Here below please find an attachment file named :
[sapes010203.pdf]
containing my paper entitled :
"Academic Performance Evaluation of Students (APES):
Raw Scores to Letter Grades to GPA; is Unfair, by Design"
It presents a systems study of the "Letter Grading System",
which through the heavy influence of the US-system on the rest of the world, has turned out to be the most impressive (imposing!?) and also the most widely prevalent system today.

Also, I welcome you to visit the website

and look for the section and work your way through to find the file named
You can download it and read through, in detail.  More >

A thorough Systems-Study of the Letter Grading System has revealed serious drawbacks inherent in its very design, because of which it fails to meet the very purpose for which it is used, although because of the heavy influence of the US-system on the rest of the world, it has over the years gained wide-spread acceptance/acclaim to be the most impressive (imposing!?) and the most prevalent system in use today.
