As I have previously documented, in April 2013 the fbi caused the US Postal Inspector (PI) and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to open a fraudulent investigation of me for crimes actually committed by the fbi. 1. The goal of the fbi was to find a way to arrest me on any charge, civil or criminal, in order to silence me from reporting many serious crimes by the fbi.
I learned from the two cops (See my affidavit 2014) and from others that the investigation was a major undertaking requiring their trips to other cities and interviews with multiple persons who had contact with me. The plan for the fbi was to feed data from fbi operatives who were and are today engaged in criminal assaults and battery, psychological operations, and other high tech crimes against me; the fbi wanted to document any reaction that I may have had to such intense and painful covert operations as I have outlined in my websites. All such unimaginable crimes are a planned part of a fbi program sometimes referred to as ‘non-consensual human research and experimentation’.
[ In other words, imagine if you will, that while torturing a rat in a cage the insane sadist records the reactions of the poor rat to the painful events in his life.]
In short, while the fbi operatives tortured me, they were hoping to record my responses to their egregious attacks in order to present such signs of suffering to the corrupt judge who authorized the crimes against my person. The police at HSC and their San Antonio bosses were standing by with orders to try to arrest me if I had defended myself against the several attacks by fbi operatives in the various libraries and on the streets. About the same time of the assaults on me by police/fbi operatives, the UT Police incredibly issued a fraudulent ‘BOLO’ (be on the lookout) against Geral Sosbee.2.
I finally concluded that all such cops and the judge who served the fbi when needed are involved in a widespread, hidden and illegal conspiracy to violate the fundamental human, civil, and constitutional rights of citizens, including yours truly. 3.
The PI and DPS actually came into my home with their ridiculous agenda which represented a complete subversion of law/authority and was also a transparent fraud. They also ignored my reports of dozens of felonies committed against my person by fbi operatives. Several such crimes are documented in the ‘Section 19’ series of “My Story In Detail.” Thus,the PI and DPS are clearly exceeding their authority, are knowingly engaging in multiple crimes ( including public corruption and falsification of documents) and are engaging in police state, Gestapo tactics right here in USA. Note that all in the congress and the courts do nothing to impede the criminals in the fbi, PI and DPS from carrying out their crimes (See my Writ and my contacts with congress).
The two corrupt or retarded cops also visited the University of Texas, HSC, campus at Harlingen, Texas, in order to talk with police and library staff about me. The police and staff at HSC are the same individuals who threatened, or harassed me every time I entered the library for several years. Indeed the HSC police coordinated with the fbi the crime of provocative assault and battery on my person by one Alonzo Yanez in a concerted (yet unsuccessful) effort to fabricate a way to arrest me on campus. When I described the conspiracy and other crimes to the PI, he admitted that my evidence against Yanez proves my allegation of such an assault. I also referenced my sworn affidavit 2007 and thereby put the PI and the DPS on notice of multiple ongoing crimes against me by the fbi and their operatives. Yet, the PI and DPS continues their charade of investigating me while ignoring the crimes against my person. The DPS in a low minded effort to profile me had the audacity and temerity to come into my home to insult me with his transparent and very stupid agenda. The PI and DPS then became in my mind de facto operatives for the assassins and torturers of the fbi. So, I tried to obtain a copy of the fictitious investigation under the Open Records laws. DPS says no record exists and PI says his bogus investigation is ongoing and not available.4.

Part One:
INSPECTOR KNIPFING & Texas DPS RODRIGUEZ are dangerous fools serving fbi
A year and eight months after the unlawful, or criminal efforts by *PI Knipfing & and Texas DPS Agent Rodriguez to assist the fbi by a fraudulent criminal investigation of me in my home, all efforts to obtain the results of their absurd intrusion are without success.
** Freedom of Information and Open Records laws are largely ignored by officials who are subject to the enforcement of such laws. Knipfing must know by now that his office was manipulated by the fbi to harass me and to try to implicate me in a crime committed by the fbi. Rodriguez knew all along that his job for the fbi was to send his fraudulent file ( fabricated by fbi thugs, criminals, operatives) to the cjis in a pervasive profiling effort by the fbi. Rodriguez sent his perjurious report to cjis and then ***denied that any such report exist. Knipfing continues to assert that his so called investigation is ongoing, thereby denying me access.
If I receive the fraudulent report from Knipfing, I will publish it. As I have previously written, these two cops (Knipfing & Rodriguez) and their handlers should be prosecuted for offenses implied in my articles.

