She loved enough to do so ! 18 Mar 2003 @ 03:19 by ashanti : X _ 18 Mar 2003 @ 03:19 by newdawn : discernment a person's life is more important or worth putting on the line for the sake of "Palestinian homes in a refugee camp"? Not in my book! The mesh of discernment was not activated here. 18 Mar 2003 @ 04:52 by scotty : Not for the sake of material things but for life/love/peace/hope - if these are gone .. are we living ? ! 18 Mar 2003 @ 06:07 by spiritseek : Brother,sister,friend... We know we came here at this time to be of service.I know this is the time that needs it the most, a turning point is happening as long as we don't give up hope or love for one another. Whatever the outcome, as long as we did it out of love,we will be victorious! 19 Mar 2003 @ 21:37 by koravya : Remember also those four students who got it at Kent State. Not only Could a Rachel Corrie event occur here in our own back yard, It already has. 23 Mar 2003 @ 14:21 by rso @172.137.2.108 : Rachel Corrie I mourn the death of Rachel Corrie, an angel from a place even better than heaven. Rachel Corrie was murdered because she dared to put her life on the line in the service of humanity. She was murdered trying to stop the destruction of a Palestinian home by an occupying force in contravention of international law (sveral UN security council resolutions, the Fourth Geneva Convention and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights), a task that the corrupt cowards in suits that run our world and especially our country should have performed. Rachel Corrie made the ultimate sacrifice because spineless men had neither the guts nor the integrity to stand up to Ariel Sharon and his goons. Every person with even a trace of humanity in his or her body should grieve for the death of an angel named Rachel Corrie. I know my heart is heavy with sadness and anger. rso Other entries in Communities 26 Oct 2003 @ 23:31: The Path Less Traveled 23 Aug 2003 @ 17:14: The Undiscovered Country 13 Jul 2003 @ 21:39: Can Enlightenment Save the World? 1 Jul 2003 @ 22:36: All that is not given is lost 6 Apr 2003 @ 13:20: Proxima estacion ¡ESPERANZA! 27 Mar 2003 @ 22:28: Zionist Rabbi Questions "Official" Assertions about Reborn Anti-Semitism 14 Mar 2003 @ 09:24: In every generation, Pharaoh 1 Mar 2003 @ 13:19: One Story About Healthy Community
