The media reports the selection of a new SecGen to replace the disgraced Kofi Annen whose term expires. Then reports no more.

Like no news is good news? Kind of like that immigration law they passed in Econdito CA, forcing landlords to evict illegal aliens with in 10 days. Mums the word?

23 Oct 2006 @ 23:48 by jmarc : The media is agenda driven
It's not part of their agenda, so they aint reporting it.

24 Oct 2006 @ 17:34 by b : To me it is strange
Such a major thing the changing of the SecGen of the UN for all of the world and he process is hushed up, hidden. It does prove that the UN is secretive and not democratic. I suppose that is why their human rights agenda is foolish and an insult to all intelligent people.
