This is the third in the series of meditations I am sharing here with you all, it addresses ways of perceiving the underlying energetic flow that results in the physically manifest universe.

"This energy also fully penetrates all that is perceivable and not perceivable"

Still the body and quiet the mind,
Going within, be aware of the rhythm of your breathing and the beating of your heart.

Imagine that you are a fish, you are knowledgeable, experienced and have much wisdom regarding the nature of your domain, which is underwater.

You have the level of self awareness to realise the energetic nature of yourself and of your entire perceivable universe, which is probably the ocean.

However what you fail to realise from your unknowingly limited perspective is that there is much more that can be known about all that is but is unable to be perceived from your perspective.

It is however within your potential field of awareness, given that it is a part of all that is.

As your level of awareness increases you become able to imagine that there is more to know and set about seeking out further understanding of that which as yet can only be dimly sensed.

You may become aware that the source of light in your perceivable universe seems remote and notice that it emanates seemingly from somewhere else.

You may set about seeking more knowledge of this source of light in order to be able to perceive it directly.

You may end up jumping out of the water and into the air, so discovering a whole new level of reality, and gaining a new perspective on the perceivable universe in which you live.

Adjusting to 'The New'.

If my own experience is anything to go by, it can seem like quite a challenge to adjust ones perspective in order to comprehend the emerging new paradigm.
I look around me at the people living their lives without questioning what it is that goes into making their lives the way they are. Or why it is they think the way they do.
The very act of asking such questions seems to make these folk extremely uncomfortable and the response from them is often what on earth is the matter with the way things are? or how do you think there is any more to be known than what we can perceive? more >

Here is the second in the series of fourteen meditations that I will share over the coming weeks and months.

The source of the energy which underlies all form and phenomena, is present within that form and phenomena as the structure and flow of the etheric energy.

Still the body and quiet the mind,
Going within, be aware of the rhythm of your breathing and the beating of your heart. Listen to the pulse of your life blood flowing rhythmically through your brain.
Feel the air penetrate the membranes in your lungs and imagine it being absorbed into your blood.
See in your mind the living energy of the cosmos entering your system through the air, into your blood and throughout your entire body.

Going deep within and focusing the attention upon the spinal column visualise a glowing, radiating source of light emanating from within the very structure of the bones themselves, imagine that the bones have become translucent and use the mind's eye to look around at the geometric energetic structure that fills the space around you.
Observe this structure as the energy flows through it, it is at once formed of and filled with this energy.
Feel this glowing, radiant, energised structure permeating your entire skeleton, realise that this same energy flows throughout your entire being.
Extend this understanding to all the things around you and to all that is.
Realise that the source of energy which underlies all things, lies within the things themselves and penetrates and permeates all that is.

As with all such things, deep contemplation will reveal the treasures that lay within these pearls of insight.

What's Going Well?

Due to the accelerated development of communications systems and the growing awareness and participation in the phenomenon of the World Wide Web, individuals are able to form effective group identities as never before in the known history of human civilization. Through these mediums, people are now able to be aware of the potential to exert considerable influence on world affairs and are joining together with the intention to do just that.
The following examples illustrate the immediate efficacy of such group initiatives, and their ability to make themselves known, thereby helping to inform us in ways that have the potential to bring our world into balance, to provide us with some much needed self reflection and help us to heal ourselves by offering us a deeper level of self awareness.

A message of hope and an invitation.

The following are a sample of the largest, longest serving or fastest growing organisations dedicated to finding solutions to the problems being created in the world by the arising of a collective ego which neither understands its own nature nor the nature of the situation in which it finds itself. This immature and vulnerable entity, which represents the current state of our collective consciousness, is experiencing severe trauma and is manifesting a crisis in which we are all involved. Now that we are aware that there is a problem, and have manifested a variety of means to address facets of the problem, we have the opportunity to embrace an overview of the situation that provides a common framework of understanding.
Within a common framework of understanding we are much more able to be effective in developing holistic means by which to address the phenomenon of which all these problems are the manifestations. The arising of the ego (or centralised control system) is a natural aspect of the evolution of complex systems, the causes and effects whereby this natural process gets unbalanced and begins to exhibit dysfunctional behaviour are the subject of much discussion, and it is seeking to heal itself from within.
If we are able to do the necessary inner work to realise ourselves as balanced and integrated personalities, whos egos have been overcome and whose innermost beings are serving the purpose for which they are intended (which is to integrate and centre the physical, emotional and mental aspects of our beings) then we will be in a position to understand what is necessary in order to address the issue of the collective ego, within the collective entity and by what means we can overcome egoic influence and bring it into balance, the personality of humanity as a collective systemic whole. If we apply the understandings gained through giving careful consideration to our part to play in the overall situation that is manifesting around us it will be much easier to comprehend, and thus we become empowered to take effective actions and to develop holistic means by which to nurture the collective entity through its process of individuation. This is a necessary effort of which all people everywhere need to become aware, and to give their immediate attention to in order to alleviate the suffering which our collective being is experiencing.

