PREAMBLE:
Hello not to diminish this 2012 USA daycare killing tragedy, so sad but such as this and worse, has gone on now in Syria for the last 6 months, the killing and torture of innocent children. Are Syrian children any less? Yet are we to rely on elementary teachers to do the fighting and dying for us. Such is not good nor just nor right.Therefore we propose... (Security Council Over ride exception having received 2/3rds vote of the Gen Assembly and Security Council)
BODY:
Be it resolved that the Connecticut declaration stating that upon probable proof 1/150 over 3 months and without reasonable doubt, that an acting Gov or rebel forces(ie: Syria 2011/2012) that kills and or tortures or has killed or tortured it own nations children and future (those under 12 years old), then it stands by objective query of logic and reason, that those doing such heinous and inhuman acts automatically forfeits their right, privilege and power to govern, rule and command and must immediately dissolve, dismiss, resign and disqualify themselves, drop the writ and call for and initiate democratic reforms, elections and processes via a temporary (1 year max) transitional gov (12 transitional cabinet ministers). Such composed of 7 of its nations venerated males and 5 of its nations venerated females, each nominated and voted for and by 50 or so of the nations most respected nonpartisan court judges and each transition minister requiring 55% of the 50 judges support and sworn in. This to be done or else such offending nations gov, will be removed by force by the international community and such gov leaders and members, placed under house arrest. Other nations opposing such just actions, will have 48 hrs notice to remove and divest themselves or interest in and of the offending nation involved, from noon of the day and time set and we thus call for and approve this resolution be adopted.
ADDENDUM: (use of force)
In addition, in the event of the use of banned or chemical weapons on innocent citizens and children, with or without notice, the offending nation and or other offending rebel forces in that nation that utilize and use such, shall have their leaders have international arrest warrants issued against and on them for their immediate arrest by the UN or other superior authority , and charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity be immediately filed and laid and the offenders apprehended, charged and tried at the international criminal courts and or if necessary, required and planned punitive or disciplinary approved military strikes to a max of 60 + 30 days with no intervening ground troops be made against the offending nations and their banned weapons or military resources and or until the accused culprits/leaders surrender or are surrendered unconditionally to the superior international authorities or their agents.
