I have been working on the book "Giant Steps" by Anthony Robbins and found it interesting & inspiring and in turn I wished to project that inspiration forward.
Here are some excerpts:-
If you keep focusing on what you fear, thats exactly where you end up. If you resist your fear, have faith and discipline your focus, your actions will naturally take you in the direction you want. Release your fear and focus on what you truly desire and deserve.
*The most effective way to control your focus is through the use of questions. For any question you pose your brain provides an answer.
*One of the most effective ways to improve your life is to identify and reinforce any beliefs you have that will move you in the direction of your dreams, and to eliminate beliefs that no longer serve you positively.
*Questions are the laser of human consciousness. Use their power to cut through any obstacle or challenge.
*Most of our thought processes - from evaluating (how is it so),imagining (what is possible),to Deciding (what do I do) involve asking and answering questions. Therefore if we want to improve the quality of our lives, we must change what we habitually ask of one another and oursleves.
The book also involves the 10 day mental challenge, whereby for a period of 10 consecutive days, one is constantly aware of what is going through ones mind and focuses on positive, constructive thuoghts while acknowledging and eliminating any negative thinking/behaviour.
As all our perceptions, reactions, behaviour and decisions originate in the realm of our thoughts, this excercise is invalauble in beginning the process of making positive changes and improving ones life.
After all, It is not events themselves that matter, rahter our reactions to them.
I challenge you, dear reader, to implement these techniques to improve the quality of your life and begin to create the life you really want, because that is the way to create positive changes in the world around us.
Happy People = Happy Vibes = Better World for All
So, What do you say?

great suggestions; THANKS Ray! Considering the Fact that MOST "Events" are Man Made/put into motion by Man, we need to start looking very carefully what (event -)Ideas we choose to put into motion to be/come manifest.
"For your Life to change, you have to change" -another Tony Robbins' Classic! We could, I guess say it slightly different: "For your Life to change, your questions have to change". The active Act of Thinking is (should be ) the Active Act of SELECTING in/of the World of Ideas/ Concepts the ones we want/can accept as Life supporting, benefitting, sustaining -and then keep those Ideas in our focus and never let them slip away (that's what in old times was called "Faith" )

Hi there, fellow African lightworker. Good to see you shining the light from our continent - I'm afraid I haven't been doing much of that on the Net lately, owing to the fact that I pretty much have a 24/7 schedule at the moment, lots of motion, travelling, doing, and STUFF to transmute. I was sad to read about your aunt, I am very sorry for the pain of loss - I know, over here the road carnage is incredible, too - people are homicidal and suicidal, there is this RAGE that spills out onto our roads as well. All so unnecessary. I am sorry for your loss, and extend the Divine Love to you, and the knowledge that your aunt is now part of the eternal - her consciousness lives on, light, free, and she watches over you - this I see.
Love you Ray, thanks for keeping the Light shining - will join you all here again later on when I have some time again.
My love to you, from your continental sister,
- ashanti

Right now, so much LOVE, OMNIPOTENT love needs to be flowed into Zimbabwe in particular......we have had over 2 million refugees flowing over our borders recently.....and the "official" world - UN, US, etc etc - looks the other way - no oil in Zimbabwe, see, and suits them to have the web of light rent at the source of the gold.....
So please - flow OMNIPOTENT LOVE to Zimbabwe........ Thanks.
Love, Ashanti
