When we expose our fears to the light of thoughtful examination they usually just evaporate." - Jack Canfield "When thinking won’t cure fear, action will." - W. Clement Stone "I hope for nothing. - I fear nothing. - I am free." - Nikos Kazantzakis I also like what is said about change - It is true that sometimes changes or breakthroughs feel like a type of death as you have to die to one way of living to be born into another...which can cause fear as most times you only register the first half of the transformation - the dismantling and all our self preservation instincts scream - this is dangerous, be afraid. Best thing I have found in times of change is to surrender to it and trust the process - change is only painful when you fight it.