This report represents a summary of events wherein the fbi uses police and other government employees to engage in crimes against me, including in one instance where a cop drives me out of my home by forcing toxic fumes into my residence.

During the year 2014 the fbi sends the same operative who for over a decade has stalked and harassed me in public libraries and on the streets & malls in Harlingen and Brownsville, Texas. I nick name the operative, the ‘Beast’. The same Beast has a criminal record and is known to all officials in the two libraries and in the police departments. The Beast ten years ago pumped toxic fumes into my apartment at the direction of the fbi, thereby causing acute bronchitis and requiring doctor's attention and antibiotics.The Harlingen, Texas librarian asked the Beast to stop harassing me after I documented the repeated efforts of the Beast to wave me down. The Brownsville, Texas library officials refused to ask the Beast to leave me alone.
In June of 2014, I sent a letter registered mail ( USPO # 7012 3460 0002 7107 8367, signed by Ruth McKula on 6-19-14)to the library chief (Jerry Hedgecock) wherein I took exception to his refusal to honor my request; I cited evidence in his own video cameras and eye witnesses of his own staff in support of my complaint against the Beast. I later suspected that the library officials (one or more) actually engaged in overt monitoring of me in the library. I filed police and sheriff reports on the offenses against me by the fbi and their operatives; See Sheriff case # 07141195 (dated 7-212-14, and Brownsville Police case # 14077078, dated 7-22-14). I also asked Detective Garcia to kindly inquire about the repeated offenses against me in the library; his notes are recorded at reference case # 5487078. As the assaults against mecontinued in the same library I sought (via Texas State AG)all documents, notes, memos of any kind in the possession of Hedgecock and his two assistants Juan Guerra and James McCoy.
No records were ever provided to me as of this date. However, the Beast is now less aggressive in the facility and the three librarians generally stay away from me (for now).
While all of this is going on I detect numerous fbi thug/operatives ( as many as 5-6 at any given day, week or month) assaulting me both physically and verbally at different locations. One such thug is described as a Black male, age 25,5’11’’, 150lbs, with a lean/hungry look and somewhat retarded in demeanor). He appeared both in the Harlingen and Brownsville public libraries.
As a result of inquiries made by Detective Garcia and the Texas AG on my concerns, I amnot as of this minute being harassed by the Beast, but the fbi continues vandalism on my car , invasions into my home, and their usual 24/7 assaultive surveillance in my home and car with non-stop, sometimes incapacitating DEW attacks.
I have habituated to such crimes and I am able to sometimes objectively attempt to document such evil as shown for example in my recent posts duplicated below.
The *practices of the fbi/police as I outline in my reports reflect the inherent evil proclivities of our species.

Addendum:
On April 26,2015 the fbi sends two *thugs into the public library, Browndsille, Texas, to harass and distract me from my use of the computer. A few days earlier Hedgecock makes a rare appearance as he walks bear me. The two thugs sit down bear me and then the female jumps up, slams the chair and the computer key board against the console ( creating loud noises ) and then departs. Two minutes later she returns and repeats the performance.
I turn to see what is happening as she again departs and her friend begins a staring contest with me to invite a discourse. I realized that the fbi sent the two hoodlums into the library to try to provoke a response, so that Hedgecock might then be able to ban me from the library for causing a disturbance. I had a witness with me and we reported the incident an hour later to the security guard who was conspicuously absent during the event. The security guard is one E. Velador who is employed in the library but who wears the insignia of the Brownsville PS on his uniform. No written report was filed
*h/f, 18-20 yrs, 5'5", 150 lbs, brwn, brwn, angry expression, n/m 35-38yrs, 6', 190 lbs, blk/blk, angry stare and aggressive disposition toward me .
Note that the fbi blocked me from access to my website at the Southmost branch of the Brownsville library at around 2PM, thereby causing me to go to the central branch where the two thug/operatives were assigned to follow me in and harass me.
On 4/26-27/2015, the fbi increase DEW assaults to a high level.