Counselling strategies for the development of clarity.

For society as a whole to be in a fit state to manifest a balanced ego that serves only an integrative function and does not get out of hand and become dysfunctional, the individuals within it need to posses clear, rational thinking processes.
The following theory and techniques provide profound insight into the situation we humans find ourselves in and describes what we can do to help each other become liberated, rational thinking, functional beings, able to manifest a sane society.
There are groups all over the planet applying these techniques successfully to their particular issues and empowering each other to become leaders in the field of human liberation.
This is something that each and every single one of us can do towards creating a civilization that supports life rather than diminishes it.

Physical Reality.

Here is the meditation that flowed from the first of the 14 questions and statements that I described in my previous article titled 'Guided Meditation Project'.

The physical reality has it's etheric or energetic counterpart upon which it depends for animation, or life.

Still the body and quiet the mind,
Going within, be aware of the rhythm of your breathing and the beating of your heart. Listen to the pulse of your life blood flowing rhythmically through your brain.
Feel the air penetrate the membranes in your lungs and imagine it being absorbed into your blood.
See in your mind the living energy of the cosmos entering your body through the air, into your blood and throughout your entire body.
Centre you attention deep within your heart and visualize a warm, radiant and attractive light glowing there. As you focus your attention upon it it becomes brighter and forms a sphere that fills your chest, glowing and gently spreading waves of love in all directions.
Raising the attention now to the head, visualize a cool, clear, radiant light emanating from deep within, focus on this light as it illuminates you entire brain.
See in your mind's eye the ever increasing brilliance of this light as it permeates your mind and surrounds your head in a glowing ball.
Know that this energy permeates your entire being, every nerve and fiber, every tissue and fluid flow, visualize it radiating out through your skin and see yourself glowing as if lit from within.
This is the energy of life itself and it is that which energizes, sustains and animates your physical manifest form.
Extend your awareness to all the people and things which surround you, understand that this same energy also energizes, sustains and animates them and all that is.
Return to yourself and maintain the awareness that the one source of energy supports all life and flows through all that is.

If you contemplate these thoughts thoroughly it may help you come to a deeper understanding of the underlying energetic structure of form.

It has come to my attention that there is a general tendency for people to be more attached to their opinion than they are interested in the truth. These are challenging words I know, yet if we fail to address this problem then we have no hope whatsoever of solving any of the other many problems which face humanity as a whole.

I believe that it is not too much to ask that we, as representatives of a thinking humanity, put our personal agendas aside and genuinely engage with the situation in a detached and impartial manner. We have the opportunity to grow beyond our current limited understanding (as a whole) but in order to do this effectively we need to realize ourselves as more than just 'individuals' and embrace our roles as potential guides to the human race.

No one of us can grasp the whole situation, no one of us can formulate the 'answer' that liberates us all from illusion, delusion and dysfunction. Only by our willingness to embrace and understand each others views and knowledge can we create a whole picture of what is going on here (on this planet, at this time) and in so doing together create a solution that works its way out into the civilization as a whole.

Whilst any one of us is participating from a separatist position, in the false belief that they alone have the insight that applies to all, we will be stuck in the current impasse. I urge all of us to honestly take stock of our position, painful as that may seem. It is a fact that no person of good-will would judge the genuine efforts of another to come to a position of clarity, and in fact the efforts so made will be received with humble gratitude and compassion for the individual sacrifice made during such an endeavor.

We can no longer allow personal fear to get in the way of group progress. This, wether we like it or not, is the truth and until we are ready to 'stand naked in the light of day', real progress toward solving the problems of humanity will be impossible for those in denial of this simple, fundamental truth.

It is with Love for all humanity that I make this appeal, to you my brothers and sisters, put your personal material behind you and emerge as the children of the universe that you are.

I sat at my computer one day recently and a high powered flow of inspiration manifested as a series of questions , answers and more questions related to the following thought:

Create a simply worded yet profound guided meditation, or series thereof, that elucidates the state of being in relation to all that is, that conveys the method for understanding the subtle yet all pervasive essence of reality.

Relationship between Spirit, Mind and Substance.

All
that we percieve as having physicality, or substance is in fact a
construct of our interpretation of that which we percieve.

The
whole 'world' of our perceptions arises as phenomena within the mind.

Within
the percieved form however lies a complex, animated process of
information interaction.

The
energy from which this information flows and is structured is the all
pervading spirit.

The
point at which we can become aware of this inflowing energy is the
point where the concrete mind interfaces with the abstract mind.

The
energy of all that is animates and informs a point of consciousness
within via the soul. That point of consciousness then has the
potential to inform the mind. The mind has both empirical and
transcendent aspects as does our entire percievable universe.
