With all of the hullabaloo concerning/surrounding the Iranian 'elections,' the use of twitter to broadcast student 'events/riots' in the streets of Tehran (No where else it would seem), and with memories of COINTELPRO, the SHAH, the CIA's involvement in toppling governments it's owners don't like, and the realities of American blood and guts reality show comsumerism on mind... I thought this article might find some interest here at the supposed New Civilization (New?) Ratworks...

I wonder how many Americans actually remember or are even aware of the excesses of government intrusion during the Vietnam era -- the FBI's COINTELPRO, the CIA's Operation Chaos (later known as "Family Jewels"), the NSA's Operation Minaret, and U.S. Army spying on civilians, as exposed by Christopher Pyle in 1970? All of these were domestic operations carried out against American citizens within the borders of the United States.

And all were ILLEGAL, prohibited by the law of the time. The "inconvenience" of mere law and legalisms, however, didn't stop local law enforcement authorities and the various intelligence agencies during the administrations of Lyndon Johnson and especially Richard Nixon from mobilizing and carrying out illegal wiretaps, break-ins, mail tampering, frame-ups, character assassinations, and, in at least one stunning incident, the real assassination of a charismatic young African-American activist leader, Fred Hampton, by FBI and Chicago police.

A measure of our government's attack on the Bill of Rights and rule of law was documented by the Church Commission in 1975-76. The commission's findings were published in 14 volumes. Very thick volumes filled with chilling specifics.

Col. John Boyd (he died in 1997) is considered one of America's best military thinkers. His thinking dramatically influenced the plan of attack in the first gulf war. Grand strategy, according to Boyd, is a quest to isolate your enemy's (a nation-state or a global terrorist network) thinking processes from connections to the external/reference environment. This process of isolation is essentially the imposition of insanity on a group. To wit: any organism that operates without reference to external stimuli (the real world), falls into a destructive cycle of false internal dialogues. These corrupt internal dialogues eventually cause dissolution and defeat.

In order to fully understand the following documents there needs to be an explanation of the background behind the case.

Please note that the assignment of the case to Judge Mahoney was through standard lawful practices and that the Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court assigned an associate justice to assist in the trial

These actions give total and complete lawful jurisdiction to the actions of the Court

INTRODUCTION

A Minnesota Trial Court's decision holding:

* the Federal Reserve Act unconstitutional and VOID * holding the National Banking Act unconstitutional and VOID * declaring a mortgage acquired by the First National Bank of Montgomery, Minnesota in the regular course of its business, along with the foreclosure and * the sheriff's sale, to be VOID

This decision, which is legally sound, has the effect of declaring all private mortgages on real and personal property, and all U.S. and State bonds held by the Federal Reserve, National and State Banks to be null and VOID.

This amounts to an emancipation of this nation from personal, national and State debt purportedly owed to this banking system.

Every True American owes it to himself/herself, to his or her country, and to the people of the world for that matter, to study this decision very carefully and to understand it, for upon it hangs the question of freedom or slavery

I've just been musing through some old stuff, articles, I posted - long ago - here at NCN. Also keeping an eye on twitter at the same time ... which seems somehow related to the piece I'm posting here, which was a comment on the article called ARSLYCUS.

Those in the know, and those who don't know, will remember that ARSLYCUS had a mean rep througout all the galaxies infiltrated by our Hub. SCAPEGOATING

Well, it's been awhile since I posted anything here; I've been reading a work called "Children of the Stars" and have excerpted a bit of it here for your perusal. The work deals with the present society's lack and what caused it. The mutilation of the human beings living in it and why. Deals with all kinds of social ills and the causes behind them and recommends a course of delivery which begins, of course, at home with one's self. Hope it strikes a cord with some of you. It is a .pdf file so if anyone is interested I could send you the file.

Hope everyone is doing super well and that you are remembering your theta endowment and who you really are as opposed to the holo-reality being created for you by the oppressors, suppressors, and implanters who wish to not only control the human race but wipe us off the face of the Earth.
