Actually, most languages overuse words like the above, just because the noun 'suggests' the verb and vice versa, although some languages change the form when they do that. This makes it difficult for automatic translators to recognize what is really being said, especially in tabloid headlines like "Agency Head Eyes Post" or "Chance Shot Misses Miss". But I am more concerned about how even educated and articulate people have discarded all rules of grammar: "Just between you and I", "The truth is is ...", using the noun 'loan' in place of the verb 'lend', "He goes" instead of "he said", etc.
