The primary outlet for the frustrations of many victims of assaults by Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW) is the ability to share publicly the macabre and murderous program that takes over their lives. For about 15 years I have documented such assaults on me and now on my wife. Such attacks seem to rob me at times of my ability to outline the horror of the crimes perpetrated against us.
For the preceding 15 years (1985-2000) I have also reported the continuing and extreme vendetta by the fbi for my reports of their treason and other high crimes.
Now, one would think that Congress and the SCOTUS would be interested in stopping the blatant imposition of a police state in the USA. NOT SO!

The fbi recently increases the intensity of the DEW assaults in apparent response to the widespread acceptance as fact of my descriptions of fbi atrocities. These high tech attacks are at time disabling and keep me in bed for up to 15-20 hours on some days; when I finally try to begin my day (at around 1 or 2 PM ), I am worn out, tired, burdened with most painful headaches, sleepy and not keenly alert, as a result of the DEW's sleep deprivation/brain entrainment exercises.

Many of us are acutely aware that our world (especially the USA) is awash with *torturers, psychopaths and assassins in and out of government. Our reports must live on for a thousand years until all are identified as the human monsters they are. High position and white shirts cannot obscure their filthy character because of the damage caused, the suffering endured and the atrocities (big & small) perpetrated. All such heinous crimes strike at the heart of civilized man and cannot be forever hidden from view.

The above description of torturers meets the profiles of those using DEW (directed energy weaponry) and other assaults against human beings and who with sadistic traits force their victims to live in prolonged suffering while being monitored and otherwise harassed, or to seek final exit, or to die from complications associated with the torture.
All who fail in their duty to stop the atrocities that I and others describe are accessories to the same crimes. Such persons include all in congress, courts, presidency, fbi/cia/police/media, etc., and those members of the community at large who join in the killing event.
The crimes committed against me and many others over the past half century by the fbi and company amount to unconscionable and always inhumane torture and murder. Dirty fbi, police, DA, AUSA, Judges, USPI, etc.
This report shows how the fbi completely corrupts all members of police agencies, District Attorneys ( & in one instance the Florida State Attorney's office), courts and members of the general population. My experiences represent a microcosm of the murderous and sadistic criminal justice system nationwide as spearheaded by fbi traitors to the USA.
In my most recent case the Brownsville Police Department covered up crimes by the fbi, threatened me by intimidation, impugned my sanity, and subsequently entered false data (as did the UT Police in a different cases involving their fraudulent BOLO)
for future reference. The Commander of Police in Brownsville Texas , James Paschal, agreed with me that Detective Adrian Posada made errors and that my report of crimes was valid; but when Paschal learned of the fbi campaign against me he withheld his promised memo which would have contradicted the sham Posada report.
Regarding the DA and his investigator: They refused to allow me and my wife to file a complaint against Posada and others ( including Martinez for lying and Vasquez for dereliction of his duties in Internal Affairs at the Brownsville Texas Police Department):
in apparent efforts to trash my report of police offenses and fbi crimes, the DA Investigator contacted the fbi. I subsequently learned from the ORA disclosures that the DA made contact with the two cops involved in the cover up and the falsification of the facts of the report (i.e., Posada and Martinez). Other Salient facts relating to my experiences with Detective Adrian Posada and his police associates :
A.
Note that Detective Adrian Posada 1)impliedly threatened to arrest me for filing in his words
"a false police report" 2) told me to "take the medication" 3) asked me the name of the doctor who provided me with a second opinion on the **fictitious Holder report on "paranoid delusional disorder " ; Posada invented the concept of 'take the medication' in order to insult me in my face and in the presence of my wife 4) stated that he and the police "accept as fact any report by a medical doctor" 5) asked my wife (a victim of the same crimes that I reported) where she met me.
B.
Posada pretended to file a report, but did not. His report a month later was a transparent attempt to cover up his initial violation of public policy, or law. His and Sgt. Martinez' repeated references to ' headlight wires ' are complete fabrications with no basis in fact.
Such red herrings were entered falsely to confuse the issue, to protect the fbi thugs,to cover up police offenses and to fabricate a false police report to further disparage my reports now and in the future.
C.
Over the past 30 years the fbi thugs have destroyed my vehicles, resulting in about. 25 to 30 thousand dollars in out of pocket losses. Many such crimes occurred in Brownsville and Harlingen, Texas and the police always refused to investigate. Other crimes against me, my wife and our property which the Brownsville Texas Police refused to investigate include burglary of residence, assault with a motor vehicle, and multiple
instances of nails in the tires, assaults, etc.
D.The fbi continues assaults on me with high tech weaponry 24/7/365 and almost daily with street thugs and apparent assassins .

Here are additional data on my experiences with the fbi (the 'burro') for all who are not afraid of that group of bums (MAFIA).

While I worked in the fbi office in Rock Island, Illinois, the ASAC, Benjamin H. Cook (deceased) sent an assignment to me to arrest a fugitive. When I asked my fellow agents to accompany me, they all refused. When I tried to obtain a fbi vehicle to make the arrest, I was denied that request. I knew then that the fbi vendetta against me was unstoppable. I made the arrest alone, using my volkswagon in the middle of the night. I contacted a local cop in his patrol car that night, identified myself, stated my assignment, and asked the officer to allow me 15 minutes to exit the suspect's home, but if I did not exit then come in with police backup. He honored my request; I made the arrest without incident and subsequently advised Ben Cook that I could no longer work in the Rock Island fbi office.
After the arrest, SA T. C. Brock, now retired and living in Idaho, told me, "You won the battle, but you will lose the war."

The fbi increases assaults on me as follows:
1)
Extreme Directed Energy Weaponry assaults (extremely low frequency sound waves, or pulse microwave) in order to cause sleep deprivation and other symptoms as set forth at

The assaults led to a diagnosis of diabetes as stated by a VA doctor a few years ago, but I radically changed my diet in efforts to fight off the doctor’s finding. Exercise is not possible due to exhaustion 24/7 and near bed ridden conditions.
2)
The fbi has also resumed mail theft from the US Postal Service, preventing me from communicating with the Texas AG relating to offenses committed by the Brownsville Police, fbi thugs, all such instances are being covered up by the DA. Today, the fbi extends their physical assaults by sending an operative (H/F, 40 yrs, 5’6”, 150lbs, brwn, brwn) to stalk me in the HEB grocery store, Paredes Line Rd, Brownsville, Texas. She waited until my back was turned and then she took my grocery basket and moved it about 15 yards away, so that I needed to search for the basket in a different part of the produce section. [link]

As I returned home from the HEB store mentioned above, a female fbi operative (ID not available) driving a late model Ford Mustang parked in front of my residence, and she departed as I parked my car. The purpose for the female operative to park in front of my residence appears to be to provoke some reaction in order to determine whether I say something that might indicate paranoia. The fbi’s federal magistrate judge is always available to issue a more dangerous order if a reaction to the assaults is noted by the fbi operative.

Repeated assaults continue at the Brownsville, Texas Public library by the same little male assassin whom I have previously described and photographed.

Another method of removal from our streets the unwanted political dissidents and activists is even more secretive and is never spoken of in polite society. No matter how far I tried to go to avoid the LD, and regardless of my unending efforts to recapture my normal life, the assassins used a tracking device (i.e.:TD) implanted in me in order to never stop the assaults on my person ; the fbi also provided all criminal associates of the fbi globally with the opportunity via the TD to assault me literally 24/7/365 for life. As I have demonstrated over the past twenty five-thirty (25-30) years the fbi and the police are in many instances criminally insane, especially as evidenced by their provocations, torture, assaults and battery, torture, attempted murder and fraudulent stings on inocent persons like me.
See my reports, for example of the fbi extreme techniques to silence me from reporting their crimes; the police in various cities (including LA, Brownsville, Harlingen, UT police in San Antonio, Dallas, etc.) often assist the fbi in the commission of felonies against me. The police refuse to accept my reports, or falsify my reports of crimes against my person.
I have written over the past several years exactly how the fbi uses chemical/biological/viral agents against me, tortured me in the hospital, gassed me in my home, sent thugs (some drug dealers or Mafia types) to threaten me and my wife, and generally hounded me 24/7/365 for life.
The fbi also employs neighbors (using video and audio electronics) to engage in crimes against me in hopes that I may respond in kind; I never do. The fbi commits crimes, plants my name at the scenes, and cause the corrupt USPI and Texas DPS to open a full field investigation on me. Police threaten to arrest me on nonexistent charges. The fbi has a blanket surveillance on me for three decades and uses physical and electronic techniques to ensure coverage. The fbi also uses Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW) championed by the US military where the satellite based weaponry includes extremely low frequency sound waves for sleep deprivation and microwave to cause cancer and burns to the skin. The sleep deprivation continues this moment unterrupted for about 15 years and is at times incapacitating.

William E. Cooper: A Tribute To You, Kind Sir
During my college years I had the privilege and honor to work for William E. Cooper who was President and Chairman of the Board of the Dallas Market Center (DMC) . 1)
My employment with the DMC is summarized in Bill's own words in his letter, dated October 23, 1989. 2)
I left the DMC for the army, but I returned and was welcomed by the DMC after my service. 3)
Ten years after Bill wrote the 1989 letter mentioned above (and during the months of April, May and June, 1999) I fled the USA for Thailand in unsuccessful efforts to escape from the fbi's horrendous terror campaign against me. Some of the details of the fbi crime spree in vendetta are described in "My Story In Detail" in my main website at sosbeevsfbidotcom.
I soon discovered that the fbi and the cia controlled the Thai authorities at will and that the physical and psychological assaults on me increased during every minute of my attempted retreat. 4) I also learned of the complete corruption of Thailand & its king; I also took notice of the underlying criminal regime that rules the nation.
I tried to document with the US Embassy and others in government that the fbi and cia were truly engaged in terrorist acts against me in that terrible country. 5)
In my desperation in Thailand, I called Bill Cooper to request that he please contact his associate (a special agent) in the fbi, Dallas, Texas, to find out why the fbi was terrorizing me. Bill honored my request, indicating that his contact in the Dallas fbi office denies any knowledge of a)the assaults on me by the fbi and b) any open fbi case or investigation of me by the fbi.
The covert assaults on me continued in Thailand and escalated upon my return to USA.
I later visited with Bill in his office and I briefed him on the incredible and ongoing felonies committed by the fbi in efforts to silence me; he responded,

Bill was not only a giant as a civic leader, but he also understood the secret workings of the intelligence community which he knew was trying to prematurely end my days on God's green earth. He was the paragon of friendship to one in need.
Of all my contacts during my early years, Bill forever stays in my memory as a friend who, during my time of great confusion, tried all within his power to help me.

The demonstrated madness of cops in modern times reflects at once their insanity & corruption.
Cops & fbi engage in multiple violent felonies in pursuit of their victims who are often perceived as possible future misdemeanants and who thereby provide all law enforcement officials with the opportunity to perversely claim justification for their violent and brutal tactics as they chase down and murder their suspects in plain view in our pitiful society. Donald Trump said Wednesday that women who undergo illegal abortions should face "some form of punishment".
Well Mr. Trump, you have no moral authority to make such a callous statement. Any law that would punish a woman under the circumstances that you decry is not acceptable and reflects a criminal mind. Seek ways to offer assistance to a woman facing a crisis in her life (such a thought is not possible in your inhumane lexicon).

Attached in the above link, see the admissions and lies of the police involved in the cover up of fbi crimes. The report is dated 1-5-16 from DA representative Joanna Serrato:
I obtained the Serrato report via Texas ORA and the report issues from the DA's office. The report shows that Posada admits to not investigating my and my wife's report of vandalism, and that he seeks to discredit the report. Both Posada and Sgt. Martinez also falsely state that , regarding my report of fbi vandalism as follows:
" ultimately there was no offense to report...."
Note that Sgt. Martinez had nothing to do with the case (except to order Posada to cover up the errors he made), so Martinez fabricates his lies to protect Posada & the fbi.
Sgt. Martinez' statement that there "was no offense to report" is a complete lie made by Martinez who together with Posada did not ever actually investigate the crime. Such lies by cops should be reported in the main stream press because now the DA himself joins in the fraud to protect fbi thugs and assassins.
Missing from the report to the DA are the statements from Commander Paschal who confirms verbally as a result of his own investigation that my report of vandalism is valid. The statements in the Serrato report about "headlight wire" coming loose is a manufactured lie and represents an effort to mislead the reader, as there was never any issue about wirings; also, the statement from Martinez that there was no sign of tampering is false; the mechanic admitted that the head light came out and that such is not 'characteristic' of the Nissan Sentra. Instead of actually investigating the case, the Brownsville, Texas police seek to trash my report, threaten me, and insult me with Posada's assertion to me to "take the medication." ‘I am having the time of my life’.
First the good news:
I am in good spirits, though fatigued from the recent barrage of DEW/sleep deprivation assaults by the fbi assassins. I have never felt more accomplished in my life, in all of my work as a student, soldier, teacher, lawyer, etc., as I feel today in my work to expose the human monsters of the fbi. George DeLaunay, chief Investigator for the DA, Cameron County, Texas, refused to take my calls, refused to return my calls, refused to accept my reports of crimes, maintained a file on me which confirms many crimes against me by the fbi, and now engages in unlawful communications with the fbi thugs who are committing the many felonies against me with full police cooperation as I have documented.
The Brownsville, Texas and Harlingen, Texas Police Departments have in their data banks many reports (some verified by street cops) of my reports of crimes against my person and my property by fbi operatives.

The fbi about 15 years ago artfully argued that no evidence exists that they are terrorizing me, but fbi deceitful Counsel asserts if they are attacking me then they have a * public mandate to do so by public policy. See the link below to a section of my writ
