All Part of the Show:
Although, I missed the actual one year mark, I realized I have now been sending this column out for one year! Hurrah! Happy Birthday to US! And in a strange universal synchronisity it is also the birthday of one of my favorite soul sisters, Miss Rina from Australia! Happy Birthday to the Ray of light from Down Under! What better way to celebrate than for Rina and I to run around in our birthday suits all day? (Much easier for her on the sunny beaches down under I assure you!)

SURRENDER ...SURRENDER... SURRENDER.... Over the last couple weeks, circumstances have been pounding against me as I mentally dug my heels in and vowed, “I refuse to surrender to anything external trying to draw me into hurting myself or others.”
And what a battle that has been. It seemed the harder I tried to react in love, the more trying and frustrating my surroundings became. I'd start to get caught up: mentally beating myself up or reacting but then catch myself and say “Bless this” and “Praises for allowing me to experience what this is like!” The harder I felt the push externally, the more I tried to give and be resolute and ask for help in letting only blessings leave my mouth.
And although our strength comes from the ability to refrain from surrendering to our surroundings, surrender is exactly what we need: surrender to our souls. I swear an angel of great strength has been following me with the thickest frying pan available in heaven. I may have the dents in my head to prove it. LET GO! LET GO! LET GO!
It does make a lovely rhythm. I love percussion. I digress.

One: Step Right Up:
My digestive system has been an absolute mess in the last couple weeks. I've been on overload, busy, and a little stressed. I've been so busy, I've had little time to myself. What's the best way to handle stress since I quit smoking over a year ago? FOOD! I noticed I've been eating compulsively lately. Wanting to analyze the communication to myself, I stopped to think about how that physical ailment could reflect an internal ailment. The digestive system was having trouble processing all I was eating. In prophetic or metaphorical language, eating represents accepting. I realized I was cramming way too much into my life and not having any time to myself to process it.

I awoke from a nap this week to a moment of complete lucidity where I was in all worlds at once. I found my consciousness high above as I walked to the bathroom, and I could see all that has been, all that is and all that will ever be flowing and moving along in a giant wave of feeling. We truly are eternal, though we don different masks/bodies and play on in infinite scenarios, and sometimes fall into a dream of believing we are something we are not. I felt as if I awakened from one dream to begin to exist in another.
Worry not about rushing to accomplish ...we have all the time in the world. Don't forget that time is an illusion and we can visit any where we want. You are on your own personal time and storyline. The closer you come to realizing that, the more you will understand.
Eternal Beings dance with me in celebration of all we are! With each new revelation, revel in the ability to say: Yippie! I have solved yet another riddle!
May you be blessed with many Revel-ations this week.
Revel – ation: a new reason to revel, jump for joy and see once again just what magnificent creatures we are.
