I write to announce the birth of an 8.8MB baby boy/girl:

Born 04-22-04
at 3:10PM
at St. Mary's manger
in the land of the Ho-Chunk
and the home of the Badgers

It has rainbow eyes
sensitive skin
and a heart of pure light

It is still with its Mother
and not ready for holding yet

But for those who wish a preview
visit
WeNeedaDream baby

It cries much for attention
needing many changes
and sleepless nights
But it is rich with new life
and new hope

Its parents are many:

They are nervous
but excited
Tired

Hopeful

PS For those who choose to preview this child in its first few days of life, be aware of several things:

-It is FAR from mature, choosing to be born on 4-22, ready or not. There are many gaps, errors, etc.

-It is currently designed for fast computers, fast internet, and Flash animation software. We are working on an option for others.

-Some pages are VERY long, requiring much scrolling. We are working on a more user-friendly way to step or scroll through.

-Its color scheme (for text and backgrounds) is still up in the air… looking for the magic touch. We've dabbled with different colors here and there… and would appreciate feedback and suggestions

We need a hero’s courage

We need a godlike wisdom
We need love’s power and length

May we face the fear that binds us
Finding faith to risk the new
May we build a grand new nation
That sparkles like the dew

May we tame the storms that thrash us
Or ride their waves with grace
May we master using love and light
To tame or ride like an ace

May we heal the wounds that hurt us
With forgiveness, tears, and faith
May we help to heal all others
Releasing blame and hate

May we nurture those around us
With patience, trust, respect
May we tell them when they irk us
Dropping judgement and reject
