Dirty fbi, police, DA, AUSA, Judges, USPI, etc.
This report shows how the fbi completely corrupts all members of police agencies, District Attorneys ( & in one instance the Florida State Attorney's office), courts and members of the general population. My experiences represent a microcosm of the murderous and sadistic criminal justice system nationwide as spearheaded by fbi traitors to the USA.
In my most recent case the Brownsville Police Department covered up crimes by the fbi, threatened me by intimidation, impugned my sanity, and subsequently entered false data (as did the UT Police in a different cases involving their fraudulent BOLO)
for future reference. The Commander of Police in Brownsville Texas , James Paschal, agreed with me that Detective Adrian Posada made errors and that my report of crimes was valid; but when Paschal learned of the fbi campaign against me he withheld his promised memo which would have contradicted the sham Posada report.
Regarding the DA and his investigator: They refused to allow me and my wife to file a complaint against Posada and others ( including Martinez for lying and Vasquez for dereliction of his duties in Internal Affairs at the Brownsville Texas Police Department):
in apparent efforts to trash my report of police offenses and fbi crimes, the DA Investigator contacted the fbi. I subsequently learned from the ORA disclosures that the DA made contact with the two cops involved in the cover up and the falsification of the facts of the report (i.e., Posada and Martinez). Other Salient facts relating to my experiences with Detective Adrian Posada and his police associates :
A.
Note that Detective Adrian Posada 1)impliedly threatened to arrest me for filing in his words
"a false police report" 2) told me to "take the medication" 3) asked me the name of the doctor who provided me with a second opinion on the **fictitious Holder report on "paranoid delusional disorder " ; Posada invented the concept of 'take the medication' in order to insult me in my face and in the presence of my wife 4) stated that he and the police "accept as fact any report by a medical doctor" 5) asked my wife (a victim of the same crimes that I reported) where she met me.
B.
Posada pretended to file a report, but did not. His report a month later was a transparent attempt to cover up his initial violation of public policy, or law. His and Sgt. Martinez' repeated references to ' headlight wires ' are complete fabrications with no basis in fact.
Such red herrings were entered falsely to confuse the issue, to protect the fbi thugs,to cover up police offenses and to fabricate a false police report to further disparage my reports now and in the future.
C.
Over the past 30 years the fbi thugs have destroyed my vehicles, resulting in about. 25 to 30 thousand dollars in out of pocket losses. Many such crimes occurred in Brownsville and Harlingen, Texas and the police always refused to investigate. Other crimes against me, my wife and our property which the Brownsville Texas Police refused to investigate include burglary of residence, assault with a motor vehicle, and multiple
instances of nails in the tires, assaults, etc.
D.The fbi continues assaults on me with high tech weaponry 24/7/365 and almost daily with street thugs and apparent assassins .

Note that when I sought relief from ten years of fbi crimes against me in the year 2000, I found that the federal judge was already determined to throw my case out even before I appeared in his dirty courtroom. See my Writ for the details. The fbi was represented at the hearing and in all appeals by one very hateful and unprofessional attorney named Sara Robinson.
Sara Robinson, AUSA, metaphorically *swings an ax in her unethical efforts to 1)
assassinate my character and 2) prejudice the already unethical judge by ad hominem assaults on me in her pleadings.

Every agent in the fbi knows the trick used my Mclean in her above declaration:
prior to the affidavit alleging 'no investigation', administratively close all files and reopen them after the affidavit is sworn to; or, simply continue the case open in a "Security" file which in effect means that the case or file do not exist.
AUSA Robinson makes sure that the judge in my case issue an order with 'Prejudice' which is a veiled threat of heavy fines in the event that I ever seek judicial redress in the future regarding fbi crimes against me:
