The Surrealist Manifesto
According to the major spokesman of the movement, the poet and critic André Breton, who published The Surrealist Manifesto in 1924, Surrealism was a means of reuniting conscious and unconscious realms of experience so completely, that the world of dream and fantasy would be joined to the everyday rational world in "an absolute reality, a surreality."

FF= another great writing technique is to learn to write with your non dominate hand. I have done it on and off now for several years and get amazing results. They know from brain studies that you tap into the creatve centers of your brain when holding a pen or pencil when writing. Typing does not tap these areas. So whenever I am stuck to find the words or feelings I write with my left hand. wonderful technique
