Psychological Warfare Techniques
Dear UCS,
A few items of interest for you here, with regards to Iraq.
Speaking of Iraq, I'm sure you have all noticed a most curious development on the nighly news. As you will recall, we recently spent (literally) weeks listening to Bush, Powell, Ashcroft and Fleisher talk endlessly about why we need to bomb Iraq pre- emptively, "before those evil, bad, monstrous guys get us". Then we had the commentary and talk shows rehashing their words, with expert this, and retired general that, expressing mostly similar views.
Now look at what the news is filled with. Suddenly, after endless weeks of "Showdown with Iraq", there's barely a peep about it on any station. I guess we are expected to believe that the Iraq situation is no longer even newsworthy. That doesn't sound very likely or logical does it?
It's very clear that the "news" is nothing of the sort...what we see on television is a carefully orchestrated play that is designed for one thing, not to inform, but to condition a psychological response. The pattern here is the endless repeating of whatever is calculated to provoke the greatest fear and dread in the largest percentage of viewers. Now there is the "sniper thing", which dominates literally every news channel every hour of every day. You can't even get other news! Iraq is off the radar, and so is the economy, the Homeland Security legislation, Patriot Act legislation and implementation, and a whole list of social issues from medicare to taxation, that is simply unreported. It's all very, very bizarre. Talk about "psyops". We're being manipulated left and right.
Frightened people are ones which will give away more power to the government and the mega-corporations which run them. Informed ones on the other hand, govern themselves....

With each passing day, the world is coming closer to the brink of a very slippery slope that could, in time, precipitate the world into another war conflagration. Despite the reassurances that the use of military force against Iraq is a last resort, we can clearly see through all their posturing that the White House and the powerful oil and armament lobbies that stand to mightily profit from the cold-blooded murder of possibly tens of thousands of innocent civilians are all dead set on going ahead unilaterally - the UK notwitstanding - to execute their carefully planned "war game" and take over Iraq's oil fields. Then they will turn their insatiable empire building drive onto the next piece of real estate whose control is also deemed essential by the Powers That Be. No amount of carefully orchestrated propaganda or political posturing will convince the world opinion that what Bush and his cohort are about to do is legal - the US Congress notwithstanding - and acceptable, responsible behaviour. Attacking without direct provocation is wrong, no matter what pretexts one may try to cook up to make it look as pre-emptively defending America against another alleged terrorist plot.
Not only will history harshly judge this American government's outrageously immoral and violent military adventurism, but the entire world will soon realize that the gentle, benevolent giant has turned into a threat to the entire human civilization because of the rotting, corrupting influence of an elite devoid of any respect for the sanctity of human lives and for the irreplaceable beauty of our endangered planet.
Sadly, I see a time of profound darkness before the shining light of a new era of benevolence and caring love towards all life can rise again - a time when violence in any form and those souls promoting it shall be forever banned from the face of the Earth, a time when the magnificent beauty of this living planet shall be restored and all souls will live in harmony and unity with All That Is.

at least not everyone is going along with the agenda. There are some people who know just what this is all about. I noticed in the first url you gave a few discrepencies so I thought I'd redo it here and see if it works. Thankyou for your input. Good to see that someone else is aware.

Just read Alex's summation, over at infowars, and had to note how timely is this as just this morning as I was watching 'The Today SHow' and listening to their 'blather' about the snipers and the ifs and maybes and well...it is obvious, even from the reportage being given, that this is a setup and that the public is being primed!

I assume you mean Alex Winchester's article in Rishi's newslog. I have to agree with all you are saying about the sniper and news in general. They are priming and disstracting the public with all their "staged" news, that we are supposed to follow as if watching a play or movie unfold.

I made a comment to my mates that this was a psyops operation as it does'nt take a rocket scientist to see through the subterfuge for the level of reportage being given is so full of glaring holes revealing the obvious to anyone trained in the methods of covert ops and deceit. Looks like all our predictions are coming true. Impeachment should be on everyones minds and tongues yet the sheople appear to be going along for the ride as always! Damn!

I agree with you here 100% also. The "sheople" are too hypnotized and led by what they see on TV. Whatever is "politically Correct" is all that is spoken....The Truth has lost all meaning to the over medicated, TV tranced, stay in line average American. Until it hits personally at home, not a word to the contrary is spoken. I say we constantly bring out the deception, constantly point out the discrepancies, until the facts are driven home and people become more educated and therefore, more capable of revolution.
