LIFE IS MORE THAN HUMANITY
This talk of us, humanity, finding a new Home or planet is while understandable somewhat misguided. Life is more than humanity. Sometimes I wonder if Life is the essence and humanity the baggage. Humans abandoning Earth then what is that?
It just demonstrates perhaps a shortsightedness into what life is. Life is the synergy of Humans plus all the other facets and creatures of existence. The plants, the trees, the mountains, the birds and bees, etc. etc,, all of this is Life, humans alone are not Life, but a mere part of it. To view humanity as life alone is akin to staring in the mirror for eternity. All we would find there is ourselves and of what interest and good would that be?
No, Life is the greater synergy of humanity plus other that is greater than the sum of its parts.
So if we are to talk of and find and venture to new worlds thus let it be for more than mere humanity alone, let be a mission, vision or calling for a greater and the greater being of Life. More >