I note that assaults on me in the Brownsville, Texas public library are reduced or absent for the past few weeks. Also, the three library administrators (Hedgecock, Guerra, McCoy) resume their normal activities and appearances in the main area of the facility. Previously the three stopped (almost completely) appearing in the main library areaabd stayed mainly in the offices out of sight. I am certain that the fbi thugs (torturers and assassins) had some contact with the library officials possibly to ask them to stay out of the way while the fbi conducts its bogus investigation; this is conjecture and based on my interpretation of two items: 1) repeated criminal provocative assaults were committed against me when the library officials were not present, and 2) reduced or cessation of assaults are concurrent with the resumption of the appearances of library officials in the library. I refer to such quasi CJS as a thoroughly corrupt manipulation of law and authority because the secretive fbi program is as perverted and abusive in its conception as it is sinister and deadly in its execution.
The quasi CJS must be exposed and dismantled; the participants who administer the quasi CJS must be held accountable for the suffering and deaths occasioned by their evil deeds.
This report is significant globally as I present information on the new and largely unseen program by the fbi/cia, et. al., to use the internet in the sweeping execution of an unfamiliar form of criminal law born of extreme abuses of civil law.
Specifically, the fbi now has in place in the United States of America a system of trying, convicting, sentencing, torturing, forcing suicide and killing people for a variety of fraudulently alleged charges. The Target of such a hideous program has no idea that he is now being pursued by the fbi and company and sometimes by the global population who are the de facto vigilantes enforcing the orders of the invisible, secret and quasi criminal court. The people of the world are not aware that they play an integral role in the destruction of people’s lives; the general population is indoctrinated by the main street media (like fox, cbs,nbc,msn,cnn, and local subsidiaries, etc., globally) to unwittingly support government atrocities in order to secure their own imagined liberties. The mind programming of the masses also includes causing the people to fear war, disease, famine, and other calamities that may threaten them. In all instances the people are led discreetly to think that they are performing a legitimate community service that advances community security. Such a program of mind manipulation is not unlike a similar system in government and corporate sectors where the individual is led to conform by expecting certain rewards:
“BEHAVIORS REWARDED: participation, conformity to ideas/behavior, zeal,
personal changes” (1).
In my case the fbi obtained fraudulent and corrupt civil process in order to discourage me from reporting their atrocities and in order to complete their potentially deadly vendetta against me. Then, the fbi spread the word that this Target is to be followed 24/7, globally, for life, as an alleged threat to public safety. See also the fraudulent police BOLO issued on me by the lunatics of the University of Texas Police in concert with fbi who also ran a joint counterintelligence operation of assault and battery on my person by an operative named Alonzo Yanez.( 2).
The judge who issued the corrupt and abusive order at the request of the fbi is actually an operative for the fbi and knowingly violates fundamental human, civil, and constitutional guarantees that are intended to protect all individuals. *The judges who assist the fbi in their illegal operations are also accessories to felonies (including torture, forced suicide, attempted, or actual murder and other crimes that I have outlined for the past twenty years).

