The true reality is peace in accordance with galactic law. Galactic law determines the course of all humanitarian relations so that they can be in accordance with truth. In other words, galactic law states that all individuals within physical reality come to a state of harmonic accord and balance. In this state of harmonic accord and balance rests peace.

The galactic law was formed by the movement of light into physical creation. Within this movement lie steady, harmonic vibrations that create a steady state of communication with all other vibrational states. Within the flux of communication lies the understated statement that understanding exists for all things intact in physical manifestation. All is understood. All is one.
