurs, they are also what I call "time-wasters", as the targeted individual often uses up much precious time defending oneself from the unrelenting attacks, usually in the form of libelous disinformation being spread on the Internet or on radio programs. I should add that some of these very foolish people (including Shirley Anderson and Tim White) previously exposed and listed in my reports, have actually accused me of being a "CIA assassin" and of drawing up a "hit list" or even a "death list" with their names on it. Nothing could be further from the truth. Firstly, these pathetic losers wouldn't be worth the trouble for any real "assassin" from any government agency to target for elimination. The very thought is laughable. They don't know anything; were never involved in anything important and are of no consequence in the larger schemes of political intrigue and government operations. They're merely stooges, dupes who inflate their own importance, often being delusional to boot. But more to the point, I'm not a murderer, not an assassin and never have been...but being a warrior for truth and justice, I DO go for the jugular (figuratively speaking, of course) operating from righteous outrage over the perpetual harassment from these would-be, wanna-be, aspiring government goons and those who control them. They've been warned and I can assure them they will pay a heavy price, spiritually (if not also materially) for disregarding my directives to cease and desist their harassment, cyber-stalking and vicious libel. LIBELOUS DISINFORMATION: LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES... Most of the libel is presented in the form of brief "blurbs" in the sloppy hit-and-run style favored by most of the provocateurs who write and post them. They don't write real reports; neither do they bother gathering or furnishing facts or evidence. They are not in possession of any facts. And their motto seems to be: We don't need no stinkin' evidence! No, no....they do not concern themselves with such meaningless things as facts or evidence. After all, they are not journalists, not investigators; not professionals in any field or discipline. They are merely a gaggle of rank amateurs, acting as provocateurs on orders from those above them in the COINTELPRO or DCS (Domestic Contact Service, an illegal domestic covert program run by CIA which also uses low-level snitches and provocateurs to target American citizens) chain of command. These amateurs occupy the bottom rung of the ladder (more accurately, they are wallowing in the mud under the ladder) and there are none below them; thus they can't stoop any lower than they already are. All provocateurs by nature are cowards. Many (not all) hide behind pseudonyms or silly screen names and thus have no credibility whatsoever. Perhaps the most salient and ludicrous example of a screen name used by a notorious provocateur is "Ranger Rick" that of Brenda M. Negri. Although anyone who has ever been targeted by Negri knows her real name, to the present time (January 2005) she has never used her real name, nor admitted that her many libelous posts under various screen names (even death threats, posted on public message boards!) were written by Brenda Negri. And Negri has been at it (to my knowledge) since September 2001, beginning her malicious harassment of government whistle-blowers, including Barbara Hartwell, Stew Webb and ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee, shortly after 9-11. Now, there's some food for thought... It's best to remember that these provocateurs are all pathological liars. How else could they attempt to justify the unjustifiable: bearing false witness against their targets, most of whom are people they have never met; do not know, even by any form of casual acquaintance. What they may think they know usually comes from the malicious gossip and libelous falsehoods being promoted by others of their ilk, other idiots with axes to grind. As for the lies they promote: They will simply take one outrageous lie, the more outlandish the better, usually furnished by their dark overlords, such as: "Barbara Hartwell is CIA, once a spook, always a spook !" (Larry Lawson)... or "She's a nark --watch out !" (Spread by some of Alex Jones's cohorts, including Paul Joseph Watson, who posted such comments on Info Wars and Prison Planet after grandstander and false patriot Jones arranged to get me cut off in the middle of a radio program and then made sure I was banned from the radio station for good) ....or "Barbara Hartwell is a rogue CIA operative with longtime connections to Wackenhut !" (Brenda Negri aka Ranger Rick aka The Fifth Horseman aka many other idiotic aliases)...or "Barbara Hartwell is a whore, that CIA bitch, she's George Bush's trollop!" (Tim White aka the Phantom)......And by far the most damaging character assassination of any of the vile lies being disseminated by a provocateur, "I had sex with Barbara Hartwell" (alcoholic whackjob Todd Brendan Fahey aka Larry McDonald aka Agent Provocateur aka many other aliases). If you are a legitimate whistle-blower, genuine patriot or sincere Christian...you could be next in line to be targeted ! A TOXIC GRAPEVINE Here's how the scheme works: Each lie is posted and reposted ad infinitum, on every e-mail group or public message board the provocateurs can find --and there are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of such places on the Web willing to accomodate these liars and provide a public forum for their libel campaigns. Over time, many people (at least those lacking in intelligence and discretion) believe these outrageous lies to be true, simply