During the entire process of terrorizing the Target, the fbi and friends & associates, engage in multiple felonious assaults (including DEW attacks 24/7 for life) and mind games on the Target. See my report that should alarm all who trust the USA's government.
This summary represents two decades of insights into the corruption, decadence, and evil of those who control and run the United States of America (USA), a government overthrown from within by the most hideous and murderous of human beasts. Such people include government officials and the ruling elite of the nation (doctors, lawyers, politicians, the wealthy).
I delineated in many of my reports how the fbi/cia criminally hijacked my life, unlawfully seized control of every aspect of my personal and professional existence, and made my life a living hell. I presented much of the evidence of such atrocities in “My Story In Detail” (in twenty parts) and related links/sites. I included scientific evidence and medical and police reports as well as legal documents which attest to the extreme difficulty by which I sought assistance from all three branches of government in efforts to stop the fbi vendetta against me. During my travails I was not yet cognizant of the fact that the fbi/cia/dod, etc., have in fact usurped control over all departments and branches of government, at every level, and tripartite. Ultimately, I realized that my experiences at the hands of these homicidal sociopaths and torturers are not unique, and are not even unheard of. In my own pain I could not then comprehend the full depths of evil and depravity which characterize the USA’s campaign of terror on many people globally.
In my work on Facebook and other forums I also learned that many persons (male and female) are right this minute being tortured and some forced into suicide ( as I am similarly being assaulted) by the invisible and painful Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW), 24/7/365. Such technology is championed by the US Marines and is extensively deployed against humans by the fbi/cia/nsa, etc. I am also sensitive to the ongoing wars and regional conflicts started or facilitated by the war mongers of the USA and their associates around the globe. Assassinations, mass murder, and run of the mill executions by police and fbi on our streets is commonplace today, and the toll on humanity is truly incalculable.
Yet the main street media pretends that the most important issues of our time are song and dance, weather reports, sports, and a slight mixture of fluff and screened news fed and filtered to the people by the USA intelligence community. My revelations of crimes committed by the fbi/cia against me have caused the fbi to execute extreme methods to torture or possible kill me.
In the fbi’s efforts to silence me, they have used the police, state police, US Postal Inspector, college deans and attorneys, university chancellors, and street thugs (and the general population) to engage in assaults and battery on my person in efforts to provoke a response. The fbi has deployed operatives to commit crimes wherein the fbi plants my name so as to alert the police that I am a suspect in such crimes that were actually committed by the fbi. The fbi also controls the judiciary who encourage the fbi to abuse civil process against me and political targets generally as a way to neutralize them. No remedy to an overthrown government is apparent, absent a general awakening of the populace, the convening of both a constitutional convention and a war crimes trial to hold all such criminals (whom I have described) liable for their high crimes and misdemeanors. Front and center at such a ‘people’s court’ must be persons like Obama, Comey, Feinstein, Holder, Cornyn, etc.
The director of the fbi, in concert with his friend (the Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety) then send their own operatives (some with badges and guns) to further provoke and harass me in efforts to find a way to silence me.

The fbi has failed to silence me from reporting their high crimes for over 25 years. The efforts against me by the fbi & cia include attempts on my life, torture (including assaults by DEW), and other psychological warfare intended to force a final exit. This report is significant globally as I present information on the new and largely unseen program by the fbi/cia, et. al., to use the internet in the sweeping execution of an unfamiliar form of criminal law born of extreme abuses of civil law.

During most of the year 2014 including today an fbi operative, who for the past twelve years has stalked and assaulted me in my home, on the street, and in the public libraries, tries to wave me down and to engage me in conversation for purposes known only to the fbi and to the stalker. I documented the aggressive harassment in person with the Harlingen, Texas Public Library and the officials there confirmed via video the distractions; the library director and the security official asked the fbi operative to stop the stalking and the waving down incidents. I also advised the Brownsville, Texas, police department of the offenses.
Now, the Brownsville, Texas, Public librarian refuses to ask the thug to leave me alone, even though I have similarly documented the stalking and harassment in the library. I then asked the City Secretary for all information on me in the possession of the library in efforts to better understand why the library permits the harassment. The Secretary stated that no responsive information is in the possession of the library; the *Texas Attorney General (AG) refused to order compliance with the Texas Open Records Act (ORA) even after I presented evidence of a library record on me.
I also presented a written request, witnessed by several individuals, to the librarian and his staff to please advise the stalker to stop the harassment. The officials in the library are Jerry Hedgecock, Juan Guerra and James McCoy. Thus, as of this moment the stalker on behalf of the fbi assassins continues to harass me in apparent efforts to discourage me (or at least to distract me) from using the computers in the library.
When I visited the office of the AG on October 28, 2014, in Austin, Texas, the officials there refused to meet with me and refused to discuss the possible ORA violations. Furthermore, the AG is aware of my reports of felonies committed against me by the fbi over the past twenty five years and ignores same.

