Given the murderous corruption of fbi that I have established, the ordinary person facing tumultuous challenges (both personal & in business) becomes acutely vulnerable to fbi,police abuses. Thus, one must prepare mentally to sustain at times criminal assaults by such cops (fed,state,local) because they are trained to exploit and attack a person where he/she is the most weakened by the complex societal forces affecting us. This report from UTHSC, Harlingen, Texas, focuses on evidence of criminal insanity of the fbi agents, operatives and associates (including the general public) whom I have previously referenced.
Of the 239 years of US history, the fbi has been among us often causing crime to occur for about 107 years and I have been alive for 70 years. For the past almost 45 years I have witnessed and at times documented high and unconscionable crimes by the fbi; both as a fbi agent from 1971-1978 and thereafter I have learned that the fbi is one of the most destructive forces in the world today. My experiences as a Target of a fbi vendetta have been horrendous and nearly impossible to report because of the incredible and horrific nature of offenses committed against me by the top law enforcement agency of the country.
For example, few would believe that the fbi has a program of total electronic and physical surveillance of the Target wherein the fbi also tortures (physically, psychologically and by DEW weaponry) the Target, Geral Sosbee, 24/7 for life, even while the thugs destroy his personal property and engage in multiple and ongoing attempts on his life. The effort to drive the Target to the brink of insanity are further enhanced when the fbi teams up with police, state and federal agencies and the general population to ostracize him from society. During the effort to injure the Target and possibly kill him, the fbi engages in an outrageous string of crimes against him and advises him that he is no longer a US citizen. See ‘My Story In Detail’ for the specific crimes by the fbi which continue to this day. Another Target (using the name Chris Kringle) describes his and my experiences at the hands of fbi torturers as follows:
Through unrelenting (and truly unimaginable) invasion of privacy and being subjected to constant abuse by psychological warfare, the fbi Target is slowly (and in some cases unbelievably quickly) broken down - literally. Constantly surrounded by angry participants under the premise that "no one can survive in a constantly negative environment" the fbi Target is systematically poisoned both emotionally and physically. Fear and intimidation are often used by the FBI to further aid in the psychological destruction of the Target. If constantly being engulfed in this environment of "negative energy" is not enough to destroy a target, a new form of torture is quickly introduced which is an obvious violation of human rights. Directed, daily overexposure from invisible, and potentially deadly, electromagnetic radiation whose initial symptoms can closely resemble those of high anxiety and stress.

fbi unlawfully engages US PI and Texas DPS, Police, et al as criminal operatives

On April 30, 2013 *two cops came to my home at the direction of the fbi for the purpose of harassment, threats and intimidation. One of the men was Inspector Knipfing of the U.S. Postal Inspection (PI) service; the other was Rodriguez of the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). *[Trey Knipfing, Postal Inspector; Conrad Rodriguez, Texas DPS]
I later reported the unlawful invasion online at [link] whereupon a fbi operative (aka Duval) replies in his foul language that no one cares.
I also asked for a copy of the reports filed by the two thugs, Knipfing and Rodriguez. The Texas DPS replied that no record exists. The U.S. Postal Inspector repeatedly and unlawfully refused to honor my Freedom of Information Act request, stating that the investigation is ongoing for about two years. To this day the counsel for the PI ignores my letters to his office wherein I provide evidence of crimes and coverups by the PI and the fbi for decades and evidence of the violation of FOIA by his office.

The real reason for the unlawful refusal to release the report by Knipfing is that the report reflects a conspiracy by the fbi,PI, DPS to find a way to charge me with any type of offense.

Evidence shows that the director of the fbi ( FBI Director James Comey ) asked the Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw

A number of forces contribute to the fall of the United States of America as a world leader and I explain separately the multi year process that allowed the legitimate government here to be overthrown by the intelligence services.1)
Such covert and violent undermining of the so-called democracy is invisible to many who do not pay attention to the chaos spread around the globe by the fbi, cia, dod, etc. Much has been written in explanation for the atrocities committed in the name of the USA, particularly by leaders such as Bush, Powell, etc.2)

INTELLIGENCE REPORT
After 27 years of criminal assaults and torture of my person by the assassins of fbi, I have consulted with other attorneys and judges and now tentatively conclude that the secret federal intelligence (I.e. intel )court located in Washington D. C. provides the fbi,cia with blanket authority to engage in multiple heinous offenses against me and others as I have documented in many of my reports like the * two referenced below dealing with murderous tyranny and quasi criminal justice system.
The judge of the intel court is in fact a fbi operative who is an accessory to the crimes ongoing today against me and others. These crimes include torture (physical and psychological) massive, invasive surveillance with multiple assaults and battery of my person, destruction of my cars and other property, and life threatening poisonings. The costs of all such attacks on me exceeds $200,000 to date and loss of my productivity as a lawyer and teacher for the past twenty seven years. The cost to the taxpayer for the salary and benefits paid to the fbi thugs who are assigned to pursue me 24/7 globally for the same period of time is about thirty million dollars to date. The intel judge is corrupt, cowardly, traitorous, sociopathic and not a nice guy. If all his crimes were known to the people, he would be possibly deserving of the death penalty for widespread multiple murders, forced suicide and other crimes against humanity.
His identity and his filthy activities are wisely hidden from all scrutiny. He/She is lower in stature than any convict sitting on death row anywhere in the world. He is a rat.

