Last night I had an out of body experience.

One minute I was lying down and the next I was aware of myself hovering over my physical body then I was off and moving freely. Then I noticed this formless entity beside it. It was the most terrifying-looking and ugliest thing I'd ever dreamed of. It growled at me and then reached out with what looked like arms to grab me. Unfortunately for the poor sod, I wasn't impressed by his scare tactics. In fact I thought it was a pretty cool Halloween costume. I said to it, "I love you." I had the distinct impression that the entity was horrified I wasn't taking it seriously. The entity then dissolved into formless energy and vanished from my experience.  More >

When I heard a pastor famous for his healing crusades was having a meeting in London, I asked my mother if she was attending. She said she wasn't going to bother as it's too much hassle. Besides there is no need to travel anywhere since God is everywhere. I was very happy to hear that my mother is realising that her healing is in her own hands; it's a matter of whether she's open to receive any time and anywhere.  More >

Yesterday I met a friend on the bus. He told me about a well-being festival he was involved in which was on later that day and the following day. I promised to attend the following day.

When I checked the festival flyer my friend had given me, I saw that they were going to have talks and advice by medical experts and alternative healing practitioners. As I'm not really into any of that stuff, I had misgivings about attending. But something told me I needed to be there. I decided to go later that evening. I arrived around 6 pm.

My friend was happy to see me. After we'd exchanged hugs I had a look around the stalls. They had books about health matters and black spirituality, clothes, jewellery and health potions, which I'm not into. I noticed two guys chatting. One said he knew me from somewhere. He told me where we'd met before. I vaguely remember speaking to him about 2 or 3 years ago at a bus stop. The man he was speaking to excused himself and I continued chatting to him. It turned out to be a very interesting dialogue. Here are the highlights.  More >

Why Is the Illusion So Bloody Painful? 0 comments

So I wasn't paying attention where I was going and my shoulder bumped against the edge of the wall. At first it hurt like hell then I immediately reversed the pain by saying to myself that "Love is all there is." The pain instantly vanished.

One could argue that since there is only Love going on and it's all good, any experience not in harmony with Love's intent, such as an injury, is an illusion. In that case, why was the illusion so bloody painful?  More >

Man's Inalienable Right to Be a Sheep or Goat 0 comments

Two days ago, I heard in the news that the government are proposing to outlaw cigarette vending machines in order to discourage children from smoking. They are also considering removing cigarettes from shop display. Smokers are protesting that this would infringe on their right to smoke.

I can see both sides of the argument. Although I used to be a staunch anti-smoker, I also very much respected the right of the smoker, as long as they weren't smoking near me. When I realised cigarettes had no power to harm me, I wasn't bothered any more; though I did prefer to be in smoke-free environments. Smoking has now been banned in all public places in England. Banning cigarettes vending machines does seem a bit extreme. Surely, smokers do have the right to have access to their cigarettes?  More >
