For the purpose of this site (www.sosbeevfbi.com) T stands for Geral Sosbee and for Targets, generally.

T represents, in a broad sense, all human beings past and present who have been tortured, imprisoned, hounded or killed by the sinister agents and operatives of the fbi/cia and their kind throughout all of time. *[Please see my appeal below].

Specifically and within the context of this site and My Story In Detail Geral Sosbee is T and the battle that he fights is Everyman's Battle in refusing to accept tyranny and gross injustice in any form. From this perspective T is a universal figure who exposes and engages the evil that men and women of all eras despise.

For more, read the story herein and envision the excruciatingly painful existence sometimes forced upon T by those within the highest levels of so-called intelligence agencies of the United States of America.

* For several years I have had the honor and the accompanying pain to report fbi and cia high crimes and misdemeanors against my person. The significance of my reports are not simply to assist myself in staying alive, but to provide an historical document which in time may serve others similarly imprisoned (though not always behind bars) by the high tech gadgetry (and low minded thugs) of these two hideous agencies.
Therefore, the first purpose for this letter is to express my gratitude for all who have seen and verified my reports and for all who see the global importance to humanity of the lessons I and others attempt to present. Thank you eternally.
The other purpose herein is to offer whatever services I may to any other **person who is being tortured, imprisoned, or otherwise hounded by the world’s most misguided and pathological miscreants: the agents, operatives, thugs, assassins, executioners, handlers of the fbi and the cia and their sympathizers and allies globally. Tell me who you are, please; give me the dates, tiimes and methods associated with your suffering at the hands of the fbi/cia and their global affiliates (including the mindless police in every jurisdiction), so that I can better understand how to attack (in an intellectual sense) these bestial humans in a way that will help educate the world regarding their purposes and their tactics. Provide the details and the names of your torturers. If you cannot communicate, then please relay the data to someone else for this study. While I may not be of direct aid to my fellow prisoners, I can add the material into the fold of my own updates and thereby give others the benefit of your travails; history needs you to vocalize your agony as I have for the benefit of future generations.
Someday the thugs I describe will be out of power; they will be replaced with a diametrically opposite mentality and morality as represented by humanitarians like you and I. The people who will replace the hate mongers and torturers are those of us who seek humane treatment, with no exceptions, now and always, for the most glorious and noble of this earth’s occupants, the individual human being. The misanthropes (whose defective and collective vision is jaded by their trade mark images of blood, chains, torture cells, and mass graves, etc.) will run for cover and the new civilization will be born from your ideas and your reports, and from mine. The program to remove the warlords and the vicious exploiters of mankind from power is underway now; we are at the front edge of the largely invisible effort to make this new awakening, or phenomenon, a reality for all of our Brothers and Sisters in every corner of the world.

Geral...haven't heard from you in a while. Several months ago I left messages on your girlfriend's answering machine? I heard through the internet (some guy posted) that Barbara moved to Brownsville...and you two are helping each other out? I'd call you Geral...but no phone number. Anyway, hope you and Barbara are keeping your spirits up. And...having also been a target of the shameless FBI clone army of human swine who have taught themselves to walk on their backlegs to pass as human beings...I CAN VOUCH FOR GERAL'S ALLEGATIONS AGAINST THE FEDERAL NAZI LUNATICS. Hate to tell you America...but...uh..."you cannot trust the federal government with power."

Geral...I think you should try the following:
1) Contact The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas, JOHNNY SUTTON. Mention how Title 18 USC sections 241, 242, 1512, 1513, and 2511 is being violated.

2) Geral...it's against the law for law enforcement to retaliate against a material witness. If Sutton will not investigate (federal grand jury) or will not deploy San Antonio FBI to conduct an investigation...then Sutton can be named in a US DOJ OIG complaint sent to The Dallas Field Office, special agent Monte Casson.

3) A papter trail must me made, Geral. In civil court, this is evidence that destroys the credibility of the FBI and DOJ. YOU HAVE TO PUT THEM ON OFFICIAL NOTICE before they are "put on the hot seat."

4) Then put your letter to Sutton and your Complaint to US DOJ OIG on the internet at "The Austin IMC" website. Take a copy of that post at Austin IMC to the The Austin Chronicle, and Austin American Statesman. Since your crimes were committed in Bronwsville, the Austin papers will not be "chilled" by Austin FBI.

5) Put some heat on Sutton, and Monte Casson at DOJ OIG. Also, send a letter to The Texas Rangers...so they can "obstruct justice" and look bad for being the totally worthless little lying "police state lackeys" who would rather "look the other way" at law enforcement's felony crimes then actually "live up to their bogus credibility."

6) Two heads are beter than one...and you need a lawyer. You need to "never give up" despite the police state's patented ability to "frustrate the crime victim" with apathy, excuses, and conspiracies to obstruct justice.