for having seen them repeated so many times. They will believe anything they read, no matter how preposterous or improbable the lie; no matter how dubious the source. Like so much horse manure, the lies are passed along by the trowel-full, used to fertilize the toxic grapevine which grows longer and more convoluted with each lie that sprouts from it. Todd Fahey has been issued warnings and directives to cease and desist such harassment, libel and slander by Barbara Hartwell; by family members of Barbara Hartwell; and by police officers from the Old Orchard Beach Police Department. Fahey has disregarded all such warnings and directives. Fahey has violated my 4th Amendment rights (as defined by the Supreme Court) a "reasonable expectation of privacy" and with malice aforethought, by: 1) Publishing my unlisted phone number (now disconnected due to harassing calls made and solicited by Fahey). 2) Publishing my private e-mail address (now defunct) never previously listed by me in public postings. 3) Publishing my unlisted street address; in so doing he has solicited the commission of harassment/stalking, including of a criminal nature. The street address cannot be changed. Fahey has engaged in harassment and cyber-stalking via many message boards on the World Wide Web, a practice he has continued unabated since July 2004. Fahey, in so doing, has also solicited such harassment from known and unknown persons, some of whom are co-conspirators in a criminal conspiracy which includes racketeering. This criminal conspiracy is currently under investigation by law enforcement agencies. Todd Fahey's harassment/cyber-stalking includes: 1) Posting libelous falsehoods about Barbara Hartwell as well as family members, friends and professional colleagues, including ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee. 2) Posting libelous falsehoods about Barbara Hartwell, of an obscene and pornographic nature, which also solicited such libelous commentaries from known and unknown persons. 3) Identity theft, by using names of known associates of Barbara Hartwell, including "Teddy Martino". Mr. Martino has been notified and is a witness on behalf of Barbara Hartwell as well as a complainant against Fahey. Identity theft/forgery as well, by publishing written material (e-mail, articles, etc) which Fahey falsely claims was written and/or submitted for publication by Barbara Hartwell. Todd Fahey has also written and published false and libelous allegations about: 1) The ownership of Barbara Hartwell's home by "a member of the John Birch Society" and by "a man named Frank Nulton". 2) "Barbara Hartwell has lost residency in her home" and "has relocated to Brownsville Texas" and "is sharing an apartment with one Geral Sosbee". Mr. Sosbee has publicly refuted the false allegation that Barbara Hartwell is living in his home in Brownsville Texas and has stated for the record that Barbara Hartwell has never lived at his address, nor travelled to that location. He has also stated his knowledge, as my witness, that Todd Fahey is a pathological liar and has acted with malice aforethought to defame the personal and professional reputation of Barbara Hartwell. Mr. Sosbee was also the first known recipient of libelous falsehoods being disseminated by Todd Fahey about Barbara Hartwell, including false allegations of "drunkenness" and Fahey's false claims of having a sexual relationship with Hartwell. These malicious and damaging allegations have no basis in fact. This message, by e-mail, from Todd Fahey to Geral Sosbee was sent from a psychiatric/alcohol/drug rehab facility at the Southern Maine Medical Center, where Fahey was taken by police who picked him up after finding him passed out on a bench on the street in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. This e-mail message also included Fahey's claim that he had attempted suicide by a drug/alcohol overdose. I have the evidence to substantiate that Fahey was admitted to this facility, including a letter from Todd Fahey's parents who are well aware of Fahey's long history of alcoholism, drug abuse and mental illness. Many, many other such libelous false allegations about Barbara Hartwell have been collected by my legal advocates, to be used as evidence against Todd Fahey, in both civil lawsuits and criminal complaints. I have refused to personally read most of Todd Fahey's libelous falsehoods, due to their obscene/pornographic/psychotic nature. Extremely severe damages (including financial) have resulted directly from the unrelenting libel, slander, criminal harassment and cyber-stalking by this utterly despicable, loathsome, psychotic individual, Todd Brendan Fahey. Please be advised that Todd Fahey had to be removed from my private property by police on two (2) occaisions, once for drunk and disorderly conduct and making threats of violence on July 4, 2004; and once on July 6, 2004, for harassing phone calls and stalking. I have witnesses, including the police and have police reports of the incidents as evidence. And lastly, please be advised that any individual or entity who engages in the dissemination and/or publishing of the libelous, harassing messages/articles/e-mail about Barbara Hartwell and associated persons for which Todd Fahey is the source, will be named as defendants in civil lawsuits and/or criminal complaints by the injured parties, incuding Barbara Hartwell. Anyone wishing to offer additional evidence against the perpetrator, Todd Brendan Fahey, or relevant information which may serve the purpose of forcing Fahey to cease and desist from his cyber-stalking/libel/harassment may send it to the postal address given above.