As I have previously documented the fbi conducted covert and unlawful psychological operations including the commission of felonies (under their counterintelligence program) designed to silence me from reporting the fbi’s own crimes) during the entire period of time that I was an attorney in El Paso, Texas, and continuing to date. The crimes committed against me by the fbi operatives include stalking 24/7, home invasions and destruction and tamperings therein, attempted murder, provocations by neighbors who brandish firearms and challenge me to duals, the murder by transferred intent of Jane Hatley (my tenant), forced suicide of a dentist who attempted to notify me of the fbi’s crimes, destruction of my cars, slander that caused doctors and dentists, attorneys and others to destroy property, to torture and to threaten me. Many of such crimes are documented in “My Story In Detail” in twenty parts on line. Some of the events in El Paso, Texas , however, are not recorded in “My Story” because I could not conceive at the time the kind of evil that was brought upon me; so, I made scant record of same.
Here is a synopsis of the goals of the fbi in their commission of numerous felonies against me.
Partly paraphrased from an unknown author:
Through unrelenting (and truly unimaginable) invasion of privacy and being subjected to constant abuse by psychological warfare, the Target is slowly broken down. Constantly surrounded by angry participants under the premise that "no one can survive in a constantly negative environment" the Target is systematically poisoned both emotionally and physically. Fear and intimidation are often used by the FBI to further aid in the psychological destruction of the Target. If constantly being engulfed in this environment of "negative energy" is not enough to destroy a target, a new form of torture is quickly introduced which is an obvious violation of human rights. Directed, daily overexposure from invisible, and potentially deadly, electromagnetic radiation whose initial symptoms can closely resemble those of high anxiety and stress. Another goal of this type of FBI psychological operation is to have the Target feel so helpless and frustrated he lashes out in a physical act of aggression in order to incarcerate, complain irrationally about the seemingly fantastical details of the ongoing abuse which are designed to get them institutionalized or give up their will to live and commit suicide. Finally the macabre end for the fbi is contemplated as their removal of the Target from society by any means necessary! The FBI program used against me reflects the next generation of the fbi’s COINTELPRO – a special and invisible form of domestic terrorism.
The ultimate goal of the fbi program was and is today to attempt to drive me insane, or at least force signs of neuroses; and to this end the fbi sought through fbi covert operatives to enter false and misleading data on my activities during the torture episodes. The very fbi operatives engaged in multiple crimes against my person during the time I lived in El Paso, Dallas, Texas, etc., are now feeding the two investigators (Knipfing and Rodriguez, hereinafter referred to as K & R) fraudulent reports manufactured by the fbi assassins.
In fact I have recently learned from messages sent to me from DOJ and from fbi’s own CJIS that the two high level cops (K & R) are assigned to investigate the alleged crime in Dallas, Texas, in order for the fbi operatives to feed them the fictitious data from their own provocations against me for the past about thirty years. The two (K & R) ignore all of the evidence of the crimes that I document against me, including the assaults with kidney stone, DEW, and the many other crimes that I have outlined on my website for the past fifteen years, including my sworn affidavit here:

I discovered yesterday that the fbi/cia hacked into my website and planted unauthorized data at the following page:

