Happy Holidays. Yes, the season is upon us again, but that's not what I've come to talk to you about today. I've come here to talk to you about a lawyer in Fargo, who was having financial troubles. This lawyer was of greek origin, and his name was Epocrates. His friends called him Epo.

Epicrates was a car accident lawyer, but because of this line of work, he also found himself dabbling in personal injury law and also medical malpractice law. So He wasn't JUST a car accident attorney, but was also a personal injury attorney , and a medical malpractice lawyer.

Epocrates had'nt always lived in Fargo. He'd also lived in Florida for a while, where he was a Florida attorney, and had lived in Los Angeles too, where he was a Los Angeles Lawyer. Epocrates didn't like the climate in those places much, so that is why he decided to move to Fargo.

O.k., that's not the only reason he moved to Fargo. He had been involved in a DUI in Los Angeles, and had been involved in a wrongful death suit which made him finally decide to leave L.A. He'd had to find a lawyer. He found an excellent criminal defense attorney, who's friendship with some medical malpractice attorneys helped him shift the blame for the wrongful death suit to the doctors who treated the plaintiffs injured family member so in the end, all charges were dropped.

All of these legal difficulties left Epocrates slightly impoverished though. His tax attorney was the one who recomended that he move to Fargo, where taxes were lower, after he searched countrywide for the best place to live, financially speaking..

Just before Epocrates moved to Fargo, he'd heard a lecture at the bar association's annual banquet, on how much money was being made by mesothelioma lawyers.

What is mesothelioma, you may ask? Mesothelioma is a cancer caused by exposure to asbestos, and is named after Mesothelioma, Texas where there were some big asbestos mining operations. Of all of the mesotheliomas, peritoneal mesothelioma and malignant mesothelioma are the worst forms of the disease. So Epocrates decided that along with his other lawyering, he would also delve into the area of Mesothelioma lawyering when he got to Fargo.

Once he'd found a nice home in Fargo, befitting his tastes , Epocrates decided to incorporate his law firm, to shelter himself from any criminal liabilities. Once he learned how to how to register a domain name, he set up his own website for his new law firm and was officially in business. By the way, he found that the domain register thing was a fairly simple proceedure as nobody owned that domain yet.

Soon Epocrates ran into financial problems. Because he only charged 125 dollars an hour, he soon found that he had to refinance his ameriquest mortgage note on his new home, since he was going broke, slowly but surely.

Re: the mortgage. Epocrates had some experience with loan refinance and mortgages, as he had been refinancing his home in LA while he was there, to pay his legal bills. This made him very familiar with California mortgage rates. He'd also had a gmac mortgage when he lived in Utah for a short time,so his experience with the utah mortgage also contributed to his knowledge. He also had a friend in Texas who also liked to refinance and that friend helped him a good deal with his knowledge in the matter. If you can do a Texas refinance, you can do one in any state, as the saying goes.

He'd heard about a place in New York that had cheap refinance rates, but Epocrates wanted a Fargo refinance, since he wanted to do business locally. The one thing about refinancing and mortgage loans that Epocrates knew was most important if he wanted to get the best refinance rate, was what his credit report looked like. He went on the web and found a place where he could get a freecreditreport. His credit report turned out to be not as bad as he'd thought.

Now, all of this searching for refinance leads would have been simple if Epocrates had been a veteran, as he would have qualified for a va refinance, but since he was a concientious objector, that option wasn't available to him. Also, if he'd been looking to refinance rental property, he would have been able to find refinancing easily, but since it wasn't rental property which he had, this wasn't possible either. He wanted to consolidate loans into one equity mortgage also, so that he only had to write one check each month.

So after researching all of the local mortgage companies and mortgage lenders, he finally found the best mortgage refinance deal possible, with a low mortgage refinance rate. He filled out the mortgage application sheet and finally, FINALLY locked in his low mortgage rate for his mortgage loan.

"Whew!", said Epocrates to himself when he was done, "Refinancing mortgage is not so terribly hard once you know how!"

Because once you obtain the right knowledge, achieving Escape Velocity from your financial problems is quite easy!
