Concept:
The adoption and implementation of a globally enforced policy and means, to address the waste and pollution problems created by society and civilization on Earth towards the aim of reducing and minimizing the impact of such on the environment and health of the planet.

Means:
1. Creat a line and amount in the Global Budget of from 10 to 25 % for the processing, treatment, consumption and research and review of waste management

2. Conduct a Global waste strategy and audit

3. Design, review, construct and maintain a global waste infrastructure sphere with waste treatment plants placed near at appropriate and offensive sites

4. Begin the processing, treatment, documenting and consumption of global wastes by
A. Organic waste treatment and consumption with fungi and bacteria
B. Synthetic waste treatment and consumption by recycling and reuse
C. Toxic waste treatment by incineration
D. Radioactive waste treatment by containment
E. Other

5. Begin a reclamation, reforestation of damaged sites

6. Begin conducting annual global waste audits and reviews.

7. Creat a waste policy enforcement, research, auditing and review agency.

Outcome:
Reap the benefits and time of a natural, healthy and harmonious Earth.