There, the assassins placed a link in the place of a legitimate link that had been on that page for several years. The original text on the page remained the same (as summarized below), and for that reason I did not suspect the hacking until visitors came to the page and accessed the fraudulently entered link. *See the bottom of this report for the actual site meter image of the visit to the illegitimate link. Here are the words that appeared on my page before I discovered the hacking:

and the hacking of my site, the fbi removed the data from the internet. Then, the fbi notified me (by seizing control of my TV) that I had discovered their crime; subsequently last night, I was severely attacked all night by the DEW causing extreme sleep deprivation.
The fraudulently placed link offered products to counter the effect of DEW weaponry and ELF against targets. Also in the fraudulently entered link was information about how to join the cia.
I never endorse any such ads (nor any other product); on the contrary I submit that the products to counter the high tech assaults on people probably don't work. Anyone who offers phony cures to such disturbing and painful attacks (which sometimes cause suicide) exemplifies the morbid immorality of the assassins of the fbi/cia who use the weaponry on our people.
I notified my webmaster to delete the fraudulent link which had no connection to the legitimate work of Raven whom I consider to be a leader in the battle against the torturers and killers. I also notify this date Earthnet of the incident which is not the first hacking into my site by the traitors and hoodlums of the fbi.

Beware The Twilight
This summary represents two decades of insights into the corruption, decadence, and evil of those who control and run the United States of America (USA), a government overthrown from within by the most hideous and murderous of human beasts. Such people include government officials and the ruling elite of the nation (doctors, lawyers, politicians, the wealthy).
I delineated in many of my reports how the fbi/cia criminally hijacked my life, unlawfully seized control of every aspect of my personal and professional existence, and made my life a living hell. I presented much of the evidence of such atrocities in “My Story In Detail” (in twenty parts) and related links/sites. I included scientific evidence and medical and police reports as well as legal documents which attest to the extreme difficulty by which I sought assistance from all three branches of government in efforts to stop the fbi vendetta against me. During my travails I was not yet cognizant of the fact that the fbi/cia/dod, etc., have in fact usurped control over all departments and branches of government, at every level, and tripartite. Ultimately, I realized that my experiences at the hands of these homicidal sociopaths and torturers are not unique, and are not even unheard of. In my own pain I could not then comprehend the full depths of evil and depravity which characterize the USA’s campaign of terror on many people globally.
In my work on Facebook and other forums I also learned that many persons (male and female) are right this minute being tortured and some forced into suicide ( as I am similarly being assaulted) by the invisible and painful Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW), 24/7/365. Such technology is championed by the US Marines and is extensively deployed against humans by the fbi/cia/nsa, etc. I am also sensitive to the ongoing wars and regional conflicts started or facilitated by the war mongers of the USA and their associates around the globe. Assassinations, mass murder, and run of the mill executions by police and fbi on our streets is commonplace today, and the toll on humanity is truly incalculable.
Yet the main street media pretends that the most important issues of our time are song and dance, weather reports, sports, and a slight mixture of fluff and screened news fed and filtered to the people by the USA intelligence community. My revelations of crimes committed by the fbi/cia against me have caused the fbi to execute extreme methods to torture or possible kill me.
In the fbi’s efforts to silence me, they have used the police, state police, US Postal Inspector, college deans and attorneys, university chancellors, and street thugs (and the general population) to engage in assaults and battery on my person in efforts to provoke a response. The fbi has deployed operatives to commit crimes wherein the fbi plants my name so as to alert the police that I am a suspect in such crimes that were actually committed by the fbi. The fbi also controls the judiciary who encourage the fbi to abuse civil process against me and political targets generally as a way to neutralize them. No remedy to an overthrown government is apparent, absent a general awakening of the populace, the convening of both a constitutional convention and a war crimes trial to hold all such criminals (whom I have described) liable for their high crimes and misdemeanors. Front and center at such a ‘people’s court’ must be persons like Obama, Comey, Feinstein, Holder, Cornyn, etc.
Thus, as Justice William O. Douglas intimated, the twilight is upon us today, and from my perspective the darkness has permanently fallen on the USA. My solace in exposing the purely evil regime of USA that I once served is that I have joined in friendship with others around the world who similarly watch the twilight slip into darkness.
