RE: legal action in Syria june 2012
ab ca earth
the international community does not really need its own consensus to act on Syria ....as the existing legislation that their prior governments and the UN have already agree to should be sufficient grounds and moral imperative to have legal, moral and necessary justification and legitimacy and sanction for a legal posse or multilateral international military unit or NATO squad, to go in an arrest and charge and try, the current Syrian leader with and for murder and genocide and crimes against humanity and children..and against the global moral and legal state and laws and justice and community
.......I think the sticking point is what then and who would fill the vacuum.?
... but i would say to that thus have the current leaders followers of the nation occupy and rule one half and the other half have the rebels occupy and rule until monitored elections could be held, say in Jan of 2013 to democratically elect and install a democratic voice and leadership. and democratic structure..... and have them write a new constitution or one based perhaps on Canadas charter.
