Dear Native Friendship Center
On behalf of my self and my white brothers and sisters, I offer condolances on the loss of your place and space in the unfortunate blaze. Place is important, a place for which to grow, build, prosper and sustain. Thus place is paramount for us to be and thus the loss of your place in the city is a great loss indeed but then too it is an opportunity for renewal and rebirth and regrowth in a new place and space that you can truly call your own. This said I offer to you the gifts I brought to the circle ceremony of money, seeds and hope that you will find a place and it will be a green place where you can find the connection to the Earth and skies. This is my hope for you and us and may the peace and harmony of the Earth, Sun and Moon, Creator and Great Spirit be with us all.
Amen

RESPONSIBLE EVOLUTION
The GOD of old thought to bid us to Replenish (fill) the earth and be good stewards and keepers of the Lands, Oceans, Skies, Plants, Birds and Animals.
Genesis 1:22
"And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters
in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth."
Genesis 1:28
“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and
replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the
sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth
upon the earth.”
Genesis 9:1
“And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and
multiply,and replenish the earth.”
Ref: Holy Bible Some Time Before 2000 BC
Thus as stated in these old records, we had and still have a duty and a need to show this foresight and wisdom as exampled by the God of old, and to exercise it now, to and for ourselves, if it is not to late, to multiply yes but to multiply and evolve responsibility and in keeping and with consideration to the health and well being of our Earth and its global environment and ecozones. Yet though it seems we have failed in this somewhat and have not really or always, over the course of human history (175,000 years ) evolved and progressed responsibly and with the consideration and foresight to and for the now and the future, and thus for this lack, oversight, lust or just plain ignorance, we humans and the planet as a whole, stand to suffer and die back now somewhat perhaps.
We multiplied true but we did so with little consideration, it seems, to the consequences of it and in addition we did not and do not always replenish and steward the Earth, Oceans, Skies and Lands to an ecologically sustainable, healthy and harmonious state, so as for them to remain sustainable and regenerative for us and the future and the other creatures of the planet as a whole. We thus did not obey or realize our beginnings nor did we nor our Governments it seems, learn this on our own or learn it to a great enough degree perhaps, to realize the need to be wise, insightful and diligent in this regard. And so alas and thus as is oft said, "those who will not heed or learn , the lessons and wisdoms of the past are doomed to repeat them."

I SURRENDER
I surrender to the stars up in the heavens,
I surrender to the sun up in the sky,
I surrender to the waves upon the oceans,
I surrender to the mountains up so high.
I surrender to the flowers in the meadow,
I surrender to the rivers as they run,
I surrender to the forests and the woodlands,
I surrender to this battle that they've won.
Chorus
Holy Earth, oh now I see,
I am part of Greater Thee,
Holy Earth, Forgive my vein,
Now reunited we are again.
I surrender to the beasts as they stand grazing,
I surrender to the birds as they do sing,
I surrender to the fishes in the ocean,
I surrender now to thee and call thee King,
I surrender now to thee and crown thee King.

hi A D and thanks
for the encouragement
yes it was a bit inspired
but I should add also that it is the amount, rate and "type" of human
activities that all must be considered.
Certain types being more unecofriendly than others.
For instance I think nuclear and fossil fuels should only be used
for back up power purposes and nuclear warheads might only be deployed
to break apart a meteor headed Earths way
so and yes please feel free to share.
thanks
and slower is oft faster
as less is oft more

The Rate of Human Activity
may 16 2009
canada
Hello World...
In regards to the current global situation, after some consideration and study, it seems indicated that the current amount of human activity, is not alone the single cause of the global crisises we now face but is as well compounded by the current high "rate" of human activity on the planet that seems incompatible with the norm and rate of nature.
The amount thus and rate of activity together constitute and compound the current environmental (global warming), health (pandemic), social (war and unrest) and economic (financial global contraction) crisises today, in 2009, as they are essentially not holistically and globally sustainable and regenerative and are most likely incompatible with the planet and earth systems as a whole.
To mitigate these global meltdowns of 2008 perhaps the activities might be ecofied as time allows and affords but should as well be slowed to a rate or pace which would be more in keeping with the earth systems of the planet which are a lot slower and cyclic, but which would then be more sustainable and which might eventually be revisioned and reworked to not only minimize global human impact on the planet but perhaps one day afford them to be sources and contributors of global ecological and ecozonal health and harmony.
