So my mother and I were watching a documentary on television called Seaside Rescue about lifeboat crew who rescue people at sea. There were swimmers and surfers who had been caught in the waves and waiting to be rescued.  More >

The other night, my mother and I watched some documentary on television about kids who were geniuses, and they made a big deal about how special these kids were.

"We are all geniuses in our own right," I said.

"You're right," mum said.

"Take you, for example, you make the best stews in the whole world," I said. "In my opinion, that's pure genius."

Mum smiled.  More >

During my bus journey I got chatting to this man and the bus driver. He told me he was a train driver and he was in a hurry to get to work. I was curious about his job so I asked him about how he drove the train. Was it automatic or manual? He went on to describe the mechanics of driving which left me with a glazed look. He also talked about the live electric tracks.  More >

When I arrived at the library, I was told the Internet was down. I decided I would take a bus ride to Richmond and go for a long walk in the park. At Richmond, I stopped off at the local library to use their Internet. I also browsed a friend’s website of a House she is running in Scotland, which is for backpackers and a Highland retreat. I believe that I'm here to live as my True Self who is forever young and full of life.

I met an old recently whom I haven't seen in over eight years. She said I still looked the same and hadn't aged. I told her I believed we weren't meant to grow old but she looked doubtful. I dropped the topic as I didn't feel it was appropriate at the time.  More >

I believe there is only One.

The world does not change by me physically doing something, it changes when I am being my true Self, when I am being the One.

As I have written elsewhere:

"There's no need to worry about going out there and doing loving acts or blessing others. All I have to do is go within and love myself and Love takes care of the rest." Charity Begins and Ends at Home

These selected articles are demonstrations of how I am living the principle I believe in. For more articles go to Living as Love-Light.
