A situation has come to me, sadly, I really dislike being in this position, and I find no way to escape except head on.I am forced to defend myself, which will cause injury to another party, who has attacked me. Their injuries will be from my defense from their initial attacks. Still I wish not to be no one to cost them suffering and pain . I find I have no other choice except to pay their behavior , which I find totally unacceptable.

Of course I can explain more, I have taking care of my grandchildren . Somebody else who my daughter stayed a few weeks with decided to declare them on their taxes, however. After talking to my lawyer and the IRS. I am the legal one is allowed to declare them and I have filed with the IRS. Unfortunately the one who was not legally eligible to claim my grandchildren will have to pay back any money they received . I am very sorry for their hardship, even though they deliberately try to take away what was legally mine behind my back without any concern about me or my family.

Nature of the beast, (gov), will be doing its thing. And being the beast that it is, it does enjoy exacting its books with passion. This situation has nothing to do with you or your family, for you are the one in control of the truth. You did your duty and paid your taxes, and the gov would have done what it does by nature regaurdless of you knowing about it or not. This situation runs rampid in this country, some people claiming they have 20 kids, some people claiming dead people, even more are takeing social security checks issued while grandma lies dead in her bed for 3 years. So many scammers for the beast to feed on. You can throw this burden down on the ground and walk away. :}
