EcoCiv Plan 1850 Proposal
Well in theory the follow proposal could work better than the current system.
Why?
1 This Ecociv framework is more inclusive, comprehensive and cognizant of the environments importance to human lives.
2.It gives the environment "legal protection" by enshrining elements of it in its global constitution.
3. Its budget mechanism incorporates value and ratio aspects to environmental items and concerns and includes as well a Green Gross Domestic and Global Product Component
4. It retains and respects the sovereignty of nations and indigenous peoples
5. It includes the importance of Faith and Spirituality in Life
6. It is transparent and open for all to see and study and modify perhaps according to specific National Cultural Considerations
and finally
7. It retains and integrates many of the current global systems aspects of worth and consideration.

note it has had limited peer review
note feedback and comments would be helpful but the complexity of it is noted and lack of compassing understandable and perhaps the Canadian Bias is unavoidable
note it would require a global election to mandate ie sometime in 2012 ad
