Election Compromise

well enough with the iranian bloodshed already
Declare the election a dead heat 50/50
so toss two silver dollar coins to determine the winner
The first leaders coin to come up on both coins tossed
is the winner
If you get a heads / tails combo
the first time
the coins will be thrown again until two heads or tails come up the same.

The encumbent/previous leader chooses his side first.

The decision of the coins/alla is binding.
