April 1, 2005, sosbee has a chance encounter with a representative of the U.S. DEA and sosbee uses this opportunity to briefly outline to the DEA member the psychological operations and other abuses against him by the fbi/cia. Subsequently that evening, the fbi decides to punish sosbee for this conduct as follows: the torturers enter sosbee's apartment, dramatically change the location of only one item that sosbee handled earlier that day, and then the fbi awaits the arrival of sosbee in order to begin directed energy assaults against him for the entire night and into the next day. The tracking device in sosbee makes the fbi's work easy ( as does the nonconsensual cover research authority under which the fbi operates), and the cowardly thugs know where sosbee is all the time; they also know that by relocating only that item handled by sosbee that day, that sosbee will realize that the electronic surveillance (and home invasions with possible poisonings) continue unabated (now entering the eighth year) and the life sentence of torture and abuse cannot be stopped. Sosbee is aware of the possibility that some of the visits to the increased sleep deprivation pages are legitimate; sometimes the determination of whether such visits are fbi or legitimate are not clear until the following day (and only after reflection on the degree of sleep deprivation administered the night before). Dear Ms. Arroyo and Sirs:
This letter confirms the following facts:
This date the Sunrise Mall Management advises that recent burglaries of my vehicle (parked at the Mall) have not been caught on tape because apparently the FBI has requested and received information from the Brownsville, Texas, Police Department, indicating that the security cameras (located on the Mall parking lot) have been relocated/re-directed as needed by the Police undercover operations in connection with criminal investigations. Specifically, on the dates of the reports referenced above (July and August, 2006) the Police requested that the Mall authorities cooperate and re-direct the cameras as needed; the Mall authorities complied with all such requests. At the same time that these requests are made the police and the FBI share the information about the security camera coverage of the parking lot. Thus, on the dates and times of the burglaries of Sosbee’s vehicle the security cameras were re-directed so as to provide no coverage of Sosbee’s vehicle.
On August 7, 2006, officer Rolando Vasquez, Brownsville, Texas, Police Department, stated that the police do not tell or otherwise direct the Mall Security Office regarding
where to point the security cameras. This statement by officer Vasquez is apparently mistaken as confirmed by the Mall Manager, Mr. Briseno, who advises that on a regular basis the Mall Security Office cooperates fully with the police by redirecting the security cameras onto a specific person or location as directed by the police; further, Mr. Briseno confirms that the FBI (whenever needed) works with the police department in connection with the location and coverage of the security cameras. Specifically, on August 5, 2006, at the exact date and hours of the second recent burglary of Sosbee’s car, the police was in fact running an operation at the Mall that apparently involved the use of the Mall security cameras. Also, the FBI has full access to the police and is able to determine exactly where the cameras will be focused (or to otherwise direct the focus) at any given time. Thus when the FBI agent or operative entered Sosbee’s vehicle repeatedly (as set forth in the above referenced offense reports) the FBI knew that no security camera would record the crimes.
I request that the police advise the City Commissioners and the Mayor as to the following:
1) the name of the police officer directing the security cameras on the dates of the burglaries mentioned above
2) the name of the Mall security officer who cooperated with the police
3) the exact request as to where the police asked the Mall Security Officer to direct the security cameras on the above referenced dates
4) the name of the FBI agent who asked the Police Officer to cooperate with the FBI’s own investigation
5) the exact dates and times of police manipulation and control over the Mall security cameras during the past one year period
6) the names of all FBI personnel with whom the police shared such intelligence data over the past year
7) any other data which may be indicated in order to clarify questions raised in this letter regarding FBI influence over the Brownsville Police Department
8) why the police refused to make an arrest of the thug whose name and description are contained in the first police report referenced above beginning with the numbers 2004

Shopping Malls across the country are cooperating with the police and the fbi, to the detriment of legitimate shoppers, as the law enforcement officers assist each other in suppressing evidence, covering up crimes, and terrorizing citizens whenever the police and fbi desire. This date my car battery was sabotaged as follows: Over the past several weeks the fbi uses the remote control to lock and unlock the doors to the car; the repeated, computerized locking and unlocking drains the battery and destroys a cell.
The fbi waited until this date to completely disable the car in order to interfere with Sosbee's appointment with a dentist. When Sosbee returned to the disabled car after the dental appointment, he noticed that all the car doors were unlocked (this unlocking of the doors is a regular practice of the fbi thugs when they want Sosbee to know that they are responsible for the current vandalism. Note: the day before the vandalism described above, the fbi sends an hispanic female (driving a white suburban chevy, 185JYX-Texas) to bump the back of my car as I awaited a traffic light on Palm St., Brownsville, Texas; as I exited my car to see the damage (none seen) the female began to laugh. Also, on the nights of the 23 and the 24, the fbi applied extremely intense ELF (or directed energy) preventing sleep. I assume that all of this is the result of my recent communications. From time to time the fbi contrives plans for the next series of assaults (like the one described above); then, a lull until the next series.

'When The Corrupt Fat Cat Caddies Of Congress And The Courts Are Away
The Mighty Mice Minions and Mental Dwarf Cowards Of The Fbi/Cia Will Play'
The involuntary human experimentation program continues against the Target (T) 24/7. The latest series of directed energy assaults on T culminate in a subliminal message delivered to T through an act of vandalism (described below) which is intended to punctuate the most recent conditioned response techniques employed against T (as previously documented by T at www.sosbeevfbi.com). In early October, 2006, T schedules a car maintenance service at the dealership in order to maintain the viability of the extended warranty on the vehicle. The fbi thereafter screws a small and short screw into the inner edge of the right rear tire, so that T will not see the screw until the mechanic brings it to his attention; the mechanic states On 10-23-06, that the screw is too close to the side to repair and he recommends a new tire.The mechanic also points out that the person who screwed the screw into the tire knew that it could possibly dangerously interfere with the metal mesh in the tire, and could cause the tire to unravel on the road. However, on 10-24-06, T discovers that the screw was too short to penetrate the tire and that the fbi simply wanted to instruct T (via the mechanic) as to the future Mighty Mice methodology in the event that T does not respond appropriately to the conditioned response training. Specifically, over the past few weeks the fbi notices that T has experienced several intense moments of unacceptable "relaxation", as evidenced by the data recorded from the tracking device/pulse monitor which is lodged in his skull and which is monitored by the Mighty Mice. After each such "relaxation" episode the fbi assaults T , first by remotely unlocking his car door, then by employing intense sleep deprivation (directed energy ) weaponry, as though to send T messages that severe punishment follows unacceptable conduct (Note that the unacceptable conduct are the "relaxation" episodes).
