and I'm not sure why you put up the same graph twice except maybe to bury my comments in the last post, burt be that as it may, I thought I'd link to some good news, locally. LINK
Of course this plant could have been made obsolete years ago except for the fact of a certain environmental group calling itself the clam shell alliance which tied up the building of a nuclear power plant for almost 20 years, forcing costs so high that one reactor ended up being completely abandoned. But that's another story.