Something is terribly wrong with the United States of America as I have *shown in activities of fbi,cia torturers and assassins. These criminals in the fbi,cia who have for 25 years, 24/7, hijacked my life, wrecked my social and professional standing, and tried to kill me, now run around pointing an defamatory finger at the very person who reveals their unconscionable crimes. Recent criminal assaults and threats by intimidation have occurred in the public library where the officials stay out of sight and allow the fbi operatives to do whatever they want. Previously, such officials actually participated in the harassment and provocation efforts.
Also bold vandalism of my vehicles cost thousands of dollars to repair and DEW assaults are now routinely extreme.
The fbi in its desperation to silence me send male and female thugs and assassins all of whom apparently seek to provoke a response that would provide the corrupt and murderous judge (controlled by fbi) the opportunity to order arrest and confinement.
The thugs of doj and Texas DPS were notified just as the increase in crimes against me commenced.

The United States of America is now recognized as a criminal enterprise whose agents , operatives, and soldiers torture, imprison, murder human beings globally and in complete violation of universally recognized human, civil, constitutional and God given rights which each of us has a duty to enjoy and to protect.

This kind of wholesale selection of victims and gross abuse of government power is used against me. The general population must be informed of the crimes inherent in the secret agenda of fbi/cia, etc., and of the illegal tenor of the whole scheme; here are a few points regarding the atrocities against the Target:
1) He has virtually no rights
2) No notice is provided as to the basis for hijacking his life by the fbi/cia
3) No appeal is possible
4) No administrative or Due Process hearing is offered
5) No viable opportunity to be heard is ever allowed
6) Congress and Courts pretend that no such crimes against the people exist
7) Homicidal sociopaths run the program against the Target with complete authority to destroy him

Fbi drives a three inch nail into the small tire (size 2055516) of my 2014 Nissan Sentra
(Brownsville, Texas, Police Report #15031549 in apparent retaliation for my recent report on line.)
My full report is forthcoming. Previous destruction of my previous car is not documented due to extensive assaults too numerous to record.
A picture of the nail is shown in the link below, and SAM's Club (Gil and Carlos)removed the nail as per invoice #69171, dated 3-11-2015 also shown on the attached photo.
The crime was executed by 3-4 Hispanic males driving a Suburban Chevy, with Mexican license plates, and one other vehicle also bearing Mexican plates.The thugs on direction of fbi parked illegally next to my car in order to obscure the view of my car. One stayed in the Suburban while the other drove the 3" nail into the left rear tire. All parties who witnessed the nail agreed that someone had to drive the nail into the tire with a hammer, or with a power tool nail gun. The driver and the nailer are described respectively as H/M age 50 seated in the truck, H/M age 55, large build, 5'9", 180 lbs, Brwn,Brwn. The other vehicle was operated by a Mexican male and also had Mexican License plates.
I filed the above referenced police report with officer Joseph J, Muer (phonetic spelling), badge 6919, and with Mall Security at Sunrise Mall, 2370 N. Expressway, suite 1448, Brownsville, Texas 78526, (956)541-6342 extension 226, Securiy Director Rebecca Guerra, Officers Francisco Rincones and Pauline Castillo.
On 3-12-15, I also met by chance at the mall the Mayor of Brownsville, Tony Martinez and the city manager, Charlie Cabler.
Note that earlier in the day on 3-11-15 an Hispanic male, age 45, 5'9", 175 lbs, assaulted me in the computer room at the Brownsville, Texas Public Library, and engaged in threat by intimidation. This occurred at about 1PM. I now understand that the thug in the library was there to warn me of things to come.
Meanwhile, the fbi continues the 24/7 DEW assaults on me and the cop/fools at USPI and the Texas DPS continue a fraudulent investigation of me in efforts to intimidate or threaten on behalf of the fbi terrorists. I must remind myself that this is the
United States of America.

All fbi agents, police (and all of their operatives), judges, attorneys, officials and members of the community at large who engaged in crimes against me are de facto criminals and should be prosecuted. They will not be held accountable because the country is in the grips of an horrendous police state that threatens all of us in one way or another.
