I am already knee deep in "conscious evolution!!!" Yes, that is a very interesting site, thing is it is very difficult to face and accept the truth. When we have some particularly difficult issues to face as in my case. Saying "oh it's a life lesson!" doesn't exactly help, in fact sometimes it makes things worse. It's easy for the individual who is doing well in life, to say "this is my lifes lesson!" but not so easy for the one who is living in daily pain!
