call me a closet archaeologist...
LITERALLY!
Though seriously my bedroom has been neglected for a very long time. I had gone to work when my husband lost his job and was on *disability for almost five years. *mental disorder
I had subsequently become ill and ended up quitting when he had been back to work for a year or so. I am finally getting to cleaning my horribly messy room. I had a house in such disarray that it has taken a few years of work to get it back to functioning order. While I was working my sleep apnea pretty much sapped me of energy.
That is the past! My drawing table is now in the family room and I am going to paint a book case to put in my room where the drawing table was. I have mondo books... alas they are my weakness lol .
The other bookcases are full!
So through the grime and tons of recycling...I can once again see the possibilities.
I am hoping to devote part of every day to the creative arts I have neglected to do for quite some time. Writing, music, art, sewing...and of course my garden.
All work and no play makes ... well.. you know...
ps....you wouldn't believe the interesting items from the past I am finding!
Like Christmas...only dustier.
