Well what do you do, if it were a member of your own family, you would have to say, well hold on now, I guess he may be a bad apple but he doesn't currently appear to be a danger or probable danger to himself, others or the ecocommunity and such, but then too, he doesn't appear to be much of an asset either, so if its just a matter of money for his upkeep, care and feeding, well I've seen much worse hard luck cases, kept alive at the expense of the state and I guess I could chip in $20/year to such, seeing as how he is and always will be a part of our Canadian family and the Lord forgave those sinners on the cross besides Him but the Lord also said "Ask and it shall be given", so if Mr. R. Smith were to ask for mercy and his life on the basis of say, the sanctity of life of even the least of these, then I suppose who are we in the shadow of Our Lord to refuse and since he asked for and got a clemency hearing, which is a mercy quest basically then it should be given.
I suppose the only question then is it conditional mercy or unconditional mercy and if conditional what would be the condition/s but perhaps that he, Mr R. Smith forgive us all in return, for any and all of our past sins and misgivings as of and for today, as we born to this Earth are all sinners by human nature, it seems and as such none are fit to cast the first stone.
So let us mostly give mercy and mercy and or forgiveness thus may or will be given to us also and may we all try to do better now and in the future, as there is a fair chance that G O D and Santa are watching.
So let the death sentence of Mr Ron Smith, be commuted to life in prison with review every 5 years.

Well I reckon them students have a point or a just beef, as I'd probably protest too I suppose if i were young and foolish and just being taught how to be old and mean and foolish and how to pay for and go into huge debt learning how to trash the planet and society and the economy, with no guarantee of a job after learning such BS.
But then again what feasible alternative do they the students have other than to higher madness or learning?, well yea there's Findhorn and GEN but that's not everyone's cup of tea and a lot of folks seem to like senseless violence and destruction as their life's calling . see student riots as case in point of alternative to humanitarian self destruction. Way to show us how its done students but that's what you're here to learn i suppose.

Well it would seem in pine beetle land, the populous pine beetles are getting fed up with the pine beetle gov... and the gov saying that pine beetles are having no effect on the forests and environments... The PB Gov states that the radical pine beetle groups and environmentalists urging for a slow down of pine beetle forest development have no Proof that the pine beetle industrialists are doing any real damage to the forests even though the pine beetle scientists say otherwise.... but one prominent pine beetle coach pine cherry stated .........well scientists what do they know.....
anyway there you have it right from the beatles mouth .... all we need is wood.... all we need is wood. ..... all we need is w o o d.... wood is all we need...

RE: 2012 CLIMATE CHANGE CRIME AGAINST HUMANITIES FUTURE
With me and climate change, its more that i don't see humanities current excessive lifestyles as being worth screwing up the planet so bad as to make it mostly uninhabitable for the future . I just see it, human influenced climate change, thus as a crime against humanity and the environment of the future, all be it a slow motion crime but one with a 5/1 probability of making the earth and society worse.
