An easy to fix and very tasty vegetable salad. It is simular to the three bean salad. Fix and enjoy.
Vegetable Salad
1 can light Kidney Beans--rinsed and drained
1 can french cut green beans--drained
1 can Le Seur baby English peas-- drained
1 can corn--drained
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 small bell pepper--chopped
1 bunch of green onions--chopped
mix in a large mixing bowl
Mix together in a sauce pan:
1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup oil,
1 teasoon each of salt and pepper
Bring to a rolling boil and pour hot over the vegetables. Refrigerate for at least four hours. Serve and enjoy.