7) Geral...if these police state faggots are gonna benefit from waiving the flag and grandstanding as the big, brave, all american heros....then "make them live up to their bogus propaganda" with the media and Austin IMC watching the whole "paper battle". Of course...the police state "when stunned by their meltdown" will always "deny" and "remain apathetic" pretending that "they never recieved notice" or whatever. I BLINDSIDED A VERY SHAMELESS, ARROGANT, STUPID, SMUG, CLOWN ACT KNOWN AS SIOUX FALLS FBI, SOUTH DAKOTA US ATTY, AUSTIN US ATTY, AUSTIN FBI, APD, AND WILLIAMSON COUNTY SHERRIFF'S DEPT. These idiots are still trying to figure out "what happened" and "what is gonna happen later."

8) Geral...go for the throat. SUTTON is the key....then US DOJ OIG...then Austin IMC...then The Austin Chronicle. The Chronicle will look at your story if they have "austin IMC posts" to cite in their article. That's the key.

Geral....your fact pattern comes along once in a lifetime for a civil rights lawyer. Geral...I've dealt with these gutless, illiterate, lazy, punk scum...and I assure you the FBI and DOJ are nothing but BUFFOONS who are so blinded by the deference paid to them, they end up looking mentally ill and warped whenever they get exposed. Of course, I understand how "the psy op works." The hopelessness, frustration, and will is sapped by numerous frustrations and the "killing apathy" of all the slime who fag around with badges claiming to be heros. I know the score. It takes a while to "see the hope" and to "ideate about victory"...because the psy op works "to take that all away" with multiple neverending torts and "incursions on your privacy." The "psy op" works when the victim "isolates" and "gives up hope". That's why The FBI continues to vigilantly "intrude upon your civil liberties." THE FBI IS RUNNING SCARED GERAL...AND YOU ARE THEIR BIGGEST NIGHTMARE. YOU ARE THE OBJECT OF THEIR FEAR, WHICH EXPLAINS WHY THEY HAVE STALKED YOU. You have everything you need....to put the heat on the FBI and DOJ. You can win...but you got to see Harrington's office or Ann Del Llano at Austin ACLU. Get ACLU and TCRP to work together. If that fails, call Dick DeGeurin in Houston.

Geral...you ain't defeated yet. Sure...the California Judge dismissed your civil rights lawsuit awhile ago. The lesson you learned is, "you cannot do this without a lawyer" or the Judges summarily dismiss the complaints. With a civil suit...you can do discovery and depositions of all the people you sent letters to (Sutton, Monte Casson, FBI OPR, and San Antonio SAC, etc.)

You might surprised Geral...that The FBI "compartmentalizes their info" and "their off the books secret vigalante groups" to the point...that The FBI SAC in San Antonio may be shocked at the level of torture you have indured...he might start an investigation. If HQ won't allow it...then you can subpoena HQ and depose the miserable pricks. That's the key...always challenge them in court...and get media exposure to "back them off."

I also have "four high cards to play" that can be sent to SUTTON to put some heat on him. These cards "are fact patterns" with credible witnesses...that if put in your letter and complaints...now become "material issues of fact" to be discovered in the civil suit. Harrington will drool over these hidden police state scandals. The info is there...it is leverage...and that ain't going away ever. If I got SD US ATTY James McMahon fired....then Sutton and Brown are next on the list for me. I know the law, the ethics rules, and "the tricks of the trade." I can show you what works...but you "cannot stop thinking about victory" and....rememeber, "you enemies survive on a house of cards, that is easily blown over with depositions and discovery." That's why you have to write Sutton and DOJ OIG. This creates the issues of fact that are discoverable.

Here's the m.o. for police state duplicity and coverups of their own felony crimes:

1) After the police state finds out a material witness exists that could put them in jail, they immediatly attack the witness with a bogus investigation primarily focusing on "finding dirt" to use at a later date. This is all done secretly to make sure "nobody grows a conscious" and exposes them. The Prosecutors and Judges and citizens are kept in the dark.

2) Once the victim contacts a supervisor or supervising agency...the heat is turned up on the idiots who "attacked the witness."

3) The supervisor with direct responsibility over his idiots, always covers up the mess with denial, attacking the victim to justify cop crimes, apathy, stalling, etc. THIS is the supervisor's biggest mistake. He's delaying the inevitable confrontation and exposure. He thinks he can "do nothing" and get away with it. Didn't work for APD Chief Stan Knee...and it won't work for San Antonio FBI or Sutton. Won't work. It only prolongs their agony, and further destroys their credibility.

4) Secret Grand Jury coverup by the lackey (the prosecutor). This is done to look good, while no one can see what the lackety did or did not do. Study Ronnie Earl's bogus "dog and pony show" when APD choked Roger Wickware to death in 1998.

5) Nothing will happen as far as justice goes....and that is the weakness of the police state apathy and coverups. Then the jury is thrust with the burden of delivering the justice that the lying faggot police state never could. THAT'S A HELL OF AN ADVANTAGE.

6) Geral...you have the facts on your side. You have the power to crush your enemy under their own apathy, hypocrisy, and crimes. WHEN YOU HAVE THE FACTS ON YOUR SIDE, YOU WILL WIN...YOU WILL WIN...YOU WILL WIN.
