New Orlean's mayor says all of the remaining people in the city must be evacuated. Two levees have busted so far , and water is pouring into the city.

In many neighborhoods only roof tops are visible. Looting has begun. On the other hand, many people are out there helping others. Many towns along the mississippi will be without power for at least 6 weeks. They're saying that some disaster personel will be spending the rest of their careers working on the aftermath of this storm. They're pleading for anyone with a boat and any able bodied people to come help rescue people from their roofs.
