P'taah: Good day, beloved peoples. What wondrous queries do you have for us this day?
Q: P'taah, you said that we draw to us the energies that we project.
P’taah: You draw forth to you the energies that you are.
Q: That we are. And we need to become more loving. Is that so?
P’taah: What we said is that what you are is a body of energy, a frequency, a resonance. And that resonance is created from your ideas, thoughts, beliefs and emotions. And so if the resonance that you are is fear-based, that is if you are driven by fear and if you are focused on that which you would perceive to be negative, then indeed what you draw to you is people and situations that match that resonance. So that the more that you can be in your open-heartedness, the more that you can be in the light of love, in the joy, the more that you can be focused on that which is wondrous and indeed that is the resonance that you are and so you draw to you that which matches that frequency. Does that make sense?
Now, let us come back for one moment to this idea of the resonance that you are and how you may indeed, day-by-day, reinforce this abundance of everything. How do you think that you might do that? How do you think you might avail yourself in a way of a resonance of fullness and abundance?
Q: It is not affirmations.
(Laughter)
P’taah: It is not affirmations, and why is it not? Because the affirmation is asking for something that you think you do not have. It comes from a fear of lack. So, what then?
Q: To come from the heart and accept what is.
P’taah: To say 'thank you' for what is.
Q: Does that include affirmations?
P’taah: It does not. Well, in a way, of course it does, but is not an affirmation asking or projecting something that you think you have not got? To say thank you for what IS -- let us give you a way to say thank you - a big thank you - a thank that you may say every day of your life:
Take a deep breath and close your eyes. From the Goddess/God of my being, I give forth the thanks for the love that I am, for the love in my life, for the love that surrounds me. Thank you.
Thank you for the miracle of life that I am, for the miracle of life I see all about me.
Thank you for the gift of life.
Thank you for this perfect body, my health, my well-beingness.
Thank you.
(P’taah begins speaking softer)
Thank you for the abundance that I am and the abundance I see reflected all about me.
Thank you for the riches and richness of my life and thank you for the river of money which flows to me and through me.
Thank you.
Thank you for the excitement and adventure of the millions of wondrous possibilities and probabilities.
Thank you.
Thank you for the beauty and harmony.
Thank you for the peace and tranquility.
Thank you for the wonderment, thank you for the joy,
Thank you for the laughter and the play and thank you for the privilege of serving and sharing the gift that I am.
Thank you. Thank you, Thank you.
You see, there is no lack contained here and how does it feel? You feel full, hmm? When you say ‘thank you‘, you are being in that resonance that has absolutely no lack. And when you are in that resonance, what do you think you draw to you? More of the same, hmm? Does it make sense? Every day, every day, every day, say ‘Thank you‘.
Q: P’taah, are we expressing thanks to God/ Goddess, All-that-Is or are we merely attempting to BE in that resonance?
P’taah: You are saying thank you to the greater part of who you are. You are saying thank you to everything ‘out there’ that reflects that back to you, the miracle of life that you are, the beauty that you are. You are saying thank you to your entire multiverses for the experience that you indeed are co-creating.
And when you are saying ‘Thank you’, then you are in that resonance. You are being who you are, you are being grandly creative.
Q: And by being in that resonance can we then be the source of increasing that resonance in others. Is that how we serve others?
P’taah: You serve others in being all that you can be in every now. That is the greatest service. And of course wherever you can put forth to assist, to nurture, to support, then indeed that is very wondrous also. But you know the first service is to be all that you can be. And every time that you choose love, then you are being of service because you indeed are transforming the consciousness of your planet. It must be in here (points to the heart) before it can be ‘out there’.
Q: Concerning polarities, are you saying that we do not have to take the bad with the good? Because I know so many people of late that have been through so many, let’s say, tumultuous situations, somewhat of a roller coaster ride.
P’taah: We do not say that you do not have to take the bad. We say you do not have to keep creating it. That which you judge to be negative situations are in fact always a gift, hmm? Within EVERY situation there is a gift to know more about who you are and the gift to know more about love. After all, that is why you are here, to know more about love because that is who you are, really.
So indeed in this now there is much polarity and what occurs is that you look more to the negative polarity because that is where your media is focused. The more you focus upon war, violence, etc., etc., the more you are being in that frequency.
Of course the less you pay attention to your media, the more that you can focus on what it is you really desire to experience in your world. At a personal level, you may say that this is certainly a time for change. And in that desire for transformation at a collective level, you as a society - individually and collectively- will create situations to bring you face to face with that which you have not faced before as an opportunity to create change and transformation.
Wherever you see what you would regard to be the negative aspects of life, know that what you are looking at is simply the polarity in the growth of love, awareness, expansion, because that indeed is the nature of this time in your world. But indeed, a roller coaster is indeed a grand and wondrous opportunity to come to embrace that which has not been embraceable, to really look at what you believe, to really look at who you think you are. (Pauses briefly)
All of it is a gift (speaks softly) if you will allow it to be so. It is your choice! Nobody, nobody, can transform your life but you. Nobody can make the changes, only you because you are sovereign gods and goddesses. Only you can choose love, and interestingly you know, whatever you choose, you are totally supported. The universe supports you absolutely. It supports you 100% - whatever you choose. So you might as well choose love and joy hmm?
Q: Yes, indeed.
P’taah: So, my beloved ones, sufficient unto this day. We love you all grandly and look forward to our next NOW moment together. Until then, with grandest love, we issue forth to each and every one of you,
