Commander James Paschal falsely stated yesterday that within 24 hours he would email a statement to me wherein he would confirm his agreement with me that someone in fact vandalized my car and that Posada did not accurately report on the crime that I documented. So, the top Commandant of the BPD is a liar , as is the BPD Internal Affairs Officer Rolando Vasquez who similarly failed to keep his word.

As for Posada, the reader can deduce for himself the low moral nature of this dangerous cop.
