Emotional Art: Control

It’s not a four letter word; we can effectively control what we correctly understand. The Hollywood new age crystal lickers are always offended when I suggest “control”. A closer inspection shows that people in general exercise control in everyday life, even the new age crystal lickers. Don’t get me wrong, I have enjoyed my share of tasty crystals. Some stones wont show their true colors until moist. I am being very specific.. Mystical Pretentiousness.

(No screed harangue found here, just a short example to demonstrate a simple point)

Hollywood Is Prone To Mystical Pretentiousness.

Thunder storm rolling on the horizon, do you seek shelter? That is a form of control.

A Mother understands what a thunder storm is and she controls vulnerability, so she brings her children to shelter. That’s just one example. You may not have realized it but you apply control everyday. Just because some people try to control everything does not make control a bad thing. It is the application of control that defines the outcome. (We cannot control Mother Nature but we can control our vulnerability)

Once you know what to look for, the mystical pretentious Hollywood new age lingo becomes easy to spot.
