THE FOREST GREEN: You Fly
 You Fly4 comments

Remember...what it feels like to watch a loved one sleep....

a poem

You Fly

You in quiet slumber have left me behind
And I watch as you journey to dreamland
Caught into the clouds, passing heaven’s gate
While I am earthbound gazing
Watching you
Your eyes closed
Seeing wonders
Like an angel you fly
Where the stars know the way

You've said it all.
A Diamond Sutra.

******
thank you very much
I had never heard of the Diamond Sutra... so i looked it up

"All composed things are like a dream,

a phantom, a drop of dew, a flash of lightning.

That is how to meditate on them,

that is how to observe them."